My room was clean and I felt safe at this location. The check in staff was super nice and very polite. The room had everything you would need. Iron,iron board, hair blow dryer, mini fridge... However I couldnt sleep a wink due to the mattress having seen better days. Absolutely no bounce or support. The springs had all given out some time ago. The mattress in the room I got desperately needs to be replaced.

No microwave in upstairs room 214. Standard room. Room was clean but smelled like urine. Maybe the carpet? Didnt have time to tell office staff. Pool is open 9am to 9pm. No hot tub. Fairly priced vending machines near office as well as ice machine, bathrooms and microwave that you can use.

Stayed in town for a family wedding...was disappointed since you can hear fwy traffic... There is no microwave in the room....bare minimum...yes walking distance to outlets. Ive had better places to stay ....😕

The room is clean.It is very noisy because 101 highways nearby so you have to close the window and door.It is inconvenient that there is no coffee or microwave in each room but in the morning at the office. So you have to through two buildings to get these.Location is about one hour driving to downtown.

I was blown away with the amount of value the goodnite inn gives for the price, the rooms are super clean, spacious and modern. Stayed here for 5 nights straight only cost $475, that’s a great rate considering the other hotel prices. 100% will stay here everyone I need a quick trip to the Ventura county area!

I have used this place 3 times this month for an overnight side. Crystal is always helpful and quick. Rooms are affordable and get the job done for a nights rest. Rooms are by the freeway but if you are on a budget and need a place for a quick stay then I recommend this place.

Customer service was good, the rooms are priced decently… however, saw these ladies that work there eat outside the 3 nights we stayed there. I don’t usually write reviews but I don’t think it’s fair that this place treats their employees like this. Having to eat out on the floor? Do they not have a break room? Or is it really packed in there? I believe we should all have a decent place to eat our meals while on lunch. Other than that, it’s a decent place stay stay at while in Ventura County.

Located just off the Ventura Freeway it’s convenient for easy access. The rooms are clean but not for extended in room time. The only seating is the bed and a office chair. Definitely not a luxury room. Service from the office for reservations is sometimes difficult to reach. Once contact is made the employees are responsive.

This was our second stay. Went back because prices were reasonably for holidays. The room was pretty clean but the filters in AC need to be replaced, stale and smokey smell in the room, I believe I got a sinus infection from breathing the air from the AC. The bed and pillows are terribly uncomfortable and you only have one other desk chair to sit on. Bathroom is clean but had some issues turning shower on completely so tub filled with water from faucet while trying to shower. We requested room service but they never came so we had a room full of trash and no toilet paper. Wont be going back until we know the beds have been upgraded.

Everything thats important in a Hotel/Motel was great. The room was Very clean. The pool was beautiful and clean. The bed was very good. The TV was great color, large in size and user friendly with a laminated paper including all available channels. The only thing that wasnt so great were our pillows. We asked for another, went and got one, it was the same, so very flat. Oh there is also NO microwave. Strange but not that big of a problem.

I got a room here, everything was fine, until I took a shower.The shower floor was very dirty, so much so that I had an allergic reaction within an hour of just standing in the bathroom.I had to have someone call 911 to get medical help. The paramedic said I probably have an open wound and it was likely a reaction to the shower floor. I tried to get a refund OVER AND OVER. Ive been completely ignored despite being a repeat customer.

The Inn is conveniently located to Hwy 101, it is a medium sized Motel, the rooms are compact but acceptable. The bathrooms have been recently refurbished, though their was a musky smell present in my room. The Bed was reasonably comfortable, though when I arrived after midnight I found hairs in my bed, and it appeared unclean. I was offered to switch rooms but I wanted to sleep, the next day they blitzed the room, and I was very satisfied with the clean. Their is a small pool onsite, but no restaurant or business center. They put coffee out between 6am to 10am in the reception area. Camarillo center is just a short drive away. Overall I would stay again.

Location is cool because youre right by the outlets but this place is pretty ghetto. The night time shift is even worse than the day time, the room was super small and the walls are really thin its like a scene out of a movie. You get only 1 pass per room, so if you have more than one car good luck youre getting it towed and they dont care. They wont clean your room for like 6 days, as per their policy, I only stayed 1 day because the thought of staying in someone elses stench like that is ridiculous, these hotels changed their policy because of Covid and never changed it back, like come on dude lets get serious. Clean the darn rooms.

The cleanliness of the room was okay, minus a couple of hairs left in the tub. The highway noise is unavoidable, so find somewhere else if you are a light sleeper. In room 206, theres a loud clunking noise behind the walls that lasts for a couple of minutes at a time. I suspect this has to do with the plumbing running to all of the adjoining rooms. Lastly, the tub spout didnt work, so we could only take a bath. The price is low, so you get what you pay for here.

This Hotel is very clean and quiet. It is next to a freeway, so for very light sleepers, it might not be the best. Staff was nice and the location is very close to many things including the outlet mall. I will stay here again, especially because it gives you good value compared to the prices of other hotels in the area.

Must say it is a better place to stay then most of the motel hotel holiday inns in the area. The staff are very kind and accomodating you just have to ask. Stayed in an upstairs 1 king bed. The room was decent a size and very clean upon check in. The maid staff are also friendly and have no problem servicing your room. It isnt to close to much as in convince or fast food really. Cons: no microwave in room... Its a community (shared) microwave in lobby. Key card is easily demagnetized like just about everyday. Its nice they have night patrol (security guard) who roams the lot all night. Can only stay max 14 days consecutively, have to leave for min/max 2/4 hours. I would stay her again for the price and the staff quality.

Super clean, love the comfy bed and pillows, currently researching what type of mattress it was, so I can buy one for myself. Love the all-white bedding, super soft blankets.Mini fridge available. The rate is great for such a good room, in a perfect area, next to the beach, outlets. Next to Lure fish house ( super good dinner spot) and Braxtons excellent for breakfast or lunch. The shower is very nice. And I love the light up mirror.

This hotel feels extremely clean from the office to the rooms. It has a modern keycard system that works really well.The shower gets hot and has great water pressure. There is an ice machine/vending machines on premises and a communal microwave. Our room had a mini fridge that worked well. The AC isn’t super strong but it provides a little cooling. Location is close to a lot of shopping and food options.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because one of the staff members was very annoying and rude.I had a stay booked for two nights but decided to stay another night that I had already booked through booking.com. I called the desk to re-check in before check out time, however at about 12:20 I hear a guy yelling and knocking “front desk front desk front desk front desk front desk” like 10 times in the span of the 15 seconds it took me to go to the door and then he tells me I’m past checkout time.I mean I get why he did it but seriously, you can say it once or twice and give the person a second to respond.

If youre thinking of staying at Frays Kinn, dont. Compare the reviews. Stay here instead. It is leaps and bounds better. It is quiet, no creepers smoking outside, rooms are clean, grounds are clean, carpets are not stained. No bed bugs, no roaches, no knats. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will be back.

Pros: Great location.Rooms are smaller but clean and functional. Housekeeping is very attentive. Great shower pressure.Cons: I did kill a spider and a silverfish in the bathroom. Also, the brand of coffee- Farmers something in the lobby, could be upgraded. Coffee was horrible! Wifi was dropping on occasion, one day it became like hourly. No lotion is provided. Towels are clean but rough textured. Sheets had piling and after going through 2 sets, she kindly provided me with something decent. A microwave is on site but just 1 in the lobby and the rooms could be upgraded to include a micro/fridge in all rooms, not just the king.Overall, I would stay again for the value and privacy as long as the rates are 55-$60 night.

The employees at this hotel can really be counted on. Theyre very helpful and pleasant to deal with, the cleaning staff does a great job. The beds/sheets arent the best quality, but the hotel is reliably affordable so I overlook it. They have a small pool, not really one to do laps in but you can have fun with kids or grandparents. Great location if youre looking to shop at the Outlet Malls during the holidays, its walking distance. An In & Out Burger is also walkable. About 15-20 minute drive to ocean, and a nice midpoint between Santa Barbara & Los Angeles.

We came from NY for vacation and decided to give this hotel a try due to the good prices. I was amazed by the cleanliness of this hotel and the kindness of the staff. Close to a shopping mall and many other attractions. There is a Sonic less than half a mile down the road. Free wifi and hassle free reservation. My favorite thing of the room besides the extra clean bathroom, was the vanity mirror over the sink. It has built in lights and you can get your make up done beautifully. If I ever come back to Camarillo, I’ll definitely stay there again.

This is a simple, clean place to stay. It isnt fancy, but the price is right and the location is convenient. I recommend asking for a room on the backside, as the frontage road and freeway are right out front. The staff were very helpful and the room was freshly cleaned, linens crisp, and free coffee in the morning by the front desk.

I have stayed here on a few different occasions but my last stay wasn’t ideal. During my last night, there was a power outage throughout the entire property and my husband and I had to pack our things and relocate to another hotel. That whole ordeal took 2 hours and cost us more money for a new room and we never got to spend our last night at Good Nite Inn but they refuse to refund us for the night the power outage occurred. After speaking with a manager, he refused to take accountability and I literally got nowhere with him. Unacceptable!!Edit: I spoke with Diego, the hotel manager, almost a year after the incident because we attempted to make a new reservation and apparently they have my husband on a do-not-rent list. This happened because we were forced to dispute the charge for our last night because the manager was unwilling to accommodate a refund. So as the guests, we’re essentially being blamed for the whole thing.We had asked Diego if we would be charged for the new reservation and he said “we wouldn’t charge you for nights you’re not staying” which infuriated me because they actually DID the last time we were there. Then he had the nerve to talk over me when I was trying to explain that to him. I feel so disrespected by the staff at this location. Don’t waste your time and money at this hotel because if something goes wrong, they will not take accountability.

I booked for two nights and on my second night i asked to extend for another two nights. I was told that the room type (double queen) i had was booked and that they had a king bed room available. I agreed to book that room, which meant i would have to check out of my room at 11am and then wait until however long it would take for the other room to be ready to check in ( which they said they couldn’t estimate for me). So i asked if i can just switch to that other room now to avoid all of that the next morning. I was told no. The reason given was that the two rooms are not the same room types - although the price difference between the room types was $3. During this entire conversation both Gustavo and Alexander were rude and had zero empathy. They gave short answers without any explanation. These two need a lot of customer service training and should not have jobs in hospitality until properly trained.

Deserving of the Two Star hotel rating. Beds are awfully firm. Firm as in rocks. Ouch. Needless to say, I suffered, but if you are into that sort of thing... One redeeming quality! The bathroom seems newly renovated! Looks fantastic, easy to clean. Bathtub fills up quickly but the shower just sprinkles on you. Overall, the location was nice for us and the two queen beds were not even close to relaxing. The Tv isnt as old as aforementioned rocks and if you have ear plugs to dull the sound of constant traffic you are set!

The room is very clean and bigger than I thought for their price tag. Facility seems very new and all in good working order. Walking distance to the premier mall. Large food stores and restaurants are all around one mile. The shortcomings are no coffee maker in room, no breakfast. But these can be covered by stores nearby. The only bad thing can not overcome is noise(not very bad in fact) from the freeway. This is a place I would go next time. This hotel is a surprise find for me.

One microwave and one ice machine for the entire complex to share. Very common to wait in line to use the microwave. I’ve been working n the area for the last 6 months second ice machine still not repaired.Even worse, the last week I stayed here the front desk was very rude to me and I was shocked as I parked the next day and watched a lady run down the stairs after she was given a key to an occupied room and walked in on a young couple. A very young staff seems to be in charge and the result is an inconsistent experience with customer service. Rooms are very nice and clean.

The rooms were tinier than i expected but comfortable enough. the bathroom smelled bad. its not the best place ive stayed in but i didnt mind it entirely because i was only staying there for the night. its very simple and minimal. the only thing i minded was the bathroom smell. also, the power went out around halfway through the night and they didnt address it nor give us a discount. more than half of my stay had no power so i definitely think i should have gotten some sort of money back.

Pre-paid for 2 rooms and 4 guests. 2 guest arrive and they check in. Then I am told that the other room was not paid for and that when the other guests arrive they will have to pay for themselves. Since I found out late in the night, there wasnt a manager available so nothing could be done even if I showed them my receipt.So since I dont want my guests to arrive and have no where to stay, I asked if they could just charge the card on file for the rooms again (then of course Id dispute the earlier charges). To which they replied, You would need to physically be here. So I had to get up at 11 PM and drive from Oxnard to Camarillo to pay AGAIN! All this the night before my wedding.And honestly I dont want to hear the canned Im sorry for the inconvenience customer service response. Because really youre not sorry and you didnt have to deal with anything.I have had trouble here in the past and I continue to give them another chance because my family likes to stay there. I wont book another after this and I will make sure to point others in a different direction when they ask me for recommendations.

That being our only recourse, we did indeed fetch the plunger, fix the problem ourselves, and return the plunger. After that, when I attempted to call the front desk to inquire about another matter I was repeatedly hung up on - 10 times in a row. Next morning (after a shower that had less water flow and pressure than I could spit), I went to the office to check out and inform them that we would be reporting our experience and would never return. A different desk clerk greeted me with the same attitude, simperingly repeating over and over, It was a pleasure to serve you, it was a pleasure to serve you. It was certainly no pleasure for me! The room was adequate though hardly luxurious. There was no reading material about local attractions, and no TV Guide, etc. In short, it is not a place I would recommend to anyone, nor ever visit again.

I stayed for here for one night, right after shopping in camarillo outlets. the price is reasonable for one room with two beds. the room is big enough for two beds, and the facilities are in good conditions even though the inn itself seems a little old. the sanitary is good, it is quite clean in the room, without any unfavorable smell. the carpet is clean enough, the beds are big and comfortable enough for a good sleep. I would certainly recommend this inn, and would stay again next time if there is a chance. some disadvantages: no microwave oven, no fridge and no hair dryer.

I had a long trip from home, from Colorado and decided to stay in Camarillo for the night. I give this hotel a 5 star based on location!!! Next to 101 freeway and the Camarillo Outlet Mall, not sure if they’re open due to the COVID-19. Plenary of places to go out and eat. Its very quiet and the rooms are clean and roomy for me. I also love the bathroom! Very clean!!! The property is well maintained and a very welcoming staff.Less than 5 star to 4.5 star, no microwave or fridge. For one night is nice but if I were to stay longer, I definitely would like these two in the room.I do recommend staying here for the quietness and price!

I must say that for the price one pays to stay here its pretty decent, however I had a few issues. The remote stopped working for the TV and so I wasnt able to watch tv anymore. And two the pillows looked like they havent really been washed. Like the pillow covers are fine but its the pillows themselves that could use a bit more fluffing and maybe a good wash! oh and the sheets and covers had holes so maybe invest in new bed spreads. Other than that its a nice quiet room, & the staff is friendly.

The room appeared clean for the most part with a few exceptions. Didnt smell stale or musty but fresh and inviting. The exceptions were there was nasty lack hair in the drain of bathtub, ring on desk from previous tenants drink that hadnt been cleaned and some raisins underneath which my son found and I quickly discarded. All in all it was a good value priced room. I did hear noise from the freeway since we had a front room but with the fan on low it blocked the noise and we slept comfortably.

The is one of the good ones. The staff Is friendly and the rooms are clean. It’s easy location between LA and Santa Barbara made it a perfect start for us. They even have a pool which is kept very nicely and although it has no views, it’s right off the freeway, it is the perfect affordable place to stay just outside of Santa Barbara.Remember this is a budget hotel, nothing special here except the good clean room at a great price and friendly staff.

I was there for a single night. Rooms are small but comfy. Its all very old but still working so no complaints there. The room was in good state when I arrived the house keeping staff must be good. The breakfast was over by 8, wish I could have eaten something in the morning. Missing the breakfast would be my only low point otherwise everything was as expected, nothing high nothing low.

The worst ever experience we had in our multiple stays in our California trip. The toilet in the room was clogged and when I called the front desk, instead of sending housekeeping or giving us alternate room I was told he wish he could give plunger but he doesnt have one. Ridiculous!!! After reading the reviews on this hotel I was skeptical but my stay was great! Everything was clean and sanitized. The office people are nice and its a fair price. I found a room on expedia for $60. Theres no blow dryer or mini fridge but you get what you paid for. The beds are comfy and theres internet (for up to 2 devices) All in all if youre looking for a bougie place dont come here. If you need a place quick to stay overnight this is the one for you.

Stay Away! Location is the only thing going for this place. The staff was ok, not fantastic but ok. The real issue was the rooms. Our room was dark and musty. The shower head barely functioned. We found hair in many of our clean towels as well as throughout the room and we also found signs of bedbug bites on my three year old son. The lady checking out in front of me had similar issues and got about $20 off her stay... I didnt even mention all of the issues I experienced to the staff since it seemed they were not willing to do too much about it.

If you want pampering, go somewhere else and pay through the nose for it! No partying, loud noises, or drugs (that I know of!). A motel where you can just rest and get a good nights sleep. We were visiting for Phil Gaimons Malibu Gran Cookie Dough and had booked a room at the Days Inn down the street. The Days Inn room was a smoking room and it was disgusting. The whole hotel was a dump. (The front desk staff there, however, was very nice. Not their fault they work in a dump..) I read a few reviews of hotels nearby on Google Maps and Good Nite Inn sounded good so I gave them a call. I spoke to someone at the hotel (rather than a call center) who said they would hold a room for us so we could drive over and check it out. The difference was Nite and Days (see what I did there?) WAY nicer than the other place, and they gave us cookies when we checked in. Also a few bucks less expensive. Highly recommended, above average in this price range.

Been coming to the Good Nite In for years now with my family. Located right off the 101 Freeway so thats very convenient. That can also be a huge downside though. You do hear all the cars and trucks at night so unless youre a tough sleeper, Id recommend finding another place to stay. Thats really the only negative thing I got to say about this place. Its really not that bad of a motel. The rooms are nice and the rates are cheap. There are alot of things to do outside this motel. There are shopping outlets right next door and a movie theater right next to that. If youre looking for a cheap but nice place to stay at then I recommend checking this place out !

This place was horrible. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. The TV was small and set on stretch view and the remote wouldnt change the setup. The walls are super thin and parking is literally right outside the rooms so I heard every sound all night long. Ive had money and medicine stolen from my room. They have construction workers that get drunk and party with their room fires open. During three weekend its like crossing the border around the pool- complete with screaming kids. They appear to have a security guard but the guard is never too be seen around the premises. I stayed there for a weekend with my family. I called in advance to make sure the room was clean and that we had non smoking being that we had my grandmother was with me. When we arrived they had us booked for a smoking room and the room that they switched us too had a dense smell like if it hadnt been opened up and aired out for a while. Our last night there I pushed the motel sheets off the bed and noticed a couple bugs in between those sheets. Thankfully I take my own pillows and blankets. CONS: Bad Nites sleep and the closest food is Inn N Out.We specifically asked for a quiet room. Our room was on the backside and you couldnt hear any traffic. But the laundry being done just across the corridor overnight was loud. Another reviewer mentioned the good water pressure. Well, water gushing through the pipes was SO loud and it went on for hours. The room next to ours was a revolving door for shower takers. Gushing water sounds all night long again. That room mustve had a working shower diverter. Ours did not, so the tub kept filling while showering.Our rooms heating/cooling unit did not have a functioning thermostat so it was either on or not. We happened to be in Camarillo the coldest nights of the year, so we were either melting with the heat on or shivering with it off. The front desk - super nice people - supplied an extra blanket when we asked.The first two nights at the inn did not provide a Good Nites sleep at all. We almost checked out but stayed because the room rate is the lowest in the area.

Overall, our stay was uneventful. It was quiet and in a nice area. There is a nice outlet shopping center just down the street. It is high end shopping so I did not feel like it attracted the wrong crowd. The motel has its qwerks like no refrigerator or microwave. But we made due by bring few gallon zip locks to hold ice and we got fresh ice every night. There is a microwave in the lobby that we did use to heat up some leftover food. There is a TV channel guide on the desk in the room. There is plenty of parking with nice wide spots. A lot of contractors seem to stay here, so there were a lot of work style trucks in the parking lot. Across the freeway is some eateries, there is an In and Out down the road but the line was always too long for us. There is a grocery store not too far if you need to pick something up called Ralphs. I was going to test the pool but it was closed as in padlocked.

SAD BUT TRUE...I have done extensive traveling all over the United States which includes roughly 40 out of 50 states...I have also made a couple trips to Europe and to the point, have stayed in a vast number of Hotels/Motels and of varying degrees of quality. This hotel has clean rooms that were nicely maintained BUT none of that is worth the embarrassment of having the cops called on you by the front desk. Bear with me as I give the details and FACTS...My wife was partaking in a 50 kilometer trail marathon in Malibu this last Saturday, Feb 2, 2019. The time in which she would finish the race and get back to the Hotel where I and my 3 sons of the ages of 1, 3, & 12 were waiting would be approximately 1pm. We were given a late checkout of 12pm by the front desk associate the night before. She made no note of it because when I spoke to the front desk at 12:05 pm they were not aware of this and questioned me as if I made it up. Anyways, I was calling them from room to inform them that we did not need room service and that because I knew my wife would be a physical wreck after the race that I was going to pay for another night. The associate then proceeded to lie to me that due to various reasons and conditions that the room would be a higher amount this second night. I did not argue but simply agreed and said I would be to office to pay in 5-10 minutes. 10 minutes later I entered the office, said I would pay cash and provided an ID and Metal Black MasterCard for incidentals. Moments later I was told that my license had expired and therefore not valid and they could not except any form of payment from me. I was then told I needed to checkout and vacate the room regardless that my wife was now within an hour from being back at the room. Without raising my voice nor uttering any profanity I told them that I was not packing my stuff up with 2 babies and another young child to be outside in weather that was pouring down rain. He then said he would contact the proper authorities...Trying to avoid an unnecessary conflict, even though they would look as the buffoons, I contacted my wife who sent me a pic of my Drivers license that had not expired and I even went as far to book the room again and pay in full online (for the same amount as the night before, is how I found out he was lying about circumstances earlier). They had no interest in looking at my license sent to me as an attachment via text, didnt care the room was paid for, and for a lack of better words very defensive and confrontational. So I went back to the room to wait for the police. The police came to the room 10-15 minutes later, were utterly confused by the hotels actions, went back to the office and spoke to them where the office now agreed to let us stay until my wife arrived. All that hassle to get my kids and I kicked out, all the while missing the opportunity to fill the room another night and save the expense of having to service the room that day.Note to staff: In order to make money in any business you not only should take care of your customers in whatever reasonable manner possible BUT also, pay close attention, take their money when they are giving it to you. I wish I could leave a 0 star rating and get my money back for the first night I stayed there considering all the grief the male and female associates gave me for reasons unknown.STAY AT THE MOTEL 6 ACROSS THE STREET OR ANY OTHER MOTEL FOR THAT MATTER - THEY DO NOT CARE ONE IOTA ABOUT YOU OR THE WELL BEING OF CHILDREN. Ive never been to a hotel with such a rude evening staff. I really didnt like how they said heres your breakfast and give you a little cookie. And in the after hours lobby there is cockroaches. The beds had so much trash underneath they need to step up their house cleaning. Also i was put in a nonsmoking area and when you walk out my door all you see is cigarette buds on the floor. The carpet were filthy one of my beds looked like it was used because of the wrinkled sheet underneath and. We ended up not sleeping in that bed. They need to upgrade to a microwave, closet and a refrigerator for people that have young kids. My room smelled like cigaretts and i was in a not smoking room. My kids were very uncomfortable there because when we got to the door there was a cockroach on my door. Because I left the place for three days during my stay, I went upfront to the front desk to ask if it is possible to give the room back for three days during my stay. They changed my reservation and after the change the new reservation cost me USD 1,577. So the shorter stay (3 days less) cost me USD 39 more, although I thought I can save money when I stay less days there. I could have leave the reservation how it was, leave all my luggage in my room during the planed short trip and stay in the same room and it would have cost me less than it was after the change. I directly talked to the manager and he said he cant do anything against this situation. Everyone can decide by himself, if this is a good way to treat customers. And a day before there was a rat or mouse on the second floor corridor when I went out the room.

Clean rooms, Wifi, Helpful staff, TV, close to a lot of eating places and malls. This is my halfway point when I go to a concert in Los Angeles. This is a Bare bone basic hotel or motel. No frills or no very high prices. I stay here 2 or 3 times a year. Tonight Im gonna see Paul McCartney at Dodger stadium and drive back to the Good Nite inn after the concert. I love the Town of Camarillo and always look forward to coming back.

I really dont know what constitutes a hotel vs a motel but I would definitely consider this a motel. Cons are the rooms are all accessed from outside, the people coming and going sound like they are in the room with you. The rooms are so dull and ugly, but on bright side, it is adjacent to the camarillo shopping center, Old Camarillo is down the street, and it was under $80 for a practical night stay.

This place is not even worth a star! I booked on the 9th and I left a few hours later! Not worth my hard earn money! First off, I never got the extra towels I asked for. Then my fiancé found a Sandler sticking out of the bed. He looked underneath for the other one (he though it was mine) and instead of finding the 2nd Sandler he found Lingerie! I packed our stuff and left. Now I am trying to get a refund but they said I staid till 1pm like really? Who would stay the night after finding out that their room was not clean properly?! This place is not worth the money or time! :(

DO NOT STAY HERE!So upon arriving at the good nite inn I was greeted by a man that got us in an hour early so it was off to a great start! However right after I had given a card I forgot was maxed out, I apologized went to the bank and deposited $1,000 and came back and told the man it should work now. The gentleman did a complete 180 on me and said doubtfully and sarcastically “well.. we will see if it works.. it’s really alarming to us that you would give us a card wasn’t working.” (I just had not transferred part of my check over) So I guess I went from “valued guest” to being a “sketchy situation”. Then upon entering the room, I love how they say no pets allowed however they must keep a nat farm in close proximity because they will be all over you at night and flying all around you and in the room during the day and caught two spiders in the room. As soon as Friday morning came we packed up and went to premier inns motel which is now earning our long term stay in California while we search for a place to call home.If you love and enjoy being talked to like your worthless you will LOVE it here.

I arrived and my room was not in the computer though I had reserved the room prepaid two nights prior via Travelocity. To make matters worse, many people were arriving and there was a chance they were going to run out of rooms. Rather than have to wait for Travelocity to fax a new confirmation, the clerk Juan signed us in at the same rate. This allowed us to get into our room and freshen up. Later, once the fax came across the wire, Juan reversed the charges he had made so I didnt have to battle with Travelocity.I was impressed with the effort taken to resolve the problem regardless of who the mistake was made by. I really appreciated it.On the down side, this is a miminal hotel. No public restrooms, bare rooms with no refridgerator, hard mattresses (I would have loved a soft mattress), No coffee or coffee maker in the rooms, but there was muffins and coffee in the lobby in the morning for the customers.
