We recently purchased a new Tahoe at Gold Rush Chevy from Shane. He honestly made our car buying process so pleasant! He put zero pressure on us, was super knowledgeable, kind and willing to answer all the ridiculous questions I had. Honestly would recommend to anyone looking for a new car! Anyone can sell you a car. Its the people and place that make a real difference. And service after the sale is where the rubber meets the road!We recently bought a new Silverado at Gold Rush Chevrolet. I worked with Jim Sturgis, their Customer Experience Mgr. but later had a minor issue that couldve easily been ignored. It was not. I just want to say I came to this dealership back in 2022 desperate for an AWD vehicle with third row as I had just had another baby and was driving a tiny Kia Forte sedan... I got a great deal, my sales man wasnt pushy at all. I showed him what I wanted and he got me exactly what I wanted. The process was super fast and simple it took me like 3 hours for all the paper work. The lady trying sell me the extended warranty was a little pushy and annoying. The only thing I was disappointed about was 4 months later my thermostat housing went out which cost me around 2500 to fix. But none of the less. This car already had 100k miles and I put 28K more on it from communicating. I drove it to Idaho and back 0 problems. I test out the AWD down at greys beach here and there and my suv is still kicking it and drives smooth and quiet. Still as shiny as I got it as well.

Great and straightforward dealership. Earl was very kind! One of the very few dealerships where I didn’t feel like I was getting screwed. Only complaint is the ripoff protection package products that they add on as dealer fees. These are a quick way for them to make money. They pay practically nothing for these kids and up charge the customer around $800.

We found a 2015 chevy truck located at Gold Rush Chevrolet on their website. We called the dealership for more information about the truck. Earl answered our questions. He was very courteous and helpful. After deciding to buy the truck, we met Alex in finance. He was very knowledgeable. The entire process was a great experience. If you are in need of new or used automobile give Earl a call, we would definitely buy from them again.

Worst service department I’ve ever experienced. My vehicle has been there for 6 weeks. Service advisor gives lame excuses, doesnt follow up and they have no staff for technical repairs. Only have one guy to do the hard technical jobs and is never there to do it. Multiple vehicles there waiting for work and no one to do it. Yet they keep taking appointments and work. They say it’s a normal occurrence for cars to be waiting months for work. Service manager doesnt seem to do much about it either, which is probably why his employees can’t show up to work or do their job. Will never go back and would never buy from them either.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Service department and technicians very unknowlegable. They just recomend unnecessary services and have no idea of the functionality of a vehicle. Could nit even get a recall done after 3 days because they kept ordering the wrong part on multiple visits. O2 sensor slow response was not fixed properly on the first visit, then brought back as a recheck and told it needed a tune up. Shady crooked dealership. Stay away
