I recently visited Glendora Family Dentistry for a routine cleaning, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Dr. Desai is the best dentist I’ve ever been to the staff is so friendly and I LOVE my hygienist Liz she is so patient and caring. It took me years to find a dentist to take care of a gum problem I had in a section of my mouth Liz took one look and found out right away what it was. This dentistry is amazing! My husband and I won’t go anywhere else!

My family and I had not been to the dentist in quite a few years when we found Dr. Desai recently. To our surprise, this is the kindest and friendliest dental team and office. Everyone, and I mean everyone of the staff here is so kind and caring. We could not be happier to have this team with us on our dental hygiene journey. After not seeing a dentist for over 3 years, I was very hesitant. After reading the reviews I decided it was time. The entire staff is extremely welcoming and comforting. I expressed the negative experience I had at another dentist, and they assured me they would make me feel comfortable. I knew after my consultation that I was in good hands. Dr. Desai is very patient, and very comforting. At my first appointment he made sure I was ok at all times. My husband and daughter have come here as well, and they were very happy. I highly recommend this dental office. If you are looking for comfort, patience, and just a great team all together, I recommend them!

This dentistry is my ALL TIME FAVORITE! To be honest I have been very fortunate and had very nice dentists and hygienists in the past but this dentistry takes the cake! From the sweetest staff in the front to the hygienist and assistants to Dr Desai. They have the nicest and most accommodating staff and make you feel super comfortable being at the dentist. GFD is not just a dentist, it is an experience. From being greeted when entering the door, to being accompanied out the door, it provides the feeling of true luxurious, first class service. Dr. Desai is a genuinely good human, who takes his time to get to know and understand you as a patient. We started going to here years ago when it was more family friendly and more welcoming. After COVID it seems this office is no longer the same, they became more about the money.and less caring for patients. You cant get an appointment til months on out and he has you break appointments up into two visits....maybe to get more money I guess....I did try to contact Dr Desai to discuss my concerns and never got a call back. When I called to make an apt they said they would.no longer see me or my family because we had too many missed apts...ok bye....I do not recommend this dental office. So happy we found another office who offered SAME DAY APTS!

One of the best dental experiences I’ve had in quite a few years with Dr Desai and his team. The entire team is so warm, nice & friendly, they make you super comfortable as soon as you step into the clinic. Every attention to details is taken care before they recommend the next course of action including what’s covered and what’s not along with any additional questions. Liz and Jessica are unbelievable with the cleaning, they do it so well that you’re in for a surprise as by the time you realize it’s already done and you don’t feel anything at all. Oh my Gosh!! Amazing!! I had to get my tooth extracted, but before anything was planned he directes me to see a specialist first for a 2nd opinion. It was determined i needed it taken out. I was terrified, but dr. Desai is so calm, patient, and a good listener to my fears he made me feel like everything is going to be ok and talked me through it in details. Later i learned from a friend who had the same proceedure done she got stitches. Dr. Desai didnt use stitches he used some kind of glue to close it up. The nurse was also very kind. All the staff are super nice people!! Everyone are willing to help and make things as comfortable experience as possible!! My dentist for life!!

Overall a wonderful experience! I am currently under the care of Doctor Desai for an implant and I couldn’t be any happier. I’ve been looking for a dentist to get this done and hadn’t really found one that I wanted to move forward with. Then my boyfriend saw them while driving one day and we scheduled an appointment. I wasn’t surprised when I saw all the great reviews on Google after my first appointment back in June 2021. The crew is amazing, kind, and very great experts. I felt confident in my procedure. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction. The experience was great. I couldn’t feel the needle go in. Dr. Desai briefed me on the procedure and answered questions,it took 30 minutes or so and I was out.All in all five star performance by Dr Desai and Marcella. Thanks for doing this. Being that it had been over 10 years since I had been to a dentist, I was a little nervous going in, but I was immediately greeted by the amazing staff. I was impressed with the personal yet professional interaction and care the team dedicated to me. I was taken to the back by Jessica, who kindly walked me through everything I should expect during the visit and made sure I was comfortable. I noticed that the staff worked very efficiently with a perfect balance of getting to know you and getting to work. The front and back office girls received me with a cheerful smile, and I was seen within minutes of my appointment. Dr. Desai with his kind calm way asked if I was having any pain or other concerns, he reviewed the x-rays and inspected my teeth and identified that three previous metal fillings required some attention that may need work in future., no pressure to dothe work now. Teresa who cleaned my teeth was friendly and helpful, I aked her about why I was getting stains on my teeth and my gums were deteriorating. she took time to go over the basics and she recommended that I use a ultra soft CURAPROX 5460 which worked great. I would definitely recommend Glendora Family Dentistry. They will even help you with movie names you started to watch.

It’s been over 5 years sense I’ve been to the dentist. After finding Glendora family dentistry an reading the reviews I decided to give them a try. BEST DECISION EVER! As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with smiles an feel very welcomed.After the first visit I was scheduled two separate appointments for deep cleaning cause of how much plaque I had built up. The first day of cleaning I meet Liz. She took her time to get to know a few things about me before we discussed the status of my mouth. we decided to start with the bottom teeth. Before we started she went over everything she would do an how it would feel as well as the outcome. She informed me that i would not be able to eat for at least 3 hrs after an offered me a protein shake before we started!! the hospital was unbelievable! They really do care here I’ve never had any other dentist offer or be as detailed an caring as them. They really make you feel at home! Had my second appointment today for the top teeth an after all said an done I couldn’t be more happier with the outcome!! Dr. Desai is an excellent dentist and his team is excellent as well! They are so kind and patient and really listen to your concerns while helping to calm your nerves! I recently had a root canal (first time!) and I was very nervous. However, I did not feel a thing and the process was so smooth! He kept checking in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was not feeling any pain or discomfort. Now, I am no longer fearful of root canals or dental work as I know Dr. Desai and his team will take great care! Friendly dentist listened to my concerns when he noticed I was anxious. Work was pretty fast. Had a root canal that was over pretty quick. Dr. Desai is quick but efficient. All of the work I’ve had done here has been clearly explained to me. The front desk ladies are also very helpful and there to answer questions about costs and options. Its been quite a while since Ive been to the dentist because of anxiety. I decided to go to this office based off of the glowing reviews they have received. Im so glad that I did! Everyone is so nice and welcoming, Maribel is very sweet, and has a calm demeanor about her, that helped to ease the tension that I had. From the time I called to make my appointment I had a good impression. I went in for an emergency procedure and I was able to get an early next day appointment. This is a true and honest review. No one asked me to write it. I read countless reviews within my insurance plan looking for a good dentist for my daughter. I eventually chose to look outside my insurance plan and found Dr. Desai. Im so so glad I found him. He is very professional, but also has a very good bed side manner. And he is very reasonable for cash paying patients. He explained what my daughter needed and didnt add any extras. He was also very polite and understanding when I told him that I wanted to go to our regular dentist for her general cleaning because it would save me money.He genuinely cares about the comfort of his patients. Before my daughter had her procedure, he asked her if she had eaten anything that day and when she told him that she had not, he offered her a protein shake because it would be a few hours before she would be able to eat anything. He also took time to talk to her for a few minutes to explain the importance of good dental hygiene. I never once got the feeling that he was in a hurry. He took his time to ask us if we had any further questions. I really appreciate all those qualities in a doctor.All of the staff is just wonderful. Very professional kind friendly and helpful. The office is spotless, and beautiful. The office and staff have a very welcoming feel.Dr. Desai and his staff are really just wonderful. Update: I’d be sad and likely disappointed if I ever had to get a new dental office to visit. I continue to have nothing but great experiences visit after visit. I love their warm hospitable team (they are all so kind and sweet, it’s very apparent comfort is very important to them) as well as their immaculate facility(beautiful, clean, modern). Their service and attention to detail is unmatched. If you’re searching for a dentist or oral hygienist give them a shot, I’d find it hard to believe you’d have anything short of a great experience. We have always been pleased with him and his teams over the top efforts to make you comfortable from the time you arrive until you leave, with your scheduled next appointment of course. The ladies working in the office are always so kind and sweet which always makes for a warm experience.As for the dental work, I’ve had cleanings, cavity fillings, bridges put in and taken out, and teeth whitening all by Dr Desai and have never felt more comfortable in a dentist chair (this is saying a lot, as I like many others probably cringe at the idea of dental work being done). The rest of my family has also had pretty extensive work done in their mouths and have never been short of happy with the outcome.It’s very obvious Dr. Desai takes much pride in his practice and in offering his patients modern dental work. The office feels very cozy that you almost forget your inside a dentist office.Dr. Sachin has a super smooth hand. Since I’ve found this dental office, they’ve gone above and beyond to assist me and help me with my dental needs. I found them when I had an emergency and was in so much pain. They scheduled me in right away and helped me with my root canal. Other places didn’t provide emergency services like Family Dentistry in Glendora, and wanted me to wait weeks, but not Dr. Desai’s office, they scheduled me the next day. Glad I can come here and always get greeted and treated respectfully. Recently, I had to come back to get some more work done and I had the pleasure and great experience of having Liz the hygienist and Jessica make the process calm, fun, and tolerable. I don’t like the dentist at all, but my experience and expectations of having to come here are always great and I appreciate their hard work and assistance with helping me get my smile back. He explained everything beforehand, during, after and then sent me home with an at home care kit with instructions. First off the front desk girls always being so kind and welcoming and answering any insurance questions I have. Dr.Desia is the best! I drove over an hour to see Dr. Desai and I felt very comfortable as if I’ve been going to him for ever. From the moment I called the office everyone was so nice and helpful. It was a Saturday and my usual dentist office was closed. I was in terrible pain and suspected my tooth was cracked. They fit me in right away. My appointment went so well even though I had to have a tooth extracted. I was very nervous because this is not the type of thing you can trust to just anyone. I am going to write in detail because there are so many great things about these people, that I want everyone in the area to go here! I have been seeing Dr. Desai a couple of months now, and I am still so impressed every time I visit. I have had to get a lot done haha. Dr. Desai is very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough with his explanations, which has made me feel at ease and comfortable when he does any work on my teeth. He makes sure you have an understanding on what he will be doing before and while performing any procedure. I recently had 3 teeth extracted by Dr. Desai and boy am I glad I had them extracted by him. He gave me 3 shots and didn’t feel it at all! His personal experience and cheerful personality made the procedure go by fast. By the next day, I felt great with no pain just minor soreness, which was gone within two days. Walking into the office the atmosphere was very welcoming and I was greeted with beautiful smiles from the very helpful reception. My young children (5 and 7) needed fillings and I refused to go to their usual dentist anymore. Children-focused dental offices try so hard to make the kids comfortable that they actually make my kids more nervous! And they wanted to charge hundreds of dollars for all the work they needed done not including the possible use of laughing gas and/or restraints which, of course, would be additional charges...FORGET IT! After conveying my feelings about the kids’ dentist to my dentist, Dr. Desai, he told me to bring my kids to him and to be honest, I was so nervous about them going to a non-kid centered dentist. But wow, I should have done this LONG ago! It was so perfect! Mellow, quiet, (the office is designed to be like a spa so it’s actually very soothing) and the kids did SO WELL! When a problem is found, the solution is discussed as well as alternatives and cost, when the patient makes a decision the problem is resolved right then. There is no need to schedule another appointment to fix that problem.If there is anything that comes up the staff works with the patient to schedule an appt. as soon as possible no matter how often a patient needs to be seen. They dont push you to do anything you dont want to, but they will still make sure youre aware of any possible risks as well as suggest procedures they feel you would benefit from. I no longer live in the area but I still come to them because of how well they do every time I go in (and I go in a LOT). The ladies at the front desk are also very helpful and usually accommodate any changes I need at the best of their ability. Dr. Desai is the absolute best at what he does. Some examples:Unlike other dental offices, one is never left waiting long when you have an appointment. My average wait time before being called in is about 3 minutes, and thats kind of too bad, because the waiting lounge in his new office is like an upscale lounge, with plush seating, a Keurig coffee station, stocked beverage fridge and an upscale decor that is a mix of futuristic and mid-century chic. What a great experience I had with this team. I was in a lot of pain with my wisdom tooth and Tylenol was not cutting it anymore. So on Friday around 4pm I went on google maps looking for a local dentist and i found GFD. I called and was told to come in as soon as possible. I showed up and within 15 minuets they had ran my insurance logged me into their system and had me in a chair. About 30 minuets after that. I was out of there. Tooth extracted and all my medication forms for the pharmacy. Great service and I felt comfortable. Didn’t feel rushed or like a number. And most importantly they didn’t try and sell me anything, or do more work to get more money. Very satisfied, I’ve found a new dentist!

I love this dental office! Everyone is so nice and it only cost $1.00 to get x- rays and a check up on my teeth. Dr. Sai and his dental assistant are very informative. After finding out it was going to cost over $1200 to fix my teeth Dr. Sai made it so I could afford to get everything I needed done and mapped out what each visit was going to look like and how much it was going to cost. He made it so I could pay for my dental bill in three easy payments. I dont have dental insurance so this to me was a life saver. He was great, he knew I was in pain and he was very gentle. I left there pain-free, a little sore. but very happy. I would recommend this dentist to any of my friends and family. I came tobsee Dr Sachin because of all the excellent reviews online. Sometimes it’s all hype but this Dr is the real deal. Dr Sachin is very kind and skilled. I had a tooth extraction and did not feel a thing. The staff is very kind as well. I finally found the right Dentist!

I always thought about how car dealerships and dentists would try to sell you things which you don’t necessarily need. But today, Dr. Sachin proved me wrong. I was under the impression that after evaluating my teeth x-ray, Dr. Sachin will have a long list of things I need to get done, but in fact he gave me confidence that my teeth are in good condition and there is no major bone lose visible. I am 51 years old male and obviously my teeth and gums are getting weaker as I am getting older, so are other parts of my body, however this was the exact reassurance I needed. The Glendora dentistry office is very clean and modern with very modern machinery. I would highly recommend you to visit this office if you are looking for someone who can guide you in the right direction and not scare you away in regards to any dental issues.

I am very scared of the dentist, specifically the shots to numb you up for a procedure. The doctor was incredibly caring and thoughtful and I 100 percent did not feel a thing. It was the best Dental experience I ever had. Would recommend him to anyone :)

Every time I walk into the office Im welcomed warmly. The doctor and staff are very good about making you feel comfortable and fully explaining procedures before they happen. Initially I only went to get whitening trays, but I loved them so much Ill go back for every service I need!

This dentist office is the best. I had a wisdom tooth with an exposed nerve. It was the worst feeling of my life. I did not get any sleep for a week. Finally I called other dentist office telling them that it was an emergency and the schedule me to come in a week or two. And I just couldn’t deal with the crying and pain fir another week. I called this dentist office and they scheduled me the same day. I went in and paid $50 which is cheap to see any dentist. My dentist name was Mr. Desai and he is an amazing person here is why. I was so scared at first because I wanted all four wisdom teeth to come out but this man said I want to work on the main issue and which was the bottom and top left wisdom teeth. He numbed my gums and waited before going right in like so other dentists. And if I still felt it he would numb me up some more. He cracked jokes to make sure I was comfortable and I even got to have my guest in the room with me instead of in the waiting room. Also in the waiting are free drinks. Amazing 😇😇😇. So I was even offered to watch Netflix to relax myself. Of course I watched Shrek. He worked on my teeth even after closing because he wanted to make sure I wasn’t in any more pain. After it was over and the numbness went away. I wasn’t in anymore pain. I have to thank god for the dentist office. And the assistant there were so nice. I recommend this to anyone which any dental work. I’m definitely going back for a cleaning 😃. For the first time in months. I am able to smile and be myself again. Thank you so much 😂😂😂😂 again. I’ve been coming to GFD for a year and a half and have( or HAD) a huge fear of the dentist. I continue to drive over an hour to be here because they’ve made me feel so at ease and are so accomodating, quick and efficient. I wouldn’t consider switching to anywhere else. I can honestly say my fear has lessened because of Dr. Desai and his staff and I truly look forward to continuing my Oral health journey and having the perfect smile!
