Our home had a horribly outdated bathroom with one of those plastic tub/shower inserts.Other local companies were too expensive for the quality of work they advertise and honestly, had poor customer service when we called to inquire about a remodel.We hired Golden Hands to put in a walk-in floor-to-ceiling tile shower and came to our home promptly to talk with us about shower design, and installation.Ohad-the project manager- made sure we knew exactly what construction and waterproofing was needed to change our tub to a shower with no surprise expenses.

Initially, we hired a contractor who suggested that we conceal our renovations from the HOA to avoid a prolonged process and headaches. However, we knew that wasnt the right approach and promptly terminated their services.Fortunately, we stumbled upon Golden Hands Builders on Yelp a week later and scheduled a meeting immediately. Or and Avi were in the area and able to come out on the same day. It felt like destiny that we had found them. Everyone was great and did quality work. There were some tricky issues that popped up in our old house and they were able to come up with perfect fixes that did not cost us a fortune. It went great! Ohad was very thorough with the scope walkthrough, estimate and work throughout the project. We had a tight timeframe to work with and he made it work. Always responsive and great workmanship by all involved. We had just bought a 2 bed/2 bath home and wanted the whole inside updated prior to move in. We bought a condo that needed substantial remodeling. We interviewed four general contractors. Ohad won our heart because he is warm, professional, knowledgeable, and always on top of things. As first-time owners, we know nothing about construction. Ohad guided us through the process, on what to buy, when to buy what, etc. He also found us good suppliers so we got high quality hardwood floors and other building materials at much lower price (compared to the retail price at homedepot or lowes). Ohad has a team of very experienced workers. They get things done well & fast. They were also very tidy and polite.Ohad is also very considerate and accommodating. For example, we have no idea what doors (size & frames etc) and hardwares we should buy. He got his worker to buy them for us and we just need to pay. Another example, we ordered a refrigerator too large to fit through our kitchen door. He got his workers to remove the refrigerator doors, cabinets handles, etc and fit it through the narrow door, then reassembled everything. We also have a nonstandard sized shower. Ohad had it custom made for us. It looks gorgeous. Ill upload photos later, when I actually settle in my new place and get some free time. We also love the kitchen cabinets and countertops--very high quality craftsmanship. Again, Ill upload photos later.Most importantly, he remodeled our 3bed condo in 2.5 months. We had everything remodeled. he got most of the things done in time. Given the COVID interruption of supply chain, Im surprised that he could meet the deadline. We were planning to extend the rental lease for another two weeks but we no longer have to. Other than the windows (which takes forever to come because of the supply chain issues) and the glass door for the shower (another supply chain issue I assume), our condo remodel is done. We actually moved in a few days before our rental lease ends.In hind sight, I would chose a turn-key condo in a heart beat. I will never ever do any remodeling unless absolutely necessary. The whole process is time consuming, exhausting, and painful. But Ohad helped us minimize the pain. For that, Im very grateful.

Amazing work!! I am so thrilled with the work that Ohad and crew completed in our master bathroom. They totally gutted our bathroom and reconfigured the shower to provide a much needed update. I must mention the professionalism performed by this company from its President Ohad to all of his team members working on this company really amaze me. Since the beginning of the project they had planned out the sequence of the work and made sure that everything was right on point. They even took into consideration to protect the Master Bath and installed a cover to protect the room from any dust running into that area. However, we know how hard it is to find exceedingly efficient contractors some days. Golden Hands Builders offered such a service. Prior to contacting Ohad, we had 2 different contractors that erroneously diagnosed the situation (no names) which was a leak from upstairs that found its way through the living room ceiling. Ohad assessed the situation within minutes. Being a skeptic (after the first 2 contractors), he assured me that his assessment was correct and if not monies would not change hands.Well, the team arrived on time, was extremely polite and courteous, they were Covid Compliant, and most of all extremely efficient and clean.
