Good Riddance helped me out of a pinch. I had emptied my storage unit into a trailer and had items for disposal and donation. I wanted to get going on the road to complete my move and Good Riddance fit me into their busy schedule and had me on my way in much less time than I would ever have imagined. Friendly, efficient, and helpful. I highly recommend this company!

Submitted their web form and they got back to me right away and scheduled quickly. I did my best to explain how much stuff there was (about half of it empty cardboard boxes). They estimated $300-400 and I agreed. They showed up early, we chatted briefly and they didn’t mention the estimate or fees. They loaded the truck, then said it would be $700. I paid it and then emailed the company. I understand there was more stuff than they thought, but the right way to handle it would have been to give me a revised estimate before starting, not do the work and then charge double. I emailed back and forth with the owner and he basically blew me off. They did the job and did it fast, but overall not a great experience.

Our company completed a job and had a some left over scrap metal and wood from construction we needed removed. OH MY GOD A GREAT COMPANY FOR A CUSTOMER!!! I’ve used this company twice now, once to haul off some stuff, and this time for a dumpster to fill and they remove it. This company could not be easier to get ahold of (I recommend text, right!?! They actually have text as an option to contact them, and the response time is better than most of my friends!!!) when i started the conversation I knew basically what i wanted, and in a very quick exchange they got the specifics, all the while not making me feel like I was dumb for not knowing (and i really was uninformed!!!) they are incredibly professional, they are great at communication, especially concerning times and any potential issues that may arise! The contact they send is a very important and easy read! It tells you the specifics of your rentals, but also what can and cannot put in the dumpster, so there’s no issues later, and you sign the contract before you pay, so if there’s something you need to put in that’s not allowed, then you work that out before you commit! As a female doing this all on her own, I gotta say, this company is top tier, and very very easy to work with!!! Would recommend to my best friend!!!!

Faced with the reality that we had to get rid of a LOT of stuff 3 days prior to a major move, I called Good Riddance at 2:30pm on a Sunday afternoon. The owner answered, and said they could do the job the next day. Two men and two trucks showed up at the appointed time, and cheerfully and efficiently started hauling everything to their trucks. They then took two of our couches over to my moms house, and hauled away her old sofa and an extremely heavy old piano. This all took around 2.5 hours, and bam, all the problems and anxiety we faced the day before were completely removed!
