Wonderful customer service. Business ethics is on point. They have tools, jewelry, designer bags, professional photography cameras, instruments, and other cool what-have-yous. You can buy some things, sell some things, or just get a loan on your things that you still want to be YOUR THINGS. They give you 5 months to pay back!

Went to Goodfellas a month ago and the service that they provided is phenomenal. They give you products that people are willing to partially part way with getting a good loan. Theyre very honest on their approach and I really respect that as a customer. They also really do care about their customers by giving them reminders about their current loan. Id say that I definitely go back and use their service again. Not sure if Ill get the same loan amount but Im sure whatever loan amount that theyre willing to give I greatly appreciate it in my time of need.

I definitely recommend this place, they were all so friendly and knowledgeable. They worked with me and gave me a great price for my items. I was really unsure about the bag I wanted but they were really nice and not pushy at all. I felt really reassured. They had jewelry ranging from different prices along with lux bag and sunglasses. On the other end were power tools musical intruments (guitars and keyboards) and different cameras even older ones. Along with other miscellaneous items.. store was well kept. Nothing looked cluttered or messy. I had a positive experience!

Never been to a pawn shop where everything was so organized and well laid out for you to see. Seems like they have a healthy selection of whatever you’d be looking for. On top of that I dealt with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff member by the name of Nydia who was happy to take down anything I seemed interested in. I ran into a financial bind when a family member passed away so I decided to sell an item of mine and what faster way than a pawn shop.! Right! Although I was skeptical about doing so because I have heard a lot of negative feed back about pawn shops from friends and family. When I arrived, I was clueless as to what to expect since it was my first time pawning anything. I was assisted by Ana who was very knowledge and knew what she was doing. She explained every part of the process and actually was able to get me more than what I had expected. The best part was that I was given enough time with reasonable interest to be able to regain my item once again. She was patient with me while I asked many questions and kindly answered all of them. Upon completing my paperwork, Patricia also assisted me and was also very kind. If I ever need to pawn anything this is definitely the place I’ll come to, no questions asked.

My husband and i needed cash due to hard times. I searched pawn shops near me and the first one that came out was Goodfellas Pawn Shop. We immediately drove down there. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and greeted by two super nice young ladies. While there we also met the owner who was also very helpful and polite. Goodfellas is the best pawn shop I’ve ever dealt with. They are extremely fair with loan amounts and the staff and the owner are extremely knowledgeable about the products they take in for loan. They make things easy and have a reminding system that does not allow you to forget on time payments.. the location is clean and you don’t feel unsure of doing business with them… I highly recommend this place. 8/13/21. Called in today and spoke to Paola. Inquired about pawning some of my stuff (jewelry, designer wallet and my apple watch). Due to the ongoing pandemic and loss of work hours I decided to pawn in order to pay my rent and upcoming bills. Upon arriving, I received the best customer service anyone can offer both from the staff and the family members. Also the fair amount of money for all of the stuff I pawned. Ive known the owner since 2 years ago coz my co-worker recommended him. My stuff were secured and I have 5 months to pick it up once I needed it back. Usually other pawnshops offer 3 months only thats why I was surprised. I have enough time to prioritize my upcoming bills and just save up to get my stuff back. First month with them is 0% interest. Found goodfellas pawn shop on Instagram and was able to see their inventory which was up to date, and if I had any questions I messaged them and they responded quickly! I made time to go in and see the items I was interested in and ended up getting a ysl clutch for a good price and it even came with a certification that it’s real . Ana the sweet heart that helped me when I first called to when I walked in. She was honest and sincere, I went in there to get a loan on a Rolex. It wasnt a small loan... but they ended up giving me a more fair rate than other pawn shop I inquired at. I got exactly what I intended for but what made me feel good most was that ANA made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, she was careful and reassuring as she examined and assessed my watch and even though I wasnt buying anything, she still made me feel like a valued customer . This is the place to come well respected great customer service Jasmin was also she explained everything to me as far as the way the busy goes an there loans the store was clean everything was well organized all three lady greeted me as I entered the store and they also gave gifts to all firsts time customer I will be returning all I can say is awesome awesome awesome if they had 💯 🌟 I would Mark it for this place please give them ur service it is well worth it trust thanks Jasmin for all ur help

I went yesterday to Good Fellas Pawn located on the corner of Merced and Glendora in the city of West Covina. I was looking for a pair of Technics 1200 turntables and sure enough i found a set of verity good condition 1210s in the store. I spoke with the very polite and helpful girls there and was referred to Mike the manager to close up the deal. Mike was a pretty cool guy that along with the girls made me feel at home there. So sure enough i bought the set of 1210s and was on my way. Ill be back for sure. Thanks Mike and girls.

GIve only been to one other pawnshop and that experience was a demeaning one to say the least. But at Goodfellas Pawn Shop, the owner and employess are welcoming; holesome; kind and scincere people. They are helpful, quick to resolve your needs or wants and respectful all at once. So, be it my words that say this place is truly one of a kind Pawn Shop, standing above all in professionalism; kindness and courtesy!G - sorry I was late in my post but got home late.
