GOAT Payments is exactly how it sounds…they are simply the greatest of all time! Their merchant services have been excellent the whole way through. I wasn’t too familiar with credit card processing before I launched my company, but the team at GOAT guided me through it all. Their customer service team is always there when I have questions or when I need help right away. Not to mention, their rates were also much more competitive than any other company I was looking at. I was previously using Square and I can confidently say that there’s no comparison. With GOAT I get much better service and am also saving $$$ each month. I definitely recommend them as a credit card processor. I’m very happy. Thank you! 10/10!

I dont have enough good things to say about GOAT Payments, we signed up with Mickey Kouzehkanani a little under a year ago now and have 2 accounts, this guy is attentive, fast paced, and gets the job done quickest in the industry. Everything is simply laid out and the onboarding process is smooth. Would recommend GOAT to anyone

Ryan was my go to person when I had opened my merchant account. As soon as he signed me up, he was no where to be found! I had sent him multiple emails which was just ignored and when I cancelled the account, no one wanted to help so that I can get the last statement. They had me run around for my statements and sent empty messages through the portal which I was not even able to see. When I has contacted them about it, they said they couldnt even see the ticket responses that they sent. I had to call multiple times to finalize my cancellation and try to get the last statement, and still till this day I had not even received a response back. I had also called maverick bank since that is the bank they are doing business with and told me Goat processor should have had the statement ready in your portal. I explained to maverick bank that I still havent received anything. This should have been taken care of a month ago, and not had me do a run around for the last statement. I received the worst service at this company! Specially Ryan! If I can leave a 0 I would have! I would recommend others to find a different processor who knows how to communicate and has better rates!

I found the representative that I spoke to at GOAT Payments to be incredibly arrogant and rude. Not entirely sure where he got the ego from but it was not a cute look. I called in for a quote and it seemed that he was more interested in trashing other merchant service providers than actually providing me with useful information. I felt like I was a used car lot. Being that I am a reasonable intelligent business owner, I am fully capable of calling around and doing my own research. I found the whole call incredibly distasteful. I hope that they will take this feedback and train their staff to act more professionally. I have chosen to go with a real payment processor.

Avoid GoatPayments processing at all cost due to their crooked and shady business practices. Incompetent people at this company are charging me $500 for a Visa High Risk Registration fee, that I got no warning about just out of the blue. I told them I dont want to pay this ridiculous extra fee and to terminate my account with them and they still charged me for a service I never used and it has now went into collections because Ive been going back and forth with GoatPayments to correct the error for the total amount owed, damaging my credit. And now I will have to complain to the better business bureau to see if anything will be done. They dont care about their customers needs or concerns. You should at least send a courtesy email about the change and describe what its for to avoid surprising your customers in a negative way and causing them interferences to their business operations. This has caused disruptions to my ability to process transactions and caused me chargebacks as well. I will not be paying for any new visa fee or the previous months statement, and chargebacks due to the negligence on your companys part. And also due to the practices of withholding funds in a reserve account. I should owe zero dollars back. As a matter of fact you should be paying me for the damages caused from freezing my account illegally.
