Nice casino. The service is wonderful from everyone. The rooms huge and clean. I could hear my neighbors a bit but not too bad. Food is good. Nice games. Good payouts. I only wish it was closer to where I live.

First off, this review only reflects casino and event services. Did not stay at the hotel. Overall, the staff was great. Pleasant, VERY helpful, and courteous. However, its dining and events could use a HUGE improvement.Attempted to dine @ its Acorn restaurant prior to attending its Dana Carvery event. After being seated, we promptly ordered. Restaurant was about 65% full. Drink orders were promptly brought. However 30+ minutes went by without our food. By that time, restaurant was only 50% full. Finally waved down waitstaff to get an ETA on our order. Was told kitchen was backed up and that our order was in the queue. If we hadnt inquired we would have sat there for God knows how long wondering what happened to our order. Another 20+ minutes later, waitstaff stopped by, to say the kitchen was plating our order. By the time we received our food, we took one bite, and then had to take our order to go, otherwise, would be late for the show. How the kitchen could be backed up with a half-full restaurant is beyond me. Furthermore, if that was the case, we should have been alerted at the time of our order that it would take an hour to receive it, so we could have have made other arrangements. Additionally, one person in our party is a diabetic, which complicated matters even more.Took our to go boxes and made our way to the elevator. However, although not marked, the elevator only went UP. Finally, made it to another elevator, but it would not go down to the Lower Level where the event was being held. Instead, used the escalator while carrying our dinners in one hand, with our other hand on the railing. Vestibule was crowded, but asked if there was someplace where we could take a bite of our food before entering the auditorium. Was shown a couple of bar height tables where others were trying to wolf down their food too, as they had encountered the same delay in getting their food. As we attempted to take at least one more bite, our food was already lukewarm. One persons au jus had spilled inside the box, ruined her fries, etc. A total fiasco. Finally just trashed the whole dinner.Events auditorium was a bit underwhelming. I say this with no disrespect, while Oroville is a very nice town, it is not a booming metropolis, so didnt expect grand staging, etc. However, it reminded me of an elementary schools multipurpose room. Could have used better and more screens too.Probably could have overlooked the event space, but when paired w/the dining experience, it just did not make for an enjoyable evening or worth the out-of-town drive. Too bad, as its casino staff is excellent.

If you want to get away or just go for dinner this is the place I recommend try their Cafe they have some delicious lunch and dinner plates, I love the humongous hamburgers with their Long delicious French fries, waitresses are very friendly and if you want to buy that special someone a special gift theres also a gift shop right next to it they have a variety of items Im pretty sure you would like

Stayed in a double deluxe queen room and it is so beautiful and spacious! Customer service was great! The supervisor lady up at the front desk is amazing too, she explained everything very well to me and even helped on a transaction where I was over charged. All the staff in this casino/hotel are amazing and well trained in customer service!

Always clean, staff is attentive and helpful. The different food themes are interesting to explore. Love the Acorn. Always good down home cooking.

We love our newly found Oroville Hotel and Casino gem! We love flying in from Las Vegas to Stay-Cation here. Youll never meet a more hospitable employee team! These folks are fantastic 🤩. From the check in desk, to the cashier cage, servers, they all get good customer service and deliver. The Casino Host desk is like no other. These folks really are genuinely trying to make your stay amazing. The rooms are incredibly clean and spacious. Love. This. Place.

This casino must have read my old review and fixed their issue with not having any roulette, now there is a game table with a dealer..... And there are approximately four game Kings that have roulette as one of the game options :-) they got their five-star rating back at this casino, although I do wish they had some straws for their soda machine or at least the coffee.. its very good coffee and tastes great, but its exactly how I want it.. just a bit too hot to enjoy without a straw..The hotel rooms are very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff is superb - they hired the right people at this one.. it has a good single floor layout for being a smaller casino (hotel rooms are on the second floor and up), and their restaurant is awesome.. they have a cigarette store within walking distance with a gas station also on premises.. and their security everywhere - I feel very safe at this casino (considering the town it is in)

I have been here multiple times for the concerts they put on. The parking is not a hassel and it is an easy casino to get to. They have some big name country artists which is the reason I go. The seating, whether assigned or GA is worth the price. I reccomend this venue and casino. Security id doing better at making sure guests dont crowd to the front during concerts where they have assigned seats like I experienced in the past. They are improving! The casino I wont talk much about my luck because I have not been lucky lol!

Had the power go out during a bonus a x never got any help with machine by management after waiting n g for hours to have the. To me and to tell .e it was my fault because I should ha e stayed at the machine and waited for them... and that IIS what I did until about 45 min of patiently waiting fi ally decided .to go a d find help myself. V e Ry rude and u professional
