I searched internet to find the best possible treatment and hearing aids for my 82-year-old father, who suffers from severe hearing loss. In doing so, I came across Dr. Kevin Ivory.I chose to have email consultations with Dr. Ivory regarding the specifics of my fathers hearing loss treatment and the selection and fitting of hearing aids. Dr. Ivory consistently responded promptly and professionally to my numerous inquiries via email, and kindly recommended suitable appointment dates.Based on his recommendations, I chose the Starkey AI Genisis hearing aids for my father. The improvement in my fathers hearing has been remarkable, significantly enhancing his overall quality of life in various aspects.Following the initial visit to Dr. Ivorys office for the hearing check and hearing aids, he thoughtfully scheduled regular follow-up appointments to ensure that the hearing aids remained properly fitted and to address any assistance needed during the warranty period.Dr. Ivorys expertise in audiology is exceptional, and he possesses a unique ability to simplify complex concepts, as well as to efficiently fit hearing aids. I have gone to see Dr. Ivory and Glendora Hearing Aids & Audiology for over 3 years now. Dr. Ivory matched up my hearing test results and fitted me with state of the art hearing aid technology. He kept in contact with me throughout the warranty period of my hearing aids and offered any assistance. He and his staff are very professional and pleasant to work with. I will be going back for the latest technology in the future.

My father is 81 years old with severe hearing loss and I wanted to get the best care and hearing aids possible. Knowing that hearing aids are a large investment I did extensive research to find an audiologist that is looking out for the best interest of their patient.After a month of research, I found Dr. Kevin Ivory. Dr. Ivory is very knowledgeable in his field and explains things in ways we can all understand. English is my fathers second language and Dr. Ivory is very patient and takes his time with him which I appreciate.Its not only the hearing aids you are paying for but also the follow-up and making sure everything is working well, which we love. We went with the Oticon brand hearing aids, and we have no regrets about going with Dr. Ivory. The sense of hearing and sight are probably the most important of the senses we have. Dr Kevin Ivory and his hearing aid center is one of the best in So Cal. He educates and uses state of the art technology using his computers to test and modify sounds and give his patients the ability to hear at optimal levels. Just like getting a prescription for your eyes, hearing also requires a prescription since sound loss varies from person to person.. Dr. Ivory was able to fit the hearing aid to amplify sound and reduce background noise. The new design - you can not tell the patient even has a hearing aid (its in the ear) completely discreet and the transparent wire lies flat. Highly recommend and very highly satisfied with the effort follow-up and the gift of hearing he gives his patients. He should be proud of his work!

I went to Dr Ivory as a referral from Dr Cliff Olson, Aud on Facebook. I have worn HAs for 35+ years and kept up on the technology. The HAs I was wearing were not giving me the best results. On Dr Cliffs site where he has 100s of videos on different aspects of HAs he strongly advises going to an audiologist vs a hearing aid despenser. I wish Id gotten that information 30 years ago. What a huge difference!Dr Cliff has Dr Ivory listed as an audiologist who performs best practice procedures to result in the hearing impaired person getting the hearing aids that will perform best for them. Dr Ivory is that person and I am totally comfortable with his demeaner, professionalism and focus to fine tune my new HAs.

I was referred to Dr. Ivory as a condition of an employment offer. I was very apprehensive when I found out I needed hearing aids. I did a quick research on hearing aids and the field I want to be in and it did not look promising. I later found out these articles were very old and have not been updated. Dr. Ivory is amazing, really understanding, answered any questions and concerns I had. Although he presents the benefits and assistance they offer, he definitely does not push you to buy then and there! He even patiently did another hearing test at my request, leaving my previous results in his office, only to confirm the results have the same pattern. The confidence in his products as I asked if I would be able do my job was unwavering. Ruth is the sweetest person and greets you so warmly. The atmosphere is very inviting and relaxed.Hearing aids are so technologically advanced now with many different features. The pair I chose are behind-the-ear since they are better suited for my situation (there are in-the-ear as well) but they make my life so convenient; I can listen to music, answer a phone call, see how much battery is left from my phone app, overall very high quality. I am relatively young and was scared people would stare at me or ask me why I had them but they are small and hide behind my ears pretty well. They come in so many different colors, I chose black to hide in my hair and no one has asked me about them and my family can never tell unless I ask if they can see them. It takes a few days to adjust to them but Dr. Ivory works with you in order to make them comfortable since they are customized to fit only you and your specific hearing loss. They are costly but worth it. Thank you Dr. Ivory for making it possible for me to get my dream job!

Just visited Glendora Hearing Aid and Audiology for ear impressions for my custom in-ear monitors and I absolutely love this office. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. The receptionist was very courteous and professional. I was in the waiting room for 2 minutes before being called in. Dr. Kevin Ivory is fantastic and very familiar with in-ear monitors and the companies that make them. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I STRONGLY recommend this office your hearing and Audiology needs.

Dr. Ivory is extremely professional and patient. He performs real ear measurements on his patients which gives him an awareness on the audibility of sound in the ear and which also enables him to determine the effectiveness of hearing aids.If you have noticed mild to significant hearing loss - or if family members or friends have noticed hearing loss, please contact Dr. Ivorys office to schedule an appointment.After performing the Audiological testing and there is hearing loss, he will discuss which hearing aids would work best for you and your lifestyle. It is never too late.

I just got my ear impressions done and all I can say is this place is amazing! Dr. Kevin Ivory is very accommodating with all of my questions not to mention his awesome receptionist who is both patient and kind (i tend to ask lots of questions). The clinic is very clean and is only 3mins away from the freeway. The process only took about less than 30mins. I would definitely recommend this place for all your hearing needs.

I went to see Dr. Kevin on a friend’s recommendation and I am very happy I did! He explained every thing to my satisfaction! He fitted me with hearing aids he recommended and I am so very happy with them! My neighbors are happy too, no loud tv anymore! I go to the movies a lot and the aids have made such a difference, I can hear everything. I would recommend Dr. Kevin to anyone that want to hear better!
