Ali and Lindsay were respectful and encouraging when I first spoke with them regarding my husband’s estate. Lindsay was the attorney that I ended up working with and she is excellent. She responded to my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. Eric was a good contact as well. The whole team at Goff Legal worked together smoothly and efficiently to help resolve my concerns as an omitted spouse. In stressful times such as the death of my husband it was essential to have an understanding and knowledgeable attorney to help me with this process in a timely manner. Lindsay Watkins worked hard to ensure that a settlement was reached. I would not hesitate to recommend Goff Legal to anyone who needs help resolving an estate dispute.

So happy we found Michelle Martin at Goff Legal!Our financial advisor suggested we consider Goff Legal when we wanted to set up a trust. During our introductory meeting (offered in person or online) we were impressed with the level of relevant knowledge of Alexandria (Ali) Goff in tailoring a solution to fit our situation. We liked the use of a client portal to draft our plan and upload our documents. Our assigned attorney Michelle Martin explained our options with just the right level of detail and answered all of our questions. The necessary documents were prepared quickly. All of the staff was respectful of our time, worked well with our financial advisor, and made the whole process easy for us. Goff Legal will be my go-to firm for all future legal needs.

I highly recommend Goff Legal to anyone looking to get their estate plan done. Lindsay and Rebecca were amazing to work with. Lindsay is very knowledgeable about the subject matter and was able to answer all of the questions we had. She was also very quick in responding to our questions and flexible with us in scheduling. The software Goff Legal uses to collect information and share documents makes the process really simple. They even have video explanations to help you answer questions quickly while filling out the questionnaires. The estate plan Lindsay prepared for us exceeded our expectations and we are very grateful for her diligent and thorough work. I definitely recommend Michelle Martin Attorney service.Before I found her, I had hired another attorney who didn’t return my phone calls or reply to my emails and another attorney said they would not be able to assist me, because my case was not worth enough money for her time. Michelle and her team, they communicated expeditiously every time and her rate is very affordable.I only wish she handled more than Estate Planning.Her professional work conduct and most of all her ability to listen to her client and get to the point and keep us on track.
