There arent enough favorable words to describe how wonderful Glenn and Therese are at what they do. They go above and beyond - and then some!Moving into an area I didnt know much about, as a Realtor myself I knew I needed to consult local experts. When we found the one it was a bit premature in our journey (we still had a house to sell and knew there would likely be another offer.) With creative thinking and thoughtful communication, Glenn helped us craft a compelling offer that worked for us - and won! Then, his years of experience negotiating deals really began to make itself evident. Glenn negotiated on our behalf to have repairs made during escrow, a purchase price reduction (!), and more. It was truly amazing! All this to say - he is master of communication and negotiating - and all with a smile. It was a feel good, win-win transaction - just like I like them.The excellent service didnt stop at close of escrow. Therese and Glenn have been following up and assisting us with the odds and ends that have popped up (as they typically do.) Their results are outstanding, they truly care, and you will be treated like family. I wholeheartedly recommend Glenn and Therese!

Glenn is a gem and an absolute professional. He helped sell and buy our current home on a very tough contingent sale during COVID and the experience was amazing. He is extremely thorough, very transparent, very easy to work with and does what is only best for you. We became friends through the process. Glenn helped my brother buy a house a few years back. He had a wonderful experience. So when it was time for my wife and I to finally jump into the Bay Area housing market, we called Glenn. From the moment we contacted him, to the day we closed, the timely communication, attention to detail, and level of caring was shown everywhere. He is extremely easy going and ALWAYS did what was in our best interests every step of the way. Glenn helped us purchase our home and were so grateful for how he handled the entire process. His expertise, patience, and thoughtful guidance helped us make a purchasing decision that was right for us. He is not pushy, he provides real guidance; things we didnt consider until Glenn pointed them out; traffic patterns of a neighborhood, neighboring property condition, and historical data of a neighborhood, to name a few. You may think this is par for the course with agents/brokers, but from our experience, it is not. Glenn was always available when we needed him and provided recommendations of several vendors to choose from when we wanted to have work done after our purchase. Hes checked in with us months after our purchase just to see how were doing and how we like the home. Clearly, he is dedicated to his profession and to his clients. Cannot recommend Glenn enough.
