The Good Suite are a bunch of dishonest and incompetent operators. We had a copier from them that has had twelve service calls in 12 months. The copier to this day does not work properly and we have requested they pick it up and we terminate the lease. They are trying every trick in the book not to do so and they are unconscionable operators. I cannot stress enough that our experience with multiple operatives in this organization has been horrific.

It will be impossible to find a more unprofessional service provider than GoodSuite. What they do is only talk when it is needed, they display incompetence across the board. No one is happy with MSPs, but these guys are exceptionally awful!

Our office has had a positive and excellent level of customer service in regards to Copier Headquarters. The sign-up process and the installation of the copy machine couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Although there were hiccups here and there, the technicians immediately solved any and all problems that were encountered. Since the machine works tremendously fast, our speed of business has increased. As a law office, we rely heavily on the machine for scans, fax, copies and especially printing. In comparison to our previous machine, printing is now simple for our office, and we do not constantly come across paper jam issues anymore. The interactions with the Administrative Team, Service Team, and Account Managers have had positive results; all of our questions and concerns have been solved in a timely manner. Specifically, we had many questions about the machine, and the answers we received were detailed as well as helpful. I would definitely recommend Copier Headquarters to friends and family. Since the beginning, our office was not misled when it came to the contract, the prices, and any other detail one may think of. Ken Haumschilt did everything and anything to get us the best offer. In our professional opinion, the copy machine that was recommended for our office sells itself. Overall, they have many machines to browse over that would be a perfect fit for every type of establishment.

We had the pleasant surprise of meeting with Mr. Stuart Fratkin because we needed a copy machine upgrade in our office. Not only was Mr. Fratkin friendly, he was also very knowledgeable and a great listener in deciding the best machine for our office needs. We signed a deal, got our machines, and he STILL checks in from time to time to see how were doing. Their install team was amazing as well: Gilbert came to deliver and setup the machine, Edwin came in to setup the computers to the machine and train our employees. Although were very new with CHQS, we are very excited to have entered this partnership and look forward to a great relationship with them, as they have already exceeded all of our expectations with stellar service!!!

Everyone at CHQS has been wonderful to work with, from my first meeting with Anthony Leoni I knew we would be in good hands. Our new copier has met all of our expectations. I would highly recommend Copier Headquarters (CHQS) for all your copier and printer needs.

I leased an all in one unit for my small business through Copier Headquarters.Ken Haumschilt, the sales representative, was very professional. He visited me personally on multiple occasions to help determine my needs and followed up with me after our meetings to see if I had any questions.Additionally, he secured financing to my satisfaction even when another company told me that they would not be able to provide financing at all.The service experience has been equally as good. After installation, I was having a problem with performance. I called the service department and I received a call back the same day; the performance issue was remedied over the phone.All in all, I am extremely happy and will make sure to contact Ken for additional equipment I may need for my business.

To whom it may concern,My name is Menucha Engel and I am the director for the Los Angeles Teacher Center.We have been leasing copiers from your company for a few years now. Last June, I reached out to Stuart to discuss my options regarding the copiers, as our business was relocating. GoodSuite provided a crucial solution for our company with their disaster recovery solution. This proved to be paramount during a very trying time when a user from our company actually allowed an email to come through and it wreaked havoc however for a very short amount of time. We reached out to GoodSuite, they snapped into action and in less than an hour our company was back up!Without this service, I am not sure what our company would have done. Amazing job, thanks for saving our bacon GoodSuite!

Xerox has been great to work with. We are a small school and dont need a lot of fancy equipment but what our salesman recommended fits our needs to a T.Gary Dergazarian has been there since we started and if we have a little question or problem he is there to help.
