Once I made my decision to purchase the precious metals, the representative guided me through the process. This is my second purchase. I understood the process and I was much more at ease. We dealt with four people at Goldco and all were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. For an IRA rollover you will work first with a person who handles general tasks, then a precious metals expert who helps you define your purchase, then someone who guides you with the transfer of funds from paper money to real tangible assets, and lastly the finalization of the purchase. Most importantly we are very happy with prices we paid for several versions of gold and silver coins. We could not recommend Goldco more highly and will likely do business with them in the future.

The process was fast and the people were amazingly helpful. The only problem was with the company where my 401K was, they drug their feet.Goldco said it could take up to 10 days to process my funds but it only took 2.They were very helpful to explain everything to me and truly wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase.My only thing is I currently have been purchasing silver bars and they only offer coins.They also guaranteed to buy back my silver if and when I decide to sell.The entire experience and process was so easy on their end.I would and have recommended them to others for a 401K rollover.

They are so knowledgeable and helpful. Especially Ruby! My problem was with Equitable. They gave us all a go aroand was not willing to let go of any of my money from my IRA with them. It literally took from February till April 😭. Its so devastating to save and save then when you try to do something with it, its like its not yours. I really think its best to diversify your money. I wasnt aware that your not actually buying spot Price silver or gold. You are actually getting retail mint coins. I was not going to move forward with my transfer. Buyer beware. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company talks a big game, but they simply dont deliver. They will sell you gold that is mostly worthless to any reputable distributor. I checked with seven other distributors to try to liquidate my metals from my custodian and none would buy it from me. All said that Goldco sells metals that arent of acceptable quality to most. Additionally, Goldco will stress up front that a buy back spread of 7-21% will be applied to any liquidation of your precious metals. Ill tell you from personal experience that the spread is randomly applied and it will without a doubt be 21%. I had to forfeit two years of returns to them in order to liquidate 65k of gold and silver. I got zero return on my 50k. Also, the custodian of your metals levies a steep annual rate to house your metals and will also hit you for commissions, shipping costs and liquidation fees if/when you liquidate. The custodian, Equity Trust, told me that they have more trusted distributors other than Goldco as part of their lineup. I believe if Hannity knew how unscrupulous Goldco is, he likely wouldnt associate himself with them. Pleas take heed of my words.

My experience with Goldco wasnt great. When I called to get the ball rolling on moving my IRA to a gold/silver IRA, I found the conversation to be very off-putting. The gentleman I spoke with wasnt necessarily rude directly, but he made mention in our short conversation multiple times about my small IRA. When I asked him his professional opinion on gold vs. silver, he told with an IRA as small as mine, that I would probably want to do silver. Also, when the topic came up on which storage facility to use, he said most people with IRAs small like mine usually choose the cheaper option. That was not the question I asked and I left the phone call almost feeling bad about myself. For a company that is supposed to be so renowned for their customer service, I was extremely unimpressed. I called Noble Gold and it was night and day difference. I had a nice lengthy conversation with them and they really worked to steer me in the BEST direction. Not the direction based on my financial contribution. Needless to say, I signed up with Noble Gold right away. I would just tell anyone who is looking to make the switch, theres a lot of companies out there so make sure you choose the one thats right for you. For me, that was NOT Goldco.

Ive been wanting to move my 401K to gold for some time now, and researched 5 star rated companies, one of the top being Goldco. The only reason a star is missing is because of a little bit of lack of communication from my rep, he called me a couple of weeks ago (final part of the transaction/confirmation) and I was unavailable but he only have me a half hour to call him back on a Friday afternoon. I called him back and left a message to let me know what the next, final step is, and I waited for 2 weeks to get a (system generated text) to say call him back, and it happens to be on Friday, he also left a message on my cell with the same call me back within 30 minutes or its not going to happen today. Thank God I was able to call back right away, and when I mentioned I left a VM two weeks ago, he simply stated he got it, without any explanation for the delay in getting back to me, or a simple sorry gor busy. Anyway, deal is done and got my bullion, so rant over!

Moving my IRA account from one of the main companies used by millions of people to Goldco could not have been any easier than it was. I started back in November of last year and was almost ready to make the plunge with my IRA to a metals IRA and had second thoughts. I was a first time buyer of precious metals when I contacted Goldco after doing some research on companies that sell these products. I called and talked with a gentleman who explained the services that Goldco offers and the process required for purchasing gold and silver products. He sent a packet of information booklets, a customer agreement, and a return Fed-ex envelop. I called back after receiving the packet and made a verbal order, I signed the customer agreement, enclosed a personal check, and dropped off the envelop at the Fed-ex office. I have to give GoldCo a poor rating. I rolled over my 401k into precious metals with them a little over a year ago and am very displeased with them:1st of all the gold and or silver they sell you is more than twice the amount of current spot price, so your investment looses more than half of its value from the start. 2nd, if you choose to go with 4 digit purity rating of .9999 fine, the price is jacked up an even more unfair amount, which incidentally isn’t significantly worth any more money than a 3 digit purity rating .999 fine. 3rd, you will be charged approximately $170 annually from Equity Institutional for them to store you precious metals and as if that weren’t enough, you will be nickeled and dimed an additional $60 per year to receive a quarterly statement by paper.I consider their business a racket and would suggest anyone considering it to buy their precious metal at a broker after comparing between several and storing it your self at your local bank in a safety deposit box, because with this company I believe you will lose about 60% of your hard earned savings and if your investment doesn’t at least double from what they charged you in the beginning you won’t break even and will have even lost money. It may not be illegal what they do, but it sure as h*** isn’t ethical. That just seems to be the business world we live in today.

I had an extremely negative experience a few months ago with the transfer of my 401k. I trusted them with my money because Candace Owens was advertising them, so I didnt think anything could go wrong. The initial call and support they provided with transferring my 401k was good, and smooth. However, when they had my money, my sales executive, Tyler, was so aggressive, and deceiving. I noticed the prices of metals were so hyped from market prices, which I couldnt understand why. He was flustered with me because I didnt understand the prices, he only gave two options for silver Eagles and an obscure Bulgarian coin I never heard of it. He put me in a corner to pick the Bulgarian coin because it was best for the government not to have control with a serial number - the whole experience was so uncomfortable and intimidating. I wanted the eagles because the premium would equate to $12 - 15 dollars above market price, so I cold get way more for my money. However, he was so upset that I ended up taking a coin that I never heard of, and I didnt want. After this experience I asked through a survey and a customer service call to have a manager call me because I cant make peace with this transaction with money that took me hard work to earn. To this date I had not received an answer or a call from anyone. Instead I received an statement telling me that I lost 66% of the value of my money due to the fictitious price they put on that premium coin I cant even find in google. Tyler mentioned Candace Owens name many times to regain my trust, and I cant believe that Candace would back-up an organization that takes advantage of individuals retirements earnings like this. This is my last attempt to get someone to call me before I seek legal advise.
