This dealership has great customer service. I worked with Nate to buy my 2019 Honda Accord 2.0T Sport and I absolutely love this car. Considering I am a younger buyer, most dealerships I had been going to would treat me horribly all because of my age, as if age factors whether or not someone can afford a car, and Nate also being my age made the experience better. He was quite personable, charismatic, and transparent throughout the entire process. I came two days in a row, the first time to test drive, and the second day to purchase I just appreciate his clear communication and thorough approach to the whole sale. He is a great asset to the company and you should definitely look for him if you’re considering buying a car from this dealership.

Honestly THE BEST Jeep dealership in SoCal. We visited/called more than a dozen dealers in 100 miles radius. This one gives you pricing straightaway, is honest about any fees, is not forcing any add on, and have great financing process. Another dealership (Scott Robinson in Torrance) tried to take advantage and charge me double the cost for a new transmission and labor rate. Glenn E Thomas now has a faithful customer. I bought a service contract back in August of 2023 because one oil change was $120 at the Torrance dealership. So I decided to buy a package deal where it was two oil changes for $150. I came to do my second oil change at the signal Hill dealership and they had no record of me buying the service contract. Luckily I did find my receipt and Im hoping to speak to the manager or owner and see if I can get reimbursed for getting the oil change on March 12 2024. Overall their service was great for the most part and Josh, one of these service personnel is very friendly and accommodating. Its not this dealerships fault but I wanted to bring it up to their attention.

We love our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L but unfortunately this dealership is completely incompetent. We had a flat and had to use our spare tire. One of the jack pieces was missing from the jack set. Luckily we have AAA so no big deal. We have been to the service center 3 times to try to replace this part and put the spare back in its place and they are so incompetent they can’t seem to manage to get this done. My last conversation they wanted to order the part and charge me for a jack piece that didn’t come with the car. That’s great. Here’s a thought, how about you borrow a spare jack and at the very least put the spare tire back on. We may buy another jeep but we will drive the extra distance to go find a more competent dealership.

Great experience, start to finish. I called G.E.T and the nice lady on the phone told me, no problem. Tow in your Jeep, we will take care of it. Easy. I didnt get that nice of a person on another phone call to the dealership in Torrance. Thats what I called G.E.T. I towed my Jeep in a saw Anthony in service. He was busy but very professional. I apologized, and explained I really need to talk to him and show him some things on my Jeep. He was very patient with me and listened and walked to the back lot with me to look at the Jeep. He told me it would be a couple of days before he could look at it. Anthony actually called me later that day and said he had some ideas for my Jeep and was feeling good about the job. The next morning he called me again and said he was having the Jeep test driven and it might be done. That was less than 24 hours from drop off! I picked up my Jeep later that day and paid $600 less for a part the dealership in Huntington Beach was going to charge me. Anthony was great through my entire experience. He was great and because of Anthony. I will only take my Jeep to G.E.T for service. Thanks Anthony.Update. Ask for Anthony, he is the best.

I live in Torrance & had been taking my Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit in to the Jeep dealer in Torrance for many years, never really being happy with the service I was getting there. After being told, I would have to make an appointment that would take 2 to 3 weeks to get in, I called Glenn E. Thomas Jeep Dealer in Signal Hill and spoke with Odell Hadle in customer service. He was able to get my jeep in that had a check engine light on the very same day, kept me well informed and updated and had my car ready the next day !!! What a difference, Glen E. Thomas Jeep dealer is than the Jeep dealer in Torrance !!! The difference is like night & day !!! Odell and Glen E. Thomas Jeep treat you the way a customer should be treated and I would very highly recommend Odell and Glen E. Thomas Jeep for service !!! They score a 10 on my scale, and I will be driving the distance to signal Hill. I did a Yelp search and saw that this dealership had 4 stars and the reviews were pretty good so I decided to take a chance. I have had some absolutely horrible experiences at the Cerritos Jeep Dealership. I took my 2019 Jeep Compass here because the Stop/Start System needed maintenance and also to have the radio looked at because the screen was blacking out. I could only see 1/4 of the radio & backup camera. My service advisor Dan was very nice and kept me up-to-date with what was going on with my vehicle. When I called to speak with him, he actually answered the phone. Only thing I wish is that the dealership offered loaner vehicles when service has to take the whole day. Overall a really good experience. Just waiting for the new radio to come in so that it can be installed.

Had to get my screen replaced in my Grand Cherokee due to it delaminating. The replacement took some time to arrive but once there I was able to drop off my truck before work and pick it up after. They even Ubered me to and from work! The installation looks great! Can’t even tell I had it replaced. And it was a “good will fix” so it just had to pay a small deposit. Thank you!

There was some confusion because theres so many rebates on this model, but we got it all sorted. Overall I had an excellent experience working with Robert (sales), Raphael (manager), and Brad Davis (finance). Make sure to ask for them when you visit. They had no dealer add-ons snuck into my lease, no surprises, and were great guys. I had so many sneaky sharky experiences at other dealers like LAX and Van Nuys. Worst experience ever. DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.We came looking for a Toyota 4Runner they were selling, and gave my car as trade-in. Next day (Thanksgiving day) we happily want to drive with the new car to Big Bear to meet with our family, and the car died in the middle of the freeway. Since it was Thanksgiving, dealership was closed. We called AAA for help, and it wasn’t the battery, we had to be towed to the nearest hotel to spend the night (me, my husband and our 3 month old daughter). Not only did we missed her first Thanksgiving with the family, but the next day they are not able to help us, we called, send emails, texts, everything we could asking for help since they basically sold us trash, and not even Greg, Sonia nor Brad are able to help us. They just say “Oh I will call you back”, and no response. They have the worst customer service, worst ethics. So now we have nowhere to go, living in the lobby of a hotel, no car, no response from the dealership. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE WE DID, AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

I have owned my 2021 Dodge ram with zero miles and only has 30,000 miles and I am having so many issues with it. First it started to blow headlights over and over again and tail light aswell. Took it in and told me it was cause of my dash cover lol funny right being that I purchased the dash cover from Dodge. So problem still hasnt been fixed. Took it in for the air conditioning not blowing hard and I had just changed the cabin filter told me in order for the warranty to be covered I had to purchase it from them. Then I get my truck back n problem is just worse. Then I took it in for a rotten egg smell n I know it is the catalytic convertors are going bad or are cloging and they try and talk to me like I dont know that my truck is a lemon on top of that its in the shop again cause I have oil in my radiator and my windows r fogging up from the inside I just dont want to do any more business with Dodge Chrysler or jeep

My experience at this dealership was fairly traumatic.I was under the impression that I ordered a vehicle with front sensors, and when it did not come in with such, they handled the situation very unprofessionally - my salesperson called corporate in front of me and told me that the company was going to make him pay to make it right, asking me then what I wanted to do about it. They sold me a bogus anti theft system.My brand new custom made vehicle had paint defects.My alignment was off within a week, and the service department told me that the vehicle was fine, that they detected nothing when they drove it, and that they could not do an alignment check per the company until 500 miles. At this same time, my lights also didnt work properly. When I picked up my vehicle, my lights worked fine, but I was gaslit and told again, they didnt find anything; nothing was wrong. When I I told the a managing salesperson that I wanted my money back, he told me to file a lemon law case, that they would not be able to help me. In this same conversation, why he told me I do not know, but he also told me he had done/does cocaine.When I spoke with finance to get my money back for the anti theft system, they gaslit me and tried to completely avoid the issues. I was told I would get my money back but that it would have to come out of pocket of the employees, another strategy to try to manipulate me.When I asked to speak with management of this dealership to try to tell them of my experience, I never heard back - I experienced no interest on their part to care about my dissatisfaction or extreme ethical concerns as a customer.I took my vehicle to a different dealership at 500 miles, and this other dealership communicated with me that checking an alignment is actually no longer free at 500 miles, but it is before then. Surprise, surprise - my alignment was off. It did get fixed, but the vehicle has had any number of more issues since then - a heated steering wheel that doesnt work, computer issues, further alignment issues, and now acceleration problems.The companys roadside assistance leaves things to be desired as well - I waited 4-5 hours for a tow that never came once.I have never been able to relax in my dream Wrangler, and I have completely lost trust in the Jeep brand and certainly in this dealership.

Its an okay place to take your car to if you are local to the area. The service is good and the staff is nice however as far as my experience I waited an hour for the car rental place to pick me up. And this is the third time my vehicle was returned to me not washed. Its something Ive left reviews about in the past and to me its one of the small things that means the most. Shows that Dodge cares for their customers. When I asked the gentleman if they still wash cars when they return the vehicles his response was yes. I asked why my vehicle had not been washed after they had the vehicle for 2 days he did not have an answer for me. The car had grease and fingerprints all over the fenders as expected when your car is being worked on. I just dont think I should have to go pay for a car wash directly leaving the dealership. Did he offer to run it through the wash? Yes he did but only because I made mention of it. Not long after my visit I got an email from a different dealership also Dodge and included in one of the coupons was an offer that included a car wash. It shows me that other Dodge dealerships offer different services. Not to mention now my vehicle smells like coolant as though something else may be wrong with it as though I need to take it back to them. In conclusion, if youre local yes take your vehicle there for convenience but if you have the time try a different Dodge.

I’ve been here many times and I’ve had to return because my rubicon has a water leak that is a manufacture problem. I was told that it would take the whole day maybe longer one day and today I was waiting for 3 hours to just have Ric tell me they need to order the weather strip for my car. I had put some adhesive to try and stop the leak but when I brought it in ric kept saying I should’ve removed it because his guy didn’t want to remove it. The adhesive is like tape and easily comes off. He wanted to keep making it seem like the adhesive was the problem and me waiting around for 3 hours wasn’t. We had a very good experience buying a hybrid Pacifica here. After we’d narrowed down which trim package and options we wanted, my spouse spoke with Jesse over the phone, and he was able to efficiently access the dealership’s available stock and find one that met all our criteria and happened to be on sale for an unusually low price (because it had sat on the lot for a while). When we went to the dealership the next day, Jesse wasn’t in, so his colleague John worked with us and was also very helpful, friendly, patient, and not pushy. Four years ago I purchased two Jeeps from Glenn Thomas, first a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and the following year, a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Mohave. Both vehicles have been trouble-free and the at the point of sale for both of these vehicles, we managed to negotiate equitable pricing on both vehicles - so we were happy with the sales experience.Fast-forward four years and the task at hand was to install new tires on the Rubicon. My desire was to upgrade my wheel set and run one size larger tires (actually the same OEM tires available on the newest Rubicon). Given a good experience in the past, I gave Glenn Thomas the chance to get this job done. I contacted the parts department to get a quotation for the Mopar wheels I was interested in and simultaneously asked for a quote for the mounting/balancing of tires, alignment, and speedo recalibration. What I got back was a price quote for the wheels that was higher than Mopars own parts website and a not my job, contact the service department response for the rest of my request. I let it go, and purchased the wheels from a Jeep dealer in Kentucky, who FedExd them to me for a very good price and no shipping charges.Then with wheels and tires in hand, I decided to give them one more try and scheduled the installation. When I arrived it suddenly became clear that the service department didnt have the competency to perform the work; indeed, they debated among themselves whether or not they could recalibrate the speedo (apparently the one and only person at the dealer who knew how to do it had left). I was floored - even I knew what was necessary to perform this very basic task. They then said, we suggest you go elsewhere.At the end I was dumbfounded by the sheer incompetence and their williness (at every stage) to waste my time and energy. Had this been any other type of vehicle I mightve considered the response to be understandable, but this was is a current generation Jeep Wrangler, a vehicle that was explicitly designed with this type of change in mind. After leaving I went to a tire-shop near my home, they completed the work with no issues within two-hours.Afterwards I reached out to the dealer to describe this experience only to receive a scripted response a few days later and with a promise to hear from the service manager - crickets.Im sorry to say that I can no longer recommend this dealer - but its not for being dishonest or aggressive (as one usually finds with many dealers in the area), it for incompetence and lack of caring of their customers time.

The check in process can for sure be improved, and as someone in the automotive consulting industry, knowing the tools you already have in place could alleviate so much confusion and impatient waiting. Today They text me and said my car was ready to be picked up… when they gave me my car I immediately told the tec that the weather strip was not sealed correctly and that it was loose and not glued down he said they would order new strips. I was driving on the freeway and the strip completely unglued and was hittin my roof and scraped it. How can they not check something so simple ?? This is the second time the service department does not do something correctly and I have to bring my car in again. What a waste of my time. Please do better. I’ve bought 3 cars from you guys

I had recently taken my Durango to a local mechanic here in costa mesa as I was having issues with my air conditioning. Upon waiting, the mechanic came back stating that I had several valves that needed replacing + my condenser and my water pump was leaking. He quoted me some insane price to fix it all, but Im sure it was a fair cost to replace and fix everything. My car was 2019 with zero issues up until that point, and I just wasnt sure what warranties I had available to me etc. I had bought my Durango at Glenn E. Thomas in Signal Hill, and he suggested I call them and see if anything was covered. And that is how I met Ricardo.He answered my call, looked at my account right away and told me what I had available. He also let me know that they could accommodate me with a rental vehicle while I was waiting to get everything fixed. He was absolutely amazing super patient, really helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. It was ironic that I had avoided taking my car to the dealerships initially because you know, I was worried about what everyone says about them up charging. But Ricardo really took care of me, really made sure my warranties were covered, and even let me keep the vehicle another day or so while I was on a girls trip in San Diego. He is the gentleman first to the left when driving into service area. Second time was with Josh. I just took it in for a oil change. Didnt need a service writer. However the oil change personal were just as professional and friendly. As a former owner of a independent auto repair shop. Its refreshing to be treated as I treated my customers. This review is for the service department.My husband and I are from out of state and in town visiting family near Long Beach. Unfortunately our check engine light came on over the weekend and we’re supposed to be driving home the following weekend. While every other dealership we called just basically dismissed us, the service dept at Glenn E Thomas was wonderfully helpful. I bought a car here a few months back and I loved it to death. It wasnt what they usually sell but was my second Mini so I was fine buying it from them and they offered a good price. However, now Im realizing I should have been cautious. The car I bought was at 40k miles. It shouldnt have anything wrong with it yet. However here we are in Feb with a check engine light on. First my belts were tearing (which shouldnt be happening this early! My other Mini lasted 150k before that happened). Now the ignition coil has gone out causing a check engine light and a car that is barely running! Again, shouldnt be happening! My other Mini, now sitting at 200k miles, has never ever had an ignition problem. Ever. Everything says it shouldnt even happen until 80k-100k miles in! Whats going on? I appreciate the deal I got and again the car was beautiful but at this point I could have paid for a newer Mini for the extra thousands were putting in. Im sure theyre a fine dealership for cars theure familiar with but be careful buying other types. It doesnt seem like they inspect them well or keep them up to par!

I searched the inventory from home to find the truck I wanted; called Brad and did most of price negotiations over the phone before test-driving at the dealership. I got the truck with everything we wanted at a very good price!The service department is also superb! Tom, the service manager, not only provided great customer care at the service department, but also had gone out of his way to get us a full refund for an out-of-town car rental when we encountered a car issue (which was later determined to be caused by a software glitch). Really disappointed in the service department. Although, the gentleman who greeted me and ran the codes along with Randy were wonderful. I called multiple times to check on my vehicle. I was on hold for 13 minutes!! Then someone picked up and immediately put me back on hold again. This happened every 30 seconds for 4 minutes until I hung up. I called back, the gal who answered was very apologetic and helped me. She said my vehicle had been ready. I asked why no one called and she said my service advisor had gone home hours ago. I get to the dealership I walk into where the service advisors are not a single person acknowledged me, said, hello, said will be right with you, nothing. Then they told me to go next-door, where the other service advisors are where the same thing happened. I would prefer to never visit this dealership again. It’s unfortunate because it’s close to my home and very convenient but I will be visiting another dealership. I spoke with Brenda who made sure I got an appointment right away and I also had an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived for my appointment and was immediately greeted with smiles from service department. They were so efficient and friendly. My service advisor was Alessandro and he went over everything in detail for me that needed to be done. It didn’t take long at all then he walked me over to Enterprise rent a car and the Enterprise representative helped me immediately and had me in a rental car within 15 minutes.
