Karina,Gold Coast Aesthetics suite was well-organized, clean, and made you feel comfortable. She was compassionate and understood my skin concerns issues thoroughly. She provided me with the best chemical peel treatment and explained the process from day one through day seven. Now my face is glowing and I feel super confident with how my skin looks from the chemical peel treatment. I strongly recommend her to anyone that is interested in improving your skin!

I had a great experience at Gold Coast asthetics. Karina talked me through what my goals were for the procedure and how to get the best results. It’s only been a few days since my treatment, and my skin already looks so much better, with fewer visible lines around my eyes and in my elevens. There is a little more movement on my forehead than what I would have liked, but Karina explained that that was necessary if I wanted outstanding results around my eyes. I will be going again soon!

I can’t thank Karina enough for fixing a really self conscious issue for me on my nose with it being not straight. She is an expert at this particular area and I don’t think there is anyone else out there that could compare to the skills an knowledge she has. I have been to several different offices in the surrounding areas and none compare to this office. Karina has a very artistic aesthetic eye that will enhance your natural beauty and not make you look over done. Being in the medical field myself, I am very weary of which offices I visit because at the end of the day I do not want to be botched. With Karina, I can promise you are in good hands and will achieve the best results. What drew me to her office was her continuing education, answering my questions regarding products, and her follow-up. Unlike other offices I have been to, Karina follows up with you and gives you her after hours direct line should anything go wrong. I had my first appointment at Gold Coast and couldn’t be happier with the results. We started with a consult to discuss the areas I wanted to pinpoint. I’m so happy I found Gold Coast aesthetics on Instagram, because I had such an amazing experience. It had been five years since I had taken the time to care for my skin and Karina was so lovely and listened to my needs and concerns and took the absolute best care of me. I had lifting threads and fillers and barley felt anything the whole time. I did a ton of research when looking for an injector that provided natural looking results and eventually found Gold Coast Aesthetics. I didn’t know exactly what treatment I was looking for, but knew how I wanted to look. I went to a total of three consults, Gold Coast being my last stop. As soon as I started my consult with Karina, I knew that I wanted to book with her. She made me so comfortable and she was so knowledgeable. She listened to what I wanted and was super honest with me. I love that she didn’t try to sell me treatments I wasn’t looking for. When I asked about a treatment, she straight up told me she didn’t think I needed it or would be happy with the results. That made me respect her and trust her so much. The consult was no pressure and easily the most thorough consult I had. I also really loved that my 2 week touch up was included in the price I paid. It made me feel really sure that I would love my final result, without feeling scammed out of money. So many other places would do the other treatments just for the extra $$, but she takes too much pride in her work to do that. My results are 10/10 gorgeous and SO NATURAL. I feel so much better about how I look and my confidence has increased so much.Update: I went back to Karina to receive Botox treatment and had another AMAZING experience. First of all, they are super reasonably priced and the membership option is a really good investment. I have had Botox treatments at another location including Lip Filler. My experience with the lip filler was not what I hoped it to be. The Injector did try to correct the issue however, my lips seemed to be disproportionate even after the attempted correction. (Photo shows the before and after visiting Karina).I found Gold Coast Aesthetics via Instagram story Business ad and thankfully I did. I made my first appointment with Karina and she explained the process from start to finish (I had to have the filler dissolved and re-injected a couple of weeks later). I had no hesitation because I wanted my lips to be fixed. I have never felt rushed in and out during an appointment. Karina cares about her patients, after visits she makes sure to check-in and make sure I’m happy with my results.

Gold Coast Aesthetics is the only place I will get any treatment, Karina is the best. I have done PRF Gel, PDO Threads, filler, and Xeomin over the past year and could not be happier with my results. I have had a bad lip filler experience prior to finding Gold Coast Aesthetics. My lips were extremely swollen and I was left with hard bumps. Both Bella and Karina were so helpful in answering any questions and concerns I had, and not only was my experience painless, I can truthfully say this is now the best experience I’ve had with lip filler. I was really hesitant to start doing aesthetics for all the normal reasons - didnt want to look plastic, didnt want a botched job - but I also want to look great! Because I am SO happy with my results over the last year.I wasnt looking for anything drastic, just a generally brighter and more refreshed appearance. When I first went in, I told Karina that, being 37 years old, I wanted to start doing regular botox and possibly filler to maintain and even regain a youthful appearance. My first visit I asked what she would do for natural, subtle enhancements. She suggested areas that I could get filler to combat fat loss that occurs naturally as we age, and create more facial symmetry. Over the past year Ive gotten my temples, cheeks, jaw, and smile lines done, and - I know it may sound like a lot lol - but I couldnt be happier!! Legit, I am so pumped on my results lol. I love it. The results are so natural no one can even tell and I wear way less face makeup as a result. This is hands down the BEST MedSpa I have ever been to. I came to Karina and Bella for PRF injections in my hairline, Xeomin, and PRF Gel in my lips (I don’t react well to HA fillers). I am so happy I found Gold Coast Aesthetics! I really felt cared for the moment I walked through the door. I have received injectables before (Juvederm and Botox) but was looking for a different experience. Karina and I made a treatment plan together, with my budget in mind and I am so happy with how I look. We did everything over 3 appointments to make sure things settled nicely. Bella is also amazing, she and Karina work together to make sure you are getting the right Alle points for each of your treatments. Something that my previous med spa never did! I previously got under eye filler at a different location, unfortunately it wasnt placed correctly so they advised me to get it dissolved. That left me with hollowness under my eye! I was so dissapointed but fortunately for me I was able to come see Karina! She is a fairy with a magic wand. Thank you Karina for always making me feel beautiful. The best service I received from Karina with my rpf, she was very informative with what she was doing, she explained everything in the easiest way she can. I also speak Spanish which was a plus.
