2024-05-01 10:49:32First you folks tell me a month ago I will get express service and have a 3-5 day turnaround with express shipping for my camera replacement. Then the camera doesn’t get to you in a month because UPS is trash; and when it finally gets there instead of expediting my case it sits in your warehouse for days until I contact y’all and finally you ship it but with standard shipping AFTER you told me in the phone it would be express shipped… so yet ANOTHER weekend is going to pass without my camera.I am in the middle of tournament season. I needed that camera to film myself to adjust performance. GoPros lack of commitment to me may have cost me a gold medal. I will never forget the carelessness or lack of concern by GoPro when I go to buy a new camera in the future. I will also be sharing my horrible experience with anyone I can. All the placating words and email mean nothing to me. Only action. I will be copying and painting this review anywhere I can.

2021-03-07 17:25:48Unfortunately, I am not pleased with the customer service being a GoPro Plus account member. I filed a claim this morning with their no hassle and no questions asked GoPro Plus replacement policy and have yet to move forward in their process, as I am still waiting for them to validate my subscription account and the connection to the number of email addresses I provided, as well as screenshots showing my active account that was activated via iTunes and already paid in full for the year. If this is the type of customer service Ill receive as a paid GoPro Plus account holder I will most likely be switching platforms to other Active HD video capturing products. I look forward to getting this rectified quickly.

2019-04-01 18:05:21Absolute joke support. They had me download an update to fix my GoPro WiFi issue which caused further damage that support could not resolve after hours of trying. They offered a solution for me to mail in my previous gen GoPro for a new 7 series at 40% off. Seemed fair so I did it. Paid shipping and sent my camera back.Well they finally received it and when I go to purchased the camera they are inflating tax and trying to charge me tax as if I’m buying the camera at $399 and not $239. This is illegal. If I go buy a car, or anything for that matter, I pay tax on the total I pay. NOT the MSRP or any other made up price. GoPro is dead to me and I will highly encourage everyone to stay away.

2018-08-15 12:02:14The worst company, not just in web hosting but in general. these morons cant host a site, when i have site email issues, they try to blame my email service, which they host. now were 5 months in to google after canceling them and they keep sending me random bills; connected to my PayPal, for services i canceled!!!!! the capper is they wont refund me the 2 years prepaid service for their products not working because its past their cancellation policy time. Rot in hell Go Daddy.

They are so awful that I ended up returning everything I bought from them. What a joke! You are a multi billion dollar company, you can afford to take care of your customers instead of treating them like trash!

2018-10-10 19:19:22This company stole from me! GoPro tricked me into sending them my GoPro hero 4 for a trade up to the new Hero 7. But three weeks later they have cancelled my order and will not be sending me back my camera or crediting me the $100. You are a monster of a company and I hope you go down just like your karma drone, if you could have called that a drone.

2018-09-11 23:56:48I’ve had nothing but troubles this is the second one the first one just stoped working. Customer service is a joke. Looking into another camera platform. Don’t waste your money on one. You can get a generic one way cheaper and the guys I know don’t have any trouble with them
