As a first time home buyer I was quite nervous about the whole process, but Ryan and the team was always available to guide me and answer any questions I had. We were very pleased in our interactions with Ryan Dias and his team. We were able to lock in a great rate during these unstable times as well as have constant conversations about the loan process and escrow fees.The loan estimates were very accurate and we were kept in the loop during the closing of the loan. We worked with Tami Rima for our loan process and it was such a smooth experience! We were nervous going into it as first time home buyers, but she had so much experience and knowledge that it made our loan and breeze and exceeded our expectations. Gold Standard Mortgage was the second place I worked with in hopes to buy my new home. They should have been my first! I was able to move into my home one month ago. Nick, was amazing and so helpful with everything, he got things done! He was very confident, and knowledgeable with everything he did, never once did I have a reason to doubt his ability. The whole time I felt like I was working with someone I could trust, and that gave me a lot of relief. He and his team made life during escrow so easy and nice! I am extremely happy and grateful with the help and service I received.

These guys did a great job helping us purchase our first home. We had so many questions and they answered them all. Josh did a superb job walking us through the process and he was always available to answer even the smallest questions. FYI - They also have an office in Hanford, so it was easy to schedule meetings and drop off paper work when needed.

My loan officer was Bianca Barrientos & she was awesome! She was always available for any questions and concerns that I had. I was able to do most everything electronically, which is so convenient. They never lost any of my documents (as I hear buyers sometimes have to resubmit documents). It was a great experience working with them. The home buying process was less stressful after finding the right lender. Nick kept us in the loop every single step of the way. Everything he said he was going to do he did. We bought our home while in Southern California we put in an offer May 8 or 12 and sign escrow a week before the month ended! Gold Standaed Mortgage really took care of my husband and I. We were first time home buyers and originally started with a different lender, but didnt feel like they were willing to put in the time to ensure that we understood the process. When we switched to Gold Standard Mortgage, we immediately felt heard and understood. Our agent Prentice Rios worked outside of regular office hours to accommodate our schedules and led us through the entire process. We didnt have a pre-approval letter when our offer was accepted on our house, and we never worried about the loan coming through on time.
