Glenns Auto Service is super great and now has me as a customer for life! I had gone to a referred mechanic and even to the Nissan dealership in Gardenia but even after spending $600 my Nissan Juke was still not able to get smog checked because the check engine light was still on. Thanks to Google Maps, I found Glenns Auto. The quality and level of service, their honesty, professionalism, and stellar customer care was unlike any I had ever experienced from an auto shop before. I was given a free over-the-phone consult after sharing information of what services had been done, and I felt like they really cared about my situation. Only after giving my car a thorough, I mean thorough digital and hands-on inspection, they shared what needed to be done, and provided an estimate that didnt increase when the bill was due. They also kept my car and drove it about 50 miles to insure that their work was successful and that I would be able to drive safely. They even got my car smog checked. Whenever they said they would call back, they did, and they finished repairing my car within the time frame they estimated. And, they even completed their service by leaving cookies and a thank you on my steering wheel! I am so grateful to Mike & his wife, Jason, and their amazing mechanics who got my car back on the road. Yep, they are the only mechanics Ill ever need as long as my Juke stays alive.

Had my suv towed in due to an alternator issue. Jason and Mike were both super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my vehicle fairly quickly and for a reasonable price. Good honest mechanics would recommend them to anyone in the area.

All work I’ve had done here has been first rate. I just brought my old abused truck in for service. It needs extensive work, and will probably cost more than another used truck.Some mechanics would have milked me for as much as possible. Jason began the conversation with “Let me be honest….”They’re also AAA affiliated. Go there.

They’re pretty thorough giving you an auto inspection. However, they’re a bit pricey than others. I could have the work done for 1/2 the price. Their prices are outrageous!*** Here’s an update I took my car to another auto repair, and I got it for half price! So, they say shop around for r the best price!!

My experience at Glenns Auto service was great. I was explained everything to where I would understand what my car needed. Also, Mike understood that maybe I couldnt do all the fixes in one time so he broke them down for me and I was able to get it serviced to where I was able to have a drivable car again. I drive from Covina to Downey and back Monday through Friday so i depend on that car. Mike gave me recommendation on what to do next on the car. I will definitely take it back to him. I trust this establishment.

Jason helped me out, My check engine light was on, brought it in and I was told it may be two day before I got my car back to fix the problem but it was out the same day the check engine light was gone and I was back on the road. I would definitely recommend fast, friendly, and convenient.

The staff was very friendly and professionally. I came in for a smog test, and they had the work done within a very reasonable amount of time. A great staff and great work!
