Order some hand signs last minute and paid for expedited shipping thinking we would get them the day before we needed them. Juno reached out and said they were done early and asked if I still needed the expedited shipping. I provided the date we needed them by and Juno was able to save us $$ by changing to a less prioritized shipping. They came today (4 days before we needed them) and they look great!! They are lightweight and will be great for our parade participants! Really appreciate Juno reaching out and the work they did!

I recently had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Gold Image Printing. The incompetence of the staff is truly unmatched. After submitting my order, I received communications from several different people on the design team, all asking the same questions. The process to approve proofs is outdated and convoluted. If you have a large variety of prints (I had seven), may God help you. The process to approve a single file takes about 5 minutes due to clicking 6-7 links to approve just one proof.After submitting my order and paying, I received the prints, and they were ALL wrong. From the sizing to the finish, everything was incorrect. Will they reprint? Sure, but not without having you call back and tell them exactly what you want another five times.Next, I recieved 36 emails in less that 24 hours asking to approve one print job. (see attached for refrence.)Be sure to keep all communications in writing because they will confidently tell you (the customer) that you are wrong and never submitted X, even though your emails suggest otherwise. They are not about customer service. Instead, they blamed me for the reprint (that they approved) and suggested that based on my frustrations, they shouldn’t have done the reprint in the first place.I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for even the slightest bit of quality customer service or good communication.

I cannot praise this place highly enough. I didnt figure out my wedding invitations far enough in advance and scrambled to find a local printer who could still make something nice. Not only was the foil on my invitations BEAUTIFUL, but Id picked a complicated design, with no time, and second guessed some parts to cause general confusion, and Gold Image Printing STILL got me the invitations on time (which was my absolute drop dead date and I would have been completely and utterly lost without them). If youre considering using this shop, stop considering. Youve found the right place.

Had a horrible experience at a previous shop so I decided to give these guys a try, and all I can say is they knocked it out the park! Shoutouts to Mel & Jeremy, their speedy service and a great attitude made my experience top tier. I was planning an event for a big ceremony the family was having and Mel/Jeremy made it so easy to get what I needed, and to top it off they even helped with the freakin installation! Unresponsive company. We ordered a sample pack and the quality looked amazing but its been well over a month going back and forth on simple quotes for business and holiday cards. We missed our deadline and had to find new supplier. Days would pass without them responding to emails and we had to call and follow-up but still the quote information they replied to was incorrect. Not sure whats going on but their system needs some improvement.

We have just placed our third order from Gold Image. I discovered them through Google as I was searching for a printer to do custom postcards for our company. The site is incredibly user friendly, they have TONS of options when it comes to types, sizes, colors, etc., the pricing is fair, and without any special delivery options, our orders still arrive quickly. And the small customer service experience Ive had (not for any issues, just to ask questions) were very friendly and professional.I couldnt be happier with our results and will continue to utilize them for all our marketing and printing needs.

What a terrible experience working with this company this year. It was my first order using this print company for 32pt painted edge square business cards. Although the service was fast the quality was missing and the employees you speak with about trying to address prepress and production problems are not knowledgeable about printing and are not very professional. This company advertises all these great products but I do not think they actually make them in house. The color was faded and the cutting was off on half of the cards originally ordered. Not a good first impression. I have over a decade of experience in the print industry and shared some knowledge with their team through email communication so they can become better at serving their customer needs, however, I will personally not recommend this company to my network. If you received good product, you are lucky.

They really do make high quality prints same day. I even had them overnight half of my flyers to SF (I’m in LA) and my friend received them the next morning. The only thing I’d say could be improved is that each time I called or they called, it was a different person, so some things got a little confusing, given the time crunch and various details that required communication. Seriously though, I am beyond impressed, the flyers are a dream come true, I didn’t expect them to be so stunning. And they are true to their word despite occasional hiccups and feeling a little unsure sometimes because of the number of different people on the phone, they always pulled through.

So happy with our order. It is perfect. We had foam boards of my daughters photography for her exhibit and needed them asap for her opening in 2 days. We put in the next day order but there was a misunderstanding regarding the cut off time for a next day order so the order wasnt going to be completed until after her opening but Otman and Juno took care of us and Rudy stayed late on a holiday weekend Friday and got the job done. AWESOME! They do amazing work and their customer service is OUTSTANDING. I had a poster made for a movie I wrote and when it arrived, unfortunately it was damaged. The poster looked AMAZING, but the packaging was damaged during transit, which was NOT their fault, but that resulted in a wrinkled poster. I reached out to customer service and explained the situation. I sent them a few pictures of the damaged goods, and just like that, they sent me out a new one at no cost to me. In my opinion, THATS how you keep customers coming back. I will 100% use them again and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to have a poster or anything of that sort made.

This place is in my neighborhood, so I really wanted to support their business. Its the second time (really 3rd time) I have given them a shot, but both their product and customer service were terrible. I had wonderful interactions with a few people there who were eager to help, but unfortunately, the staff does not seem to communicate with each other at all. This time I came in the print job was so bad they agreed to reprint (the first time, it was also terrible but there was no offer to make it right). I had ordered my product for same-day printing, so I paid extra... the reprint took almost 3 days, so I did not get them in time for my event. When I came to pick them up I was met with a moody, rude staff who did not seem to care that I had waited at the door for 15mins. The guy looked like he was still in his pajamas even though it was 9:30 am. No interest in whether or not I was satisfied, just shy of telling me to f-off. Makes me really sad, but Ill be sticking to DPrinting down the street where they appreciate my business.

If I could give them a no stars I would. Over 2 weeks ago I requested a quote and they got back to me. Having seen the quote I accepted their offer. In turn they asked for the full files so they could give me a proof to make sure everything is how I wanted it. I have now been calling almost daily to ask when they will send a proof which is REQUIRED by THEM for ANY CUSTOM work. They have said they will send a proof by EOD at least 4 times. When I began this endeavor I had 4 FULL weeks before our event to ensure this would get done. Now I am cutting it close. If they couldnt do it, fine just tell me. If they didnt want to do it, find again tell me. No, instead I am getting a run around from them. I shouldnt have to call over 10 times to give you money when the FILES ARE ALREADY SET. How hard is it to send a proof so we can move forward. Seriously, do not trust these people. Do NOT give them your business. They obviously dont care.

Gold Image did great work on a label project for me. When the labels were printed, it turned out I measured them wrong (my mistake) and was off 1/8 inch. They were very responsive about retrimming them so they fit my application. I offered to pay extra, but they would not charge me and did the extra work in 10 minutes. This is a world class printer that delivers an exception customer experience.

They offer the fastest printing service in town! My company gets all of our business cards done here and every time I hand out my card someone comments on how amazing it looks. We get all of our printing done here. The gorgeous custom made business cards are always pristine. The colors are crisp and the edges sharp. We also just placed a sticker order with them and George was very helpful over the phone. Plus the same day turn around is great you can pick up your orders between 3pm-5pm. Super easy and they are centrally located right next to Culver City!

If you are looking to get a business card done this might be the place to go, but if you need anything just slightly more complicated than that I recommend you to stay very far from them. They cant take simple instructions and cant be trusted to do something as simple as a booklet. Had a pitch meeting and wanted to have something to leave behind. After 3 visits and many phone calls they still managed to get my order wrong. I gave them 1 star because at least the refund was fast. You are better off going to a kinkos.

Good quality prints but be prepared to be way overcharged on shipping if youre trying to have your stuff delivered. I dont know who needs to hear this but: it does not cost $100 to ship a 2lbs package via UPS Ground, that shipping price is inflated by about 5 times the actual cost to send something by that method.

I simply needed some business cards done quickly. Unfortunately, I made some mistakes on my version that I sent them. Rather than just print it and put out a bad product, they told me what needed to be fixed. They could have easily just printed it and made their money but they didnt. I was helped by a very nice lady named Mashica, who also happens to be a graphic designer for them. She solved my issues for me and I got my cards printed on the same day. They look great, too!

When I picked them up I realized I had made a mistake in the artwork. The guys at Gold Image told me to resend the art with the correction, and they had the revised postcards ready the following morning. For the rush reprinting job, they didnt even charge me full price. Thats the kind of service that keeps me coming back, and referring them to colleagues and clients.

They said they didnt have printers for normal printing set up, when right behind the person telling me this was a working normal printer!
