Where do I begin! As soon as I walked in Francisco was polite & helpful. He was very detailed in answering all my audio questions, as I am not too familiar with his field. He gave me many different suggestions to tailor my car & audio needs. Also, he gave information on all the equipment he was referring me without trying to push any extra or costly equipment I didn’t need!I was able to schedule an appointment the following day. He allowed me to drop my car off before work & pick up after. Francisco even stayed after hours waiting for me to arrive. What a stand up guy! Even when I arrived, he didn’t rush me & even stayed after to test the subwoofer with me just in case I needed any modifications to the set up.Lastly, my key fob wasn’t working prior to dropping off my car & I needed to unlock my doors manually. Although, when I picked up my car, the key fob was fixed & Francisco didn’t even charge me for the fix! His tactfulness alone is enough for me to keep coming back while his passion & attention to detail is what is making me write this review. Do not hesitate to get your audio needs from Francisco!

Great service. Came in not exactly sure on the model of stereo receiver I was looking for, but Francisco did a wonderful job of explaining the difference between the units, giving a recommendation, and staying within my budget range. Fair prices and a great experience. Would absolutely recommend to others.

Good service and fair on the time to get it done. Only one issue... the buttons to control from my steering wheel stopped working. I have to take it in still for them to work on it. I just dont hsbe aot of time to go back again.

5 stars to this car stereo installer shop! They did a great job installing my android head unit and backup camera. They even accommodated me, just walked in, even without a prior appointment. I highly recommend this place. Installation price is very reasonable and Franciscos shop is clean and stocked with a variety of mid to high end stereo and speaker brands.

Ive been a customer for the last few years, the service and professionalism is exemplary. I bought a radio and had it installed by the owner and everything was great, but recently the radio quit working and I was told that that batch of radios had a defective part inside that wasnt known at the time I purchased it. The owner swapped out my defective radio for a brand new one. This has made me a customer for life, for all my car electronics needs. Thank you.

I have been coming to GaS for a while. I have brought them all my vehicles: 2012 Jetta, ’87 Buick, ’96 BMW e36, and a ’98 BMW z3. I have always been pleased with the work they have done. I recommend them to any friend who asks about car audio work. High quality work, competitive prices and they’re just good folk.If I ever had a potential issue with them or their work, I would give them a call and they would either correct it over the phone or I would bring it back in and it would be corrected. Its actually surprising as I was speaking with Francisco last week when I was in, about how long I’ve been bringing them my vehicles; 10 years! How time flies. Trust is a hard thing to come by with your vehicle – you can trust GaS.

Francisco was so patient with me as I knew what kind of sound I wanted but didnt know what it would take to get that. Amazing Work! Had a Viofo A229 Duo dash cam installed! Provided all the parts and wiring kit, really good price for labor compared to other shops! Above all! Took very little time and the job was well done, cables well hidden and can’t even tell where they went! Very professional and quick! You can tell He is experienced and knows what he’s doing! Horrible wireing job. Had to get it fixed and done right by professionals. And still charged labor like they did it right. Horrible work....... No I was told there is no need to run another power wire by you for the sub and there was another way.As I am not very knowledgeable on the wireing and all that I took your word for it.. So took it to a very reputable shop and they shown me all that was wrong with this and had to fix it and do it the right way... and you guys never shown me wat work u did on my car before i left as you left early that day and you did not work on my car....When i got home and took out my seat and thats when i seen this horrible job if I knew this was how it was gonna be done I would of said no thanks. And you guys had the nerve to charge 125$ labor for this joke of a job

Today I had a dash cam with a rear camera installed this afternoon and to say I’m happy is an understatement.I called in the morning and they said they could get to it at 2 pm. I got there a few minutes early.Francisco was finishing up a job so I left the truck and went down the street for some tacos.When I returned Francisco was working on the truck so I watched him install the the system. I was so impressed with Franciscos knowledge of how the truck was built.The installation is perfect and I could not be any happier and I am so happy that I went to Glendora Auto Sound. Best Shop hands down. I have known these guys for close to 8 years. From the small shop they had to the one they are at now. I have had multiple cars done by them over the years. Today i took my wifes 2009 pathfinder in. We got a Alpine touch screen radio, a back up camera, a new Alarm system, and a set of new LED head lights. My wife was super impressed and absolutely loved the out come. I always love and appreciate the high quality of work they do there. I have plans to bring it back and have all speakers and tweeters changed along with they building a custom box to add a sub. Thanks again guys.
