A bank was unable to meet my requirements, so they recommended him to me.I was purchasing a business condo and seeking interest rates under 7.5%, monthly payments below $2,000, and the ability to close commercial loans within 30 days.Tony promised to do so in late July 2023, and as a result (1) 6.53%, fixed 7 yrs (2) Monthly $1,711.91, and (3) ) Escrow Closing on 8/29/23, which was 30 days. I was house hunting for at least yr. The real estate agent Peony was recommended from my mothers acquaintance. Plus, she spoke my language, and understand where I was coming from. Peony was with me every step of the way, particularly how to submit documents in the appropriate manner, and really made the process quite smooth. Sure, there are set backs when it comes to bidding wars, however, Peony, was extremely patient and a blessing from God. She never cracked or made it difficult for me. I refinanced for 2.75% 15yrs end of 2020, and my friend referred Peony to me and found out there was a better rate. We would recommend Jacky Tian for your home financing needs. Jacky saved us from a failed loan application, and we finally got our new beautiful home. This would not have been possible if we had not been with Jacky. To be honest, we did not work with Jacky in the beginning. We went with a loan agent from a famous bank. That process took a month, I had to upload/email documents over and over again, explain the same thing to different people over and over again, while at last, we were told that the loan application failed. Seller and his agent got angry and frustrating, and they might just put the house on the market again. This is the time when we find Jacky for help, and Jacky saved us in this difficult situation. Right after we start working with Jacky, we immediate feel the difference. Jacky keeps all our documents so organized, and he remembers so many details, we dont need to say anything for a second time. My wife and I had been through tones of refinancing institutions before, some are better than the others, but overall the experiences were about the same, until we met with Googain. First of all, the documentation requirements were less, just that alone made them 50% or more hassle-free than all the other institutions. Im not saying that the requirements will be the same for everyone, but we have good credits, and some institutions still hounded us for proves after proves, which were very annoying, and Googain didnt. Working with Hong Hu has been incredibly refreshing and easy. We had multiple bad experiences with other lenders (they locked in an awesome all-time low rate and then failed to close our refi in 90 days due to no delay or fault of us) and we so lucky to have found Hong and Googain. Hong was able to match the all-time low rate, which of course had already passed 3 months after the all-time low, and even got us some credits back in the end.
