It was my first time coming here and I loved my experience from start to finish! The front desk girls were all so nice, professional, and welcoming. My injector Shiri was incredible! She made me feel so comfortable and gave me amazing results. Not to mention, she is so knowledgeable at what she does. The whole process was seamless. 10/10 recommend! They also gave me chocolates in my bag which was such a sweet touch. :)-Natasha

Nikki is always the most amazing person to work with. Whether it is my Botox or Microneedling. Both are not the most comfortable at times but she always manages to surprise me and keeps it so light handed. She is also always asking how I am doing during and after the appointments. When you walk in you are also always greeted so nicely. I really enjoy my days at GLOW.

Ive been coming to Glow for almost two years now and love the experience I have there. They offer tons of treatments for everyone, based on your own personal needs. My favorite is Morpheus8 with Nikki. Shes is so thoughtful and honest in her approach. They also have a great membership program that helps me save money and keeps me coming back. The entire staff is lovely and accommodating within a relaxing environment.

This was my first experience at Glow and I was not disappointed! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and felt welcomed. Everyone is so friendly and pleasant. The entire experience was professional and amazing. The treatment I was to receive with Nikki was thoroughly explained to me and all my questions were answered - she is amazing! This med spa has the most amazing injector and is so professional. Staff is amazing here and I love the cleanliness. I came in with a horrible lip filler experience from a different med spa and the injector was so honest about the way it will turn out and didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear like other places have. The injector is so fast and does a beautiful job.

I visited Glow today for my first time consultation. From the moment I walked in everyone was very nice and the environment is very pleasant. I didn’t have to wait at all and was taken in for my consultation right away, Nicole was amazing, she took her time to listen to my concerns and informed me about the different treatments they offer. She was very knowledgeable and understanding and provided me with great information. I highly recommend this place, they offer many great services.

I absolutely love coming here! I’ve been to so many med spas all over town and have never found one that I’ve liked until I came here. Everyone who works here has wonderful energy and it’s clear that they’re all happy to be at Glow. I’ve been to other med spas where the front desk is snobby, the injectors are stand off-ish, and they rush you in and out of their chair and they don’t seem to care about what you want, they just sell you what they think you need. My experience at Glow has been the complete opposite. I love Mastaneh and have been so happy with every single treatment I’ve gotten from her. She’s so kind, warm and she really listens to your goals and knows exactly how to get you there. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my sculptra- she’s hands down, the best!!

Finally took the long-anticipated plunge into the world of botox and could not be more thrilled with my experience at Glow. I had researched a bunch of other places before deciding on Glow, which was a result of their stellar reviews on Google/Yelp. Followed their Instagram account which helped me pick Shira K as the specific person I wanted to see. I was nervous going in (because I hate needles to begin with and self-conscious about my skin in general), but Shira put me immediately at ease and walked me through all of the details and options without ever feeling like she was trying to sell me something. It has been over a week now and I am loving the results! My skin looks rejuvenated and I feel confident to look in the mirror every morning.Naomi was my Botox injector and she did an amazing job guiding me throughout my first Botox process. My name is Marina and i just went there today 9/11/23 with an issue of an under eye filler done by someone else that caused darkness under one eye . So doctor Mastaneh was such a professional very kind and rarely not greedy doctor who dissolved the filler and i got rid of the darkness in minutes after the procedure. She didn’t offer other things us usually others do, even things i asked to be done she suggested not to . She could have say and get payed thousands of dollars but she didn’t. I am very happy with my experience today at Glow Aesthetic Center. To start, parking is plentiful, which is always a plus. The office is beautiful and welcoming, staff was professional and friendly.I had an appointment with Shira for Microneedling + PRP. Shira is very friendly and thorough, she is very professional and very knowledgeable of aesthetics and the medical field. Shira asked me what my concerns were and provided detailed information regarding my various concerns. I really appreciate that Shira made other recommendations during the initial consultation but that there was no pressure. She explained why she felt these procedures would be helpful and I felt confident that her recommendations were genuine as opposed to monetary.Marisol was very helpful in going over pricing and the benefits of a membership (I suggest you opt for this). What I love is that I didnt feel any insistence to purchase, in fact, she could see I was mulling over my options and suggested she come back. I really appreciated this as I feel a lot of places are quick to push you into making a decision at that moment.My Microneedling + PRP session went very well - it was pretty painless and quick. I actually found the noise of the machine to be soothing and Shira has a gentle touch. I am really looking forward to my next treatment! First off, the aesthetician, Selena, called me a week prior to my appointment to introduce herself and to advise me not to use any products with retinal 4 days prior to service. The company also sent me several texts messages to remind me of my appointment which I really appreciated.The moment I entered, I was greeted with numerous friendly faces welcoming me and offering me water. I was given a tablet to fill out the same questionnaire I was asked to fill out previously via Yelp, but it didn’t bother me as it only took about 5 minutes.The facility is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. The hydra facial Selena performed was incredible. She is friendly and extremely professional. Her intentional and methodical approach to the facial did not go unnoticed. She was extremely thorough in explaining every single step to me as she was performing it.She made sure that none of the steps irritated my skin and that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I previously gone to see Mastaneh for restylane contour and volume on my chin and jawbone area. I was loosing volume in that area due to having a thinner face and now being in my 40’s so she told me what I needed to do to get that volume back in that area and I’m truly so happy with the results. The place is clean and crisp. A bit hospital-like in the sense that it’s mostly white and almost empty but the furniture is pretty and everything looked new and modern. I loved the green couch in the lobby and green chair in the treatment room.Selena was so sweet and kind. She explained everything in detail before and during my facial.I put on a robe as to not get any product on my own clothes and so that my décolleté was accessible.The table didn’t look like it would be comfortable but it was. I would recommend a small towel for under the neck as my neck did start to get uncomfortable toward the end. I should have said something but the facial was almost over at that point.There were soft blankets and a roll for under the knees.I was a good temperature throughout the hour which can be rare. Often I’ll get cold.The facial massage was delightful though I do prefer more pressure. The suction of the hydra machine was a little strange at first but it felt nice. It also felt a bit cold. I’ve never used glycolic acid or salacylic acid before so I was wondering how my skin would react. No burning or tingling at all. No itching. My cheeks were pink for the rest of the day but my cheeks turn pink easily. I wasn’t worried. But as Elena seemed concerned so she didn’t use one product on my cheeks which is too bad as I wanted to treat everything but she is the pro.I don’t have any skin issues besides wrinkles, mild white heads, and slight lack of moisture.Selena showed me the discolored liquid of the grime my skin left afterwards which wasn’t as gross as I thought it would be but nice to see that’s not on my face any longer.My skin has never felt so soft and smooth as after the facial. It still feels soft reel days later.I can’t say it looks any different but it feels really nice.The treatments are pricey but worth it if you can afford it.Full discretion - I was offered this facial through a special event.I can’t wait to save up for another treatment!

For years, I have suffered from toenail fungus thanks to a nail salon that did not properly sanitize its manicure basins. I learned about laser treatment for toenail fungus and was motivated to try it out after purchasing a Groupon deal for Glow Aesthetic Center in Encino. I first called the place to make sure they would honor the discount. The receptionist was pleasant, polite, and professional as she assured me they would. I made the appointment and went. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a preferred guest, even with my Groupon deal. After filling out a new patient form, I was promptly lead to a treatment room. A minute later, a medical associate came in, introduced herself, and explained the nature of nail fungus, the procedure, and after care. The entire laser experience took all of 15 minutes, and I was completely satisfied with it and the outstanding service I received. It typically take several treatments to get rid of stubborn nail fungus, and I was offered a discount based on purchasing multiple sessions. I plan to return and continue treatment, and Im actually looking forward to going back. Great place.

They were ready to take me in, zero waiting, and I was in the office maybe 3 minutes while filling out my forms, then Shira came in and listened to everything I said I wanted. Such a lovely experience from start to finish. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming. The PA was detailed in her consultation showing me exactly where and which product would benefit the look I wanted to achieve. Never feeling rushed she took time to insure my comfort when doing my micro-needling treatment .My favorite thing about is how HONEST she is. I came into her office terrified of trying any treatments and she was so gentle and patient. She doesn’t make empty promises and the results are beautiful .She was also detailed in her consultation showing me exactly where and which procedure would benefit the look I wanted to achieve. I come here regularly for laser treatments and lip filler. Super happy with the results! I’ve compled my leg treatments and now inky have to shave once week vs having to do it daily before. My lips are great too and people never believe that I get them done because they are natural looking. Pricing is on the expensive side at first but they have rewards and package deals that help a lot. Mastaneh is the best for treatments and I always appreciate how helpful Marisol is

I have been coming to Glow for a little over a year now. I am so happy that I found this place. Shira does my filler and Dysport and I couldn’t be happier with her skill set and her demeanor. I have since recommended Glow to my daughter, mother and friends! I seriously drive from Ventura county to come here because I have never been disappointed. Shira not only recommends appropriate treatments and procedures, she explains what to expect, how it will feel, etc. She takes her time and check is in to make sure that you’re doing ok. I also had a hydrafacial by Selena and it was amazing! It’s not the super pampering, relaxing type of facial (although they have those as well) but it was spot on what my skin needed and I left with clear, dewy, glowing skin. I had to wait a little bit from my Appt time, but I didnt mind since I didnt feel rushed when it was my time and in a professional setting like this, sometimes things take longer than expected. The person after me had to wait a little too Im sure since my injector Mastaneh too her time with me and even let me add on a service I wasnt originally scheduled for. Overall, great experience. I really love the authenticity I experience when I am here. Everyone is so kind and positive and they make me feel seen and heard. I went there to get both lip fillers and microneedling. Shira did my lip fillers and did SUCH a good job. She made me feel really comfortable even though I was really nervous at first.
