It was my first time here, but I had a great time. There is a small water park area and pool, which the kids seemed to love. There is plenty of space for parties and barbecues, and there’s even a lake. Be mindful that parking costs 10$ cash.

Great place to enjoy nature, some quiet time or fishing in the 2 lakes. I had great time walking my dog and letting him run wild for a few. Beautiful views, very clean restrooms, kids playground.

Very beautiful park! It is dog friendly and you can fish in some of the lakes. There are ducks and other wild life. Be on the lookout while walking your dogs because there are foxtails in some of the grassy areas. There are also some rundown buildings that are unsightly.

You can bring everything you would bring to a beach, dont bring the hibachi out but bring small pop ups and blankets because when you run back out of that water that water is cold! Let me tell you. Kids area has warm water. fun day to chill out and sunsoak.

I attended day two of Nocturnal Wonderland. At Glen Helen Regional Park in San Bernardino. The venue was large enough to comfortably house thousands of people. Everyone brought good vibes and expressed themselves by the way they dressed, danced, and sang to the live DJs performing their shows. They captivated the crowd with their music, laser light shows, large video screens, flamethrowers, and fireworks. There were three stages, each specializing in a particular genre of EDM. There were plenty of food stands, water dispensers, bars, and merchandise. Some sections had tables and benches under a canopy for eating and stage-watching in the distance. The porta-poties were plentiful and well stocked. The only downside to the bathrooms was that towards the end of the night, some sinks were out of water for hand washing. If you arrive early, you can easily enter the venue and find parking, but if youre late, plan on walking a lot. Most of the parking and walk to the venue is on dirt. Also, if you have any hope of leaving the venue by 1 AM, you will need to leave the festival grounds by 11 PM at the latest.

Went to see Post Malone. Thank goodness for the chair rentals! 15.00 is not a bad price. Got there 2 hours early, and boy, did it get crowded. But, the view was great, the music was awesome, and MOST people were friendly. Security was on point. lol Those rentals saved my life, though! Drinks are expensive, but you are allowed to bring in water and snacks. They did have plenty of food trucks as well. We parked in ADA parking, and it took almost 3 hours to get out onto the street. Thats the only reason it didnt get 5 stars.

During our trip to Los Angeles, we made a stop at the picturesque Glen Helen Park located at 2555 Glen Helen Parkway. While the parks entrance left us in awe, our experience at the RV campsite fell short of our expectations. Despite a secure lock at the entry point, the RV parking section was dry, dusty, and unkempt. Several campers seemed to have made the park their permanent residence, and we even encountered a dog running loose and a neighbor working on an automobile after dark, causing some disturbance. Although we had planned to stay for four nights, we decided to leave after the first night. However, we stayed an extra night due to the unavailability of our next stop. We did appreciate receiving a refund for two nights.

Great place for large events. Staff was polite and kept things flowing and orderly as you make your way through baggage check, security, and ticket check. The pavilion area had great seating, and the stage was easily viewable from all of the seats. The only drawback is the parking and the semi-steep grade you have to walk up in order to get to the main event site.

Great experience at the Stapleton concert. Despite the big crowd, drink/food and bathroom runs didnt take all that long. All staff I had contact with was friendly and attentive.Yes, traffic and lines to get in get Looking, but we planned accordingly and had no problems. We stayed through the end and getting out took a long time. Again, we knew this would be the case and we made the best of it.All in all, it was a wonderful experience.

Started going to Glen Helen park way back in the mid to late 1980’s to a huge multi car and truck show that was an awesome 3 day party celebrating New Year’s Eve. I’m pretty sure one of the sponsors back then was Truck-N magazine. It was party party party. Something that I’ll remember the rest of my life. It was called Resolutions; if anyone out there might remember those shows. Then in the late 90’s early 2000’s I seen Depeche Mode and Eminem and 50 Cent and ton of other bands. So many great memories there. But I’ll tell you one thing, if you ever go there in the middle of winter, pack warm. It gets cold as bells 🔔 there with rain, snow and sleet enjoy and have fun.Ps. I’ll go through my old photos and see if I can find pix of my adventures there 20 - 30 plus years ago when it was a lot of dirt grass but little else from what I remember. ✌️

Super cool event here at the campgrounds! Millions of people ! Cool costumes and outfits ! The crowd really showed up! I enjoyed the geographic of the fairgrounds. Really nice and kept up when it comes to maintenance. Thank you all for everything!!

My partner and I were taking a road trip from San Diego to Idaho with our two dogs, and we needed a place to let the dogs out. We stopped at this park as it was right off the freeway. I pulled up to the little window and the desk was empty, so after a few minutes of waiting, we decided to continue into the park. Right after we parked the car, we were greeted by a female park employee pulling up behind us in a large truck and screaming out her window: Can I help you? To which we replied: Um, no? She continued screaming at us that we needed to leave the park, because we hadnt paid the entry fee. She parked her truck behind our car and continued yelling at us until we got the dogs in the car and rolled the windows up. I have never met a more disgustingly rude park employee in my life. We would have been MORE than happy to go back and pay the fee, but because of her attitude, we left right away. It was truly a lovely park, but obviously that woman hates her job.

Do Not Stay at this campground!! When we arrived after hours on Sunday, our reserved site was taken by a run down travel trailer, truck and questionable characters. Not only was it parked in our reserved site, it was pulling electricity from the neighboring empty site. There was no camp host or after hours phone number to call to report the problem. Luckily there was one open site that we stayed in, but we had no idea if this site was reserved for a late arrival as well. The trash dumpsters were over flowing with garbage. The property grounds had abandoned household furniture, garbage and other discarded items strewn everywhere. Dogs were running about unleashed. The restrooms and showers were not clean or well maintained. It literally looked like a homeless camp. This is a blight on San Bernardino County Regional parks. Its shameful!!

Enjoyed the 3 hour fishing by the lake, although, was not able to catch any fish. Lots of shady areas and clean picnic tables. Grass is greener and less dusty compared to Yucaipa Regional Park. Just sad that there’s still people throwing trash in the lake. Some debris were present on the other lake

Only bad thing is it opens at 10 am and closes at 4 pm, So by the time you set up everything its time to go home and its hot in the 90*. The person who set this time up was thinking about their time not the people who got to get up at 6am and get their kids and food packed up . But its nice place but not worth going to . recommend go to the beach better and leave when you want with your kids.

We have been coming to Glen Helen since I was a child this is our go-to spot not far from our house...pretty relaxing nice big green area for my dogs to run around and play...Two Lakes for fishing...bbq areas with tables... gazebo area...also a water park with slides and playground for kids...trails to walk run or bike. Super clean staff is always friendly This is a great place to take pictures and have a great time with your family

I absolutely LOVE this park.... The staff are always friendly and welcoming... The fishing is always great... The grounds are clean and green... Theres BBQ pits and tables everywhere... Theres hiking trails... The trees are beautiful and lush and are full of different kinds of beautiful birds ... Come out here and visit... Bring your kids, theyll love it... Greene Country is so fortunate to have this beautiful nature preserve-there are hundreds of species of all flora and fauna. There is a well-located bird blind to observe our feathered friends if that’s your thing. There is a nature shop and a venue for events with the wonderfully designed Vernay building

Good place for concerts. Lots of room. Sound is ok. Lots of food options. They dont let you in with water but they provide free one once youre in. Also sunscreen is not allowed, but you can get it from the medical tent. Lots of parking.

Im Visiting from out of state. We fished at this location for about 5 hours. No bites not even brim. This place had an awesome park for kids to play. My nieces enjoyed it, lots of kids enjoying it. Clean area and facilities.

The Park staff was great. Very helpful. We had a Celebration of Life gathering for my husband near the big fishing lake. Grounds were clean and kept. Everything was absolutely beautiful. My family and I will be returning alot more. Highly recommended for picnics, fishing, and they have a water area for the whole family.

The park is great and would get 5* if it wasnt that we stayed at the camping grounds and that wasnt so great.The park is beautiful, clean, well kept and very large so its easy to find a quiet spot. The lake is pretty and clean; fishing is allowed but no swimming. There is a whole water park there too but we didnt go. Its too bad we cant write 2 separate reviews. Camp site users get free entry to the park, just need to get a pass from the parking booth at gate 1 of the park.The camp grounds is a different story than the park. They have some sites with hookups and others without. We took one with because they told us the no hookup dont have any shade. Well, the ones with hookup dont have much shade either. The ground is dirt, not very comfortable with a tent. The place is nestled between 2 major freeways, a highway and railroad tracks that have trains at night. First we thought it was helicopters flying by, it took us a while to figure out the noise comes from trains. The place is super noisy, earplugs may not be enough for light sleepers. There are lots of red ants, the picture of the foot is a bite from one of those fiery bugs. Other that the bathrooms were clean and the place kept up. Showers are $1.00 for 5 minutes. The thing we really didnt like is the dragon lady in charge of the grounds. The first night she came up to us saying hi, Im the grounds manager, who are you? The next morning she barked at us for letting our dog loose in a large area with no one around. We dont like unfriendly people when we are camping (or any other time for that matter).

Amazing disc golf course with breathtaking views. 18 holes with one par 5 and a few par 4. They do charge you to play here, it’s 8$ on weekdays and 10$ on the weekends. This was such a beautiful and well kept course that I had no problem paying to play here.

This is a great place for a concert. There is regular Seating and a large green lawn to sit on. The acoustics are good and 4 big screens give you a good view of the stage. I went there for the Art Laboe show live. Really efficient security.

Am a full time camper every time I try to book a stay there event are happening and they dont have a calendar to tell u that its closed for a couple days it puts me in a bad spot I cant find anywhere to stay at all I called the office recently and they told me they had no spots available only for the concert and the concert people are there main concern because thats where they make all their money

Great experience at Glen Helen! I was pleased with the accessibility of this location. There was an accessible way to get down this path to avoid the steps. Also when you got down to this area the paths were very wide and the bridges/path over the water was wide for anyone with mobility assistance equipment.

Local bathrooms by the Main public pool are recently remodeled, and in good order, just no hand soap. They do check all trash cans every hour. Bathrooms by the fishing area are closed, in very poor condition and badly needed. Lakes themsekves need to be cleaned & re-stocked with fish. Just caught small minnows. Water slides are being re-built and $13 per-person to use day pool. They sell wrist bands for the pool and have a daily limit of admission. Even parents who dont swin get in on that limit. And when they sell out, Sorry folks, pool is now Full (aka: closed).

A very peaceful park when there isnt an event. Came to relax with family on a Sunday. Paid $10 for parking. Playground is great for older kids. Id say this park would be great for picnics and parties as well. Theres a water park if youd like to take your children here. Just remember to bring a life vest for any of your little ones.

Worst park ever!!! Paid 10 dollar entrance fee, which would have been okay if the park was kept up. It seems at one point there was construction here in the past and the workers left nails nailed into the floor of the parking lot about every two parking spaces (see pics, I took two different ones for clarity). Also weeds and shrub growing in the parking lot. Got flat tires from it. The park is also pretty small for what you get. The waterpark seemed nice, but I didnt visit it. Maybe get COVID???

I love this place. Been coming here since mayhemFest was a thing, and now ozzKnot..The venue improves every year, they always add more porta potties and the restrooms are always being cleaned by the staff. Staff is always helpful, the venue is very large as well. The only thing I would complain is that they dont have enough water fountains but they allow you to bring your our water in anyways.

What can I say my kids love this place been to the water park 6 times this summer. Little pricy however they have increase there prices from 5 dollars to 9 per person. You can barbecue but you have to stay outside of the park not indoor. Yoh can bring a cooler with food. Just no glass container or beer.

It was a spacious and beautiful park. The sunset behind the mountains created a beautiful purplish glow. The weather here isn’t as bad as it says on any weather app. It was projected to be around 103°F but it felt more like 80°F.

Huge venue. Love that events here have free parking options, that there are plenty of bathrooms and vendors. The lawn seating is also a consumer friendly option; even if the views arent great, its fun enjoying the show from the lawn with tons of people.

I had a great time at the Art LaBoe Show 2019 the only problem I had was with how far the parking is from the actual seating, I had to walk in the dirt in my nice shoes by the time we made it to the venue not only was I tired my feet hurt and my shoes were dirty, (bummer) however the concert line up was epic and after a few drinks I forgot all about the walk up 😬 until the end of the night and I had to find my way back to the car🤦🏾‍♀️

The venue could be nice if they would invest in it. If youre going to see a smaller artist or act then g sure its not bad but Id avoid it at all cost if youre seeing anyone thats big.Parking is a pain, its also quite a walk. Then leaving the venue, depending on where you parked, can take 30min or literally hours.This place is in bad need of more exits for vehicles and repair of Walk ways for pedestrians which are pretty big hazards, it really isnt surprising they had a large number of police on site, just saying.

I went here for Knotfest, and visited the amphitheatre, overall it was clean and had nice seats, however getting out after the show was a mess, we were stuck for 30 minutes not moving, then they had everyone turn around and take the back exit to a old and poorly lit dirt road. Although this wont be a problem unless you were to come to a special event, I still thought I should mention it. Overall the park and amphitheatre was nice and clean, and I would recommend coming here.

A very large park, and it was nearly empty when we visited on a July (2021) day, though the recent pandemic may have been a factor. It did cost $10 to get in, but it was worth it for how much fun our kid had running around. It was a bit disappointing that the lookout tower was basically a condemned building, but there was so much more park to explore. We spent several hours before continuing on our drive, and even then our kid didnt want to leave.

Long wait to get in water park. 1hr or more. No slides. Older kids, I feel, should not be playing soccer within the water park as there is more room & less foot traffic just outside the pool area. Also, visitors wont get hit by the fast flying ball. Once inside the kiddos had fun.

The concert was great. I think the grounds is a good place to have concerts, as you have ample side areas for other activities, and the seating options are varied. We found our seats easily and enjoyed our time. Seating order was pretty well kept, even with a large crowd in attendance.Some issues I had with my experience might best be attributed to Live Nation and the San Bernardino Sherriffs. I had noticed a young fan throwing up and looked to be in bad shape. No Live Nation staff approached the fan to check on his well being, even though I could see an employee looking at him. They did come by to clean up his vomit much later, and then went in their way. Later on I approached a Live Nation employee and asked them to send a first aid person to check on him, as he still didnt look very good, and they just sent a guy with a broom and dust pan to clean up any new vomit. Eventually, the Live Nation employee I spoke with did approach his friends who vouched that he was ok, but not once did a medic or first aid person come to check on him.Then, once we left the concert, getting out of the parking lot was literally the worst parking experience Ive even had. We sat for an hour, not moving, and with no idea what was going on. Concert goers finally found their own way around the bottleneck, but with no direction from any sheriff. It was a free for all, and it was very frustrating. We finally got out of the parking lot after 80 minutes.Im not sure Id ever return to this venue again, even though the concert itself was a good time.

Today is Mar 8 2018! Yesterday my son and I went fishing there from 12 noon until closing! It was extremely bad for fishing, even though theyve claimed that Trout were stocked back on Feb 25 2018!!!Every Trout anglers with me had no action at all!Ive moved around to multiple spots! Ive cast far into the middle of the pond! Ive cast just 5-feet right in front of the water weeds in front of me! Ive used all colors of PowerBait nuggets, Trout Magnets, Trout Worms! I primarily play disc golf here nice beginner course with open lines. Open time is 7:30 they are usually late a couple of minutes opening the gate and there is usually a line with people waiting to get in to fish or have a small party. There are a good amount of events there would recommend checking ahead before going.

I went to a concert here in the beginning of October and it was great! Nice weather, nice access to multiple brick and mortar fully equipped multi-stall bathrooms that are also handicap accessible and accessible food vendors for snacks, soft drinks and alcohol. It was a relaxed vibe as far as security was concerned for the most part you could actually sit wherever you wanted, rather than strictly being forced to sit in your assigned ticket seat number which was really nice. Theyre were porta-pottys all around at the back of the venue behind all the rows of seats, and even further back behind the lawn/ grass area, as well as an actual building with a mens side and womens side for bathrooms with mirrors, sinks, soap, and numerous rows of stalls and also a handicap accessible stall at the end of one of the rows of stalls and it was huge and definitely handicap accessible. They allowed you to bring your cell phone which was great so you could record the concert or take pictures while there, unlike some other concert venues which dont allow you to bring your phone in anymore which sucks. They also allowed smoking, pretty much just wherever you wanted and everyone who smoked was courteous not to bother anyone who didnt smoke that was near them. There was also definitely some Marijuana being smoked nearby in different areas i could smell, and security didnt seem to care at all. Very laid back venue for concerts. And you could see every single star in the sky when it got dark! It was beautiful. Very outdoorsy and serious nature vibes. I had fun here and would go to a concert at this location again, and tickets were incredibly cheap! Went here years back when the pavillion that is here on the grounds hosted the heavy metal bands. Saw Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Anthrax plus a ton of other well known bands as well as some up and coming talent. Place was clean, safe and well laid out. This is the third San Bernardino Regional Park I have stayed in with our RV recently and this one doesn’t come close to Calico Ghost or Prado, or any other regional or state parks we have stayed in all across this country. It may have been nice at one time, but both the campground and the park across the street are pretty run down. The very small campground is surrounded by a chainlink fence that is locked day and night. The fence makes it safe, but we sort of felt like we were in a human pen. It just had no appeal at all, except maybe if you liked to fish?On a good note, the couple of staff that we interacted with were very nice.

The abondoned building and overgrown trail look bad but the rest of the park is beautiful and its the perfect getaway to spend time outdoors. I also wish they stayed open until sun set! Doesnt matter if you buy a expensive or cheap parking lot ticket, everyone parks in the same dirt lot filled with trash. Will never return! Saw Chris Stapleton on 06/11 and it was a great show. However, the lack of organization, security, cell service, etc from this venue is unacceptable! How are you gonna demand no printed or screenshot tickets when THOUSANDS of people were not able to pull up the app because of the lack of service? More importantly there was no direction from security once the concert ended. A huge crowd of people made their way down the hill towards the parking lots and we were literally packed like sardines at one point. Could of easily turned into a stampede and not one security guard or police officer was around. We did not feel safe at all at this location, get it together!

This is a nice, calm spot to bring your family to. The restrooms are actually decently clean, compared to Perris Lake in Moreno Valley. 😂 Theres really nice grass all the way up to the two fishing areas, plus shade trees and picnic tables. The only negative thing Id say is, they dont seem to actually stock the lakes like they claim to. Taking peoples money and giving no catch in return isnt exactly the nicest thing. Beautiful park with amazing mountain views and massive shady trees to sit down and have a picnic at. There are many charcoal barbeque stations, tables and trash cans around and for larger venues you are able to reserve a huge shelter. There is a nice walking path that takes you around the two fishing lakes. The lake could be kept cleaner, and its sad to see that the park isnt at its full potential with a few buildings seemingly out of order. Otherwise its a great park for birthday parties and theres even a water park open in the summer.

This was my first time at Glen Helen.. The Art Labou show was great, the crowd of people that was there was amazing, mostly adults 35-65 years of age and all so respectfully to one another.As for cash being excepted at the event, bring your debit card. They are not excepting cash period!Parking is a nightmare, lots are not marked when parking so take it from me, pick some type of land mark. I walked around for an hour or more in dirt parking lots looking for my car. Oh, and dont bother trying the panic button on your key phob, you will not hear it due to the freeway traffic near by or unless you are 100 feet away from your vehicle. I was not the only one trying this method! I literally didnt find my car until I was one of the few cars left in a lot. You could look at the bright side...I wasnt stuck in the traffic leaving the event. Lol. I definitely will pay attention better next time I visit this place. I give the event 5 stars. The cluster F!$#*k for organizing parking I rate as no star period.

I came here to see Primus and Tool last year and I had a wonderful (almost..psychedelic) experience. I was here with my dad and my really awesome brother since we like to go to at least one concert together each summer. The surrounding area is beautiful, especially in the evening light. Its an easy place to navigate and concessions werent too overpriced. I have to say, parking was a little inconvenient. We got lost on our way back to the car and it took us a little while to figure out where it was. Other than that, the audio was wonderful. We were sitting on the lawn behind the seating area and we heard it all very well. There was some moshing during Primus and crowd surfing during Tool, but the audience was fine overall. What an awesome place!

A one-way lane for the entire parking lot for 40,000+ people. After the concert was over, everyone was stuck in the parking lot for HOURS! It was very windy there. It was so windy that our travel trailer tipped over about 2 inches, but didnt flip over. I had to put my truck on the wind side of the trailer to deflect the wind so that the trailer wouldnt flip over. It was very cold there too, at night. It was so cold that the water outside froze. We left a day early because of the wind and coldness. I gave it a 4 star, because the service there was great. The campsite that I was staying at didnt have a fire pit, so the ranger had personally went out and gotten us a brand spanking new fire pit, and put it exactly where we want it be. I didnt fault the park because of the weather. Im sure that it would have be better if it was during the summertime.

Great place to stop for the water park they have. Seasonal. 2 waterslides, water play pad, and wading pool to cool off in. Come early so you get in. Closes when water park is full. Can bring easy ups, BBQ okay outside of park. Plenty of places by water park to setup your spot by the water park fence. Will see many doing this, park near fence, setup stuff, get wrist bands for those going in, different color if too small for waterslides. Can check height at gate, I believe its 42, not 100% sure. Park is $10 for parking, then have to pay for the water park. Recommend get here before 12:00pm.

Came her for the powerhouse concert. Plus side its a big venue that held a lot of people. Negative about this place is it took over 2 hours to get out of the parking lot. That ruined the whole thing for me. Maybe they need to think of a more productive system to get people out

Never going to Glen Helen or another LiveNation show again. Overcrowded, not enough food or water, an artist was cut short, leaving was a nightmare. It’s as if they just weren’t ready for the amount of people that showed up. Do NOT going if there’s a festival

It was super awesome. It has a nice lake and recreation area. My child graduated there and it was an amazing time and scenery. Everything was nice except the few bitting bugs, but there tolerable.

I found Glen Helen to be very quiet and very peaceful. I also found an abundance of wildlife in the form of smaller animals squirrels, rabbits, hawks, etc. I also found the people who came there to spend time in the form of fishing relaxation or just sightseeing were very friendly and informative about recommendations of things to do and places to see there. So if youre looking for a place to reset your inner self or a place to do some fishing or even if youre looking for a place to Simply relax, then Glen Helen can definitely help with that.

Good place to visit. First time there plenty of places to picnic with BBQ grills plenty of shade two lakes but no fishing was posted.They have a water park. Nice and clean bathrooms.

It was a horrible experience. Parking to far away from the venue. Unless you can afford the $ 100 parking. Im a disabled senior. I cant walk the hills, distance. I probably wont be coming back, neither are the seniors who came with me.

Very disappointing. I am visiting my sister from Washington and was looking forward to going to the water park with my sister and nieces. The water slide was down. They kept shutting it down for thunder that no one else heard. The spray park part was way smaller than the ones we have in my city and the ones where I live are free. I paid for parking and to get in to the park to play in a spray park and small pool. Very very dissatisfied with this place.
