Absolutely terrible customer service through the shop goodwill online site for this location. The item I received was damaged during shipping as a result of them not packing it properly. It took days to get a response from them. And even more time to receive my credit - which I still have not received!

I just moved across country and I’ve been donating left and right at the ventura Goodwill located on Telephone Road. I donated and also purchased a dresser for my son today. I wasn’t prepared to take home the dresser. Aiden and Barrett went above and beyond helping me out with my donation items and then figuring out a way for me to get that dresser home. Thank you so much to the both of you.!

Do not buy online from this Goodwill. I purchased an antique phone from this Goodwill and it arrived with a receiver broke into pieces and the holder poking through the box. I sent them pictures of how poorly it was packaged and the damaged phone. They never replied back after three emails. The worst customer service Ive ever had. Dont buy online from this Goodwill as they are extremely unprofessional, horrible irresponsible packing and dont stand behind their shipping or online products.

I go online to purchase Goods at this Goodwill and other ones like it this is the first time I got ripped off badly I purchase a laptop said it was casket and runs good Grant you it did run good I could not run no other windows in this laptop except for Vista it would not take Windows 7 or 10 at all Ill take the hard drive out and throw it away It did not have no power cord like I can understand what they said but the battery was no good I was not going to buy a battery for two out of out of $26.47DO NOT BY OFF THIS SITE YOU BEE SCAM
