We have been dealing with them for almost 4 years now ! Excellent customer service, very Knowledgeable, kind, reliable, punctual.Both Andrea and Miguel were amazing at helping us out, one one of our device broke up (credit card reader), and a replacement unit was quickly sent, under warranty, with no charge, and with great service, great follow up, great professionalism !Thank you so much to Global Processing Systems, and to your wonderful staff !!!

This company is a scam!!! They will charge you for no reason! They said something else and do something else. They said it wasn’t a contract but when we asked to stop, of course there was a contract and cancellation fees. They kept charging even when we stopped. Please read the negative reviews. Don’t get fooled by them!!

This is scam company they keep charging me money for three months i’ve been waiting the approve and they keep charging me every month and I told them I want to stop with you guys. They charge me $500 to stop I just lose thousand dollars within two months. they take from me almost thousand dollars. I never used the machine. I have the approved for everything I said.

I Recently had an issue with a chargeback and i called the number and after 2 rings a live person answered it was sweet young lady Christina she talked me through the process and even e mailed me info from Visa to help with the answer > I have had many processing companys over my past years in business and their fee is by far the most reasonable and the customer service is more than 5 stars it is excellant

WATCH FOR UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS FROM THIS MERCHANT. I’m a small business that I just started on March 2023. I wanted to give no star to this company. I have all the bad experience after I signed up with this guy that my credit union referred me to, Al Areola and this company is NOT trustworthy. I get charged every month and all unauthorized. The latest one was this month of June for $495.00. It took me a lot of calls between my bank, Mr Areola and Global Processing in different occasions. I got my refund for $495., but not the other amounts. PLS WATCH AND MONITOR YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS !!!! And read other legit reviews.

I want to commend Michael Roque for the great job he did in guiding me through the set up process with my new terminal and pin pad from Global Processing Systems. He was very understanding with my frequent interruptions as I was running my business. He had great understanding of how the system works and explained it in a way that I could easily understand. He was patient and understanding as I tried to get all the wires plugged in to the right places, and was good at describing what to look for. He patiently answered all my questions and let me know how to contact him if I have any more questions.

A complete Nightmare dealing with this company!! We have been in business for over 20 years and have never come across a company as deplorable, dishonest and downright fraudulent as this company. The rates that you will sign for you will never receive as they will never honor the contract. Month after month we are charged fees that are straight up made up. We are the only ones that honor our our contract, they just charge us with whatever they feel is right and whatever new account fee they can make up for that month. We have reached out to them so much I know there whole staff on a first name basis. Its always the same story. We apologize you shouldnt have been charged that we will credit your account next month its their company motto. Everything that comes out of their mouths is a lie please if you are a small business owner dont do business with this company there is a reason why the lock you into a contract. If they really truly were promising you the best rates and customer service you wouldnt want to leave.

Be a very Careful with sign up with this company, There sales rep will tell you that you have no contract but when you are not happy with there service they will tall you have contract now and penalty is Thousand dollars (I have my own card machine not using there machine). They have a lot of hidden charges and you try to adjust them they will say sorry we are going to credit to your account next month statement but, never happens. I dont want a see other people or shops getting this problems with this company so stay a way.... They took Thousand dollar out of my account and ignore and laugh and me on the phone say what can you do .... Well I guess noting.. they are a lot bigger then my little store... I lost, but happy i switch to other bigger company for less trouble ( shouldnt switch to this company to begin with it is my mistake )

This is my one stop shop for merchant processing! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about credit card processing. Ive experienced my fair share of processing companies and Global Processing, by far, is the most honest and genuine. The rates are competitively low compared to others! The rep who signed me up actually came to my business to install the equipment and educate my staff and me on the machines functions and how to properly use it. Ive only been with them for nearly two months and Ive already recommended my small circle of business owners to them. (It didnt hurt that Global provides a referral incentive!) All in all, Im thoroughly pleased with my decision to switch to Global and Im looking forward to a prosperous business relationship with them.

I am merchant and I had a duplicate transaction for one of my customers due to phone line problem. Sylvia of Global Processing helped me to follow up the transaction and she identified that duplicate transaction was credited to my account a few days later. She informed me and I checked with the settlement report with my bank statement and found the difference was the duplicate transaction. Sales rep is a true con artist. I was naive to sign up with a 4 year contract with amazing credit card rates that beats the square. With the promise if I was not happy that I can cancel at any time without ANY FEES. When I tried to cancel a couple of months in because the fees were too high, they said I have to pay early termination fee! This sales rep. made the deal sound so good and said I have to sign up that day. I should have known it was too good to be true. This month I had $80 processing fees on $760 sales, over 10% fees!!!! not including the $56 terminal lease. PLEASE BE BEWARE!!

So i waited 2 years to finally cancel my this scummy agreement for processing my payments in my store. Now this year a rep tells me read your contract you tried cancel too late. We renewed you for 4 more years. .Dont trust them they have scammy contracts and sales reps that tell you, you can cancel anytime. 2 years ago I provided a review under Juan Sanchez this is my LLC email. Small business owners stay away at all cost.Look at reviews owner. Including the one before me. Why do your employees lie?All 5 star reviews are from new customers until they realize you guys have the worst contract to process credit cards with in the industry 2 years latter. Stay away from this company if you do not want to fall into a trap. I was offered in writing a credit card terminal without any contract or cancellation fees. Next thing I noticed in my bank, GPS locked me into a lease; something that was of the context of the agreement. After a couple of months, I decided to ended their services and GPS was not cooperating with the process. I had many arguments over the phone with their agents because they did not want to close my merchant account. Then, I stop using their services and noticed a hefty fee of 595 debited from my bank account and they did not clarify the reason for it. So if you want to make sense out of my story, please do yourself a favor and do more research before you sign with this COMPANY.

I think the best advantage is the high level of customer service that Global Processing Systems provides. For example, when one of terminals stopped feeding receipt paper, they sent Karen Diaz to troubleshoot the terminal right away. She was fast and thorough and resolved our problem in the same day.

They ran my credit score without my approval and open a new merchant and POS lease without my signature or knowledge . I was going to establish a POS and a merchant account once I bought another bussiness. Currently I still do bussiness with them at my current bussiness. Their sells rep. who does not work there no more, decided to open an account with out my knowledge. He knew where the new bussiness I was trying to buy was located, because he lived in that city.They even charged me money on the new location I did not end up buying.I called, and hot got a refund after 4 months of me following up with them.I spoke to Monica about them running my credit score about 3 times. Its been three months no reply, like always.Beware of their sales reps. their shady and they have ur info.

They are constantly looking for new salesmen.That is because they fire them all when they cant meet the quota.IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER........This is not just about me. Other people who have been there longer have been treated very poorly. This is the most unstable company I ever worked at. The customers do not want to hear the music. I have been hung up on because of the music. Why would you want music played at your company that says the F word or has nasty lyrics while trying to converse with customers?
