GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!Im super careful about how I purchase a new vehicle right from the beginning.I requested a sales rep that was guaranteed friendly, not pushy and knowledgeable of the vehicles. So I was referred to Victoria.Victoria was genuinely friendly and so respectful of my concerns in finding the right car for me. She explained the differences between certain infiniti models thoroughly and took me on as many test drives as needed for me to know what felt right.I drove away with a beautiful 2021 black infinit red sport and it was delivered super clean in show room condition.This dealership is not super busy and not super modern. Its more like an Old Fashion American Dealership and the employees seem to be very helpful of each other, which causes the customer to feel comfortable.Go check it out and ask for Victorias assistance.Best- T. I accompanied my mom to Infiniti Glendale to check out a used car. We were happy to see that Victoria was working, as we had seen her great reviews here. She lived up to her five stars: She was patient and kind as I interpreted everything for my mom in ASL. She showed us several cars without any rush or pushiness. The choice was down to two cars, one at another dealership. She was able to work out a price with her manager that we were all satisfied with. She provided excellent customer service when my mom needed some additional help, even after the purchase, so that was refreshing. We highly recommend asking for Victoria if youre looking for a smooth car buying experience. We will definitely be back for our next car, thank you Victoria!

This is the second time I got a vehicle from Glendale Infiniti. I had a jeep wrangler on lease need to be traded in, they took care of it for me. And I got the QX60 I wanted. Joseph, is an awesome guy helped me on the first day even it’s time to get off. And I have to go back on the next day to get the vehicle but Joseph still came to help me to get the vehicle even it’s on his day off. I went to a lot of different dealership and got different cars, many others will sell you expensive car and markup crazy on your lease or finance, but for Glendale Infiniti, they are honest, and provide you the best service and price. As long as you want and talk to them they will try their best on helping you.

Had a good experience at this dealership. Made an appointment and was helped right away by service Advisor Ben. He explained all the work performed on my vehicle and asked my authorization before doing it. Ben was very clear on the cost of the services but the invoice i received didnt give me a complete breakdown like expected or at least its not very easy to understand. The final cost was higher that you would probably pay at jiffy lube but i guess thats to be expected.

I got my Infiniti truck back from service at Glendale Infiniti and immediately I noticed that the cd changer was making odd sounds. I tried to eject a disk but it wasn’t doing anything except making strange sounds. I mentioned this to the service manager I had been dealing with and he suddenly dropped his usual friendly demeanor which was surprising. He kept asking me what I wanted him to do and I told him he needed to fix it at no charge since it was working perfectly before I brought the suv in. He wanted to get me a quote, but I insisted that he pay for it. So finally nothing was getting resolved and he said his manager was gone so I left. I had to call and text several times to get him to respond which was also unusual for him as he had been very easy to get in touch with. He told me that his manager needed to inspect the cd changer. I told him he had already inspected it. In the meantime as I was driving it around, i noticed that the ride was now harsh and I was feeling every bump and the steering was now skittish. Unfortunately this wasn’t the first time I’d had issues after getting my suv back from them. I’ve taken it there three times and every time it’s come back with some new issue. The first time I took it to them it came back with an oil drip. They claimed that I needed to have the gaskets replaced. I refused that repair and magically the drip resolved itself. So clearly they were just trying to get more money out of me instead of properly servicing my suv.I do not recommend anyone take their vehicle to Glendale Infiniti.

We found Glendale Infinity though a Google search of the vehicle we were looking for. We were drawn to the pricing and placed an inquiry. We were contacted within minutes by Victoria. She was friendly, helpful and eager to help us - a breath of fresh air! We felt some confusion about the pricing due to a care package not being advertised yet told to us later we had to pay. We also selected the deal here for the certified used vehicle package that was advertised for 6 years - unlimited miles from the original date of service. We thought we had six years from our purchase date but later learned that it meant the six years started from the first purchase of the vehicle, so in reality we had 2 years, 8 months. Truly lessons for us on understanding the fine print and getting out the door pricing before making a commitment. Although those two things put a damper on the deal, the overall experience with Glendale Infinity and Victoria were excellent and we are enjoying the vehicle very much. Victoria is a go getter and absolutely takes care of her customers by going above and beyond in communication. Thank you!

I have 3 Infiniti dealers closer to me but had such a positive experience leasing a QX80 from Glendale, I decided to try their service dept as well. Glad I did. Heres why.When I pull up to service, I hate sitting there being unacknowledged . This morning, I had someone walk up and greet me, put a number on car, and let me know someone was aware I was there.Devin Dagraca was on top of everything. In addition to this great system that texts you the status, Devin came out to give me an update in person. He really was patient and wanted to make sure they addressed everything, and even things I didnt push for, he proactively did anyway.Good service is tough to find these days but I found it today at Glendale Infiniti. Oh, and they finished even earlier then they estimated. Nice.

I had a wonderful experience at Glendale Infiniti! My salesperson, Victoria, was amazing and I would highly recommend her. I originally came in to get my old Infiniti serviced. While I was there, I decided to test drive a newer model. Victoria was really knowledgable and helpful. She was very patient with me as I was unsure if I wanted to purchase something immediately. Over the next few weeks, I looked at a number of Infinitis at Glendale Infiniti and at other Infiniti dealerships. I can definitely say the best experience was at Glendale Infiniti and with Victoria. If I can give 0 star, I would. I was supposed to purchase a 2020 lexus nx hybrid from them and decided to get a loan thru my credit union. While I was getting my check from the credit union, they asked for a 1000 non-refundable deposit to take the vehicle off the market. To show my good faith, I signed the contract and gave them my 1000 dollar deposit via email. I love the car and willing to spend 1000 dollars for them to take it off from the market. As soon as they received my card information, this salesman said if I am on my way because there is a 12noon appointment for someone to see the car. Seriously, i just gave you a 1000 dollars non refundable deposit so you can take the car off the market and you are telling me, someone will see the car and according to your manager that it is gonna be first come first serve basis? OMG...Imagine my worries about my 1000 dollars. I lost my trust to these guys when I heard that. I immediately deactivated my card before they charged it and it is not refundable. Told them they can have their car and I cancelled my loan application through the credit union. I just want to share this experience. Be aware!!!!

Searched online for the new QX60, and this dealer oddly had almost 7x more cars than any Bay Area Infiniti dealers around me. I also had the pleasure working with Joseph Park, he understood we were serious and quickly worked out a deal. Bonus on top was that he even offered to pick us up at the airport once we agreed on terms (we flew down to pick up car), helped with pre-approval to make sure we werent stuck with finance for too long and got us on our way knowing that we had a long commute home. Ive bought/leased enough cars to know some salespeople can make what should be an exciting and transparent process difficult, and that was absolutely not the case with Sepan. I communicated that what I was seeking, besides a new car, was transparency, and Sepan was hands down the most transparent salesperson Ive ever worked with. There wasnt a lot of going back and forth on numbers, I told him what I needed and a ballpark range of what I was looking to pay and he got me the best deal he could up front, and Id been looking for a car long enough to know that this was the best offer. My old 2009 car finally gave up on me. It was a hybrid and the replacement battery, plus continuous upkeep, would have been more expensive than just choosing a newer or used car. Scheduled my 2019 Q50 for its first oil change, rotation and complimentary inspection on a Friday at 10 a.m. This is the first time Ive paid for an oil change, as my last car was old and I used to do ALL the work on it, from suspension work to transmission work. I dont want to do this anymore because Im older now, so I was skeptical going to the dealer. Devin greeted me, told me what I was going to have done, and even told me about the special they were having. I paid less than what I expected I was going to pay. He said it would take about 2 hours (with the complimentary car wash) and he was exactly on point. The waiting area had donuts, water, and a Starbucks coffee machine with creamer and the essentials. All in all, this was a very positive experience based on the facility and the friendliness/professionalism of Devin. I left the facility extremely satisfied and was happy I brought my car here. Worst INFINITI dealership. I made an appointment for an oil change and the lady that answered my call never scheduled the appointment. I called ahead of time to confirm my appointment time and the guy I spoke told me not to worry about and to bring my car in at 1pm. I explained I had made an appointment to avoid having to wait a ridiculous amount of time. He seemed less than interested in my business or in trying to help me out. I then asked if they had a shuttle service so I could be dropped off so I wouldn’t be sitting there for 2+ hours and he asked another guy that said no. He first asked what my car was having done to it as if that was determining factor if I qualified for the shuttle. Seriously worst service I have ever received. I previously owned a Nissan and never experienced that with the dealership in Glendale. I will definitely be taking my business to the Van Nuys Infiniti dealership over the one in Glendale.Also, it took me calling 10 times for anyone to even answer my phone call. My only complaint is that when I got my car a year and a half ago, I discovered a chip in the paint the day after so I talked to the sales person and he gave me a touch up paint. I’m giving two stars instead of one because the sales person I initially communicated with (Sepan) was quite pleasant. I was in the market for a fully loaded Infiniti QX60, preferably Hermosa Blue, but would consider black. I made plans to visit 3 dealerships; Glendale being one of them. I made prior arrangements to come in for a test drive and since I needed to change the time, a salesperson by the name of Nikesh was supposed to assist me instead of Sepan. From the moment, my husband and I walked in the door, I could tell Nikesh was uninterested in doing business with us. He seemed rush and acted as if we were an imposition on his time. He provided the keys for us to take a test drive and when we returned, I wanted to discuss the price on the vehicle. He didn’t even offer us a seat and instead had the conversation in the lobby. Well that was awkward!! When I shared the price another dealer was willing to offer on a similar vehicle, he second guessed what I shared and then proceeded to tell me that the numbers I was given was for a lease. I assured Nikesh that it was not a lease, but a purchase. He then said oh, that must have been on TrueCar, and you need to be sure to read the fine print on those. First of all, don’t insult me by telling me to read something. Secondly, why are you ASSUMING I got a number from TrueCar? If he would have taken the time to LISTEN, he would have known it was not from TrueCar. Nikesh then went on to tell us that there were no deals other than 0%APR.Needless to say, because Nikesh made it so obvious and further confirmed, he was uninterested in our business, we left. I made calls to dealerships out of the area because I was looking for something specific and for the right price, I was ready to make the purchase. Another dealer called me back, we discussed by phone, the salesperson called me back with a reasonable price on a fully loaded AWD Hermosa Blue QX60 and we closed the deal. I will have to make a long drive to get the car, but I’m getting what I was looking for.

Took my car to them multiple times for a obvious suspension/alignment issue they choose not to repair because it’s a warranty issue.Had my vehicle inspected at another Competent shop that found multiple suspension parts are bad causing unsafe driving conditions and a very uncomfortable ride.Will be filling a complaint with the BBB.Good reviews are from sales. Yesterday I notice a nail on the sidewall of one of my tires, which isnt safely repairable. So, since I needed a new tire I call Infiniti to check on my warranty and I am told to bring it in and I am covered 50% of my cost. The next day i go in and apparently I am NOT covered. What a waste of time. Very unorganized place! Horrible customer service. They never answer phone calls and the receptionist that does has a horrible attitude. Then I went to trade the FX35 in for an FX50S – they were supposed to pay off my previous lease which took them FOUR MONTHS and me hounding them also messing up my credit.
