So my wife is vegan. Most places that make cakes, of course, need at least a week in advance to make any custom cake, let alone a vegan one. Well, I was on a time crunch, and we had to leave to our trip to Joshua Tree. So I started calling around to see if anyone had vegan cakes on the go, and man, these guys saved me! Not only was it a nice little cake, but it was ready for me to take on the spot! My wife enjoyed it very much. It was very tasty and fresh. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and guided me well on my choice. Ill definitely continue coming here for their cakes.

Absolutely beautiful bakery with fairytale decor! I was welcomed by Alex upon my first visit, who was very friendly and explained in detail which items were customer and his own personal favorites. I bought the colorful fruit flan custard and peanut butter + raspberry jelly protein bar for my friend’s birthday dinner and a chocolate chip cookie for myself! The nut-free chocolate chip cookie was a delicious, moist, cake-like confection. The flan custard was excellent and met the approval of the Latinx family members at the dinner. The nut and raspberry jelly protein bar had a potent peanut butter flavor and went well with tea. I love that they are organic, gluten-free, and vegan! Its wonderful that they have a retail space that we can visit for a sweet treat! Im told these also are available Erewhon in LA, some coffee shops, and natural food stores in the local area. A wonderful local, independent business to support! I cant wait to go back and try more! 🌱

Giselles vegan kitchen is a must try! Their vegan keto brownie is ABSOLUTELY to die for and is my all time favorite dessert. The brownie is also perfect for those with nut allergies (nut-free)! Their delicious desserts are made with such wholesome ingredients that leave you feeling so satisfied and good on the inside! First off, the owner is super nice. He had to rush out for an emergency but came back to reopen the store even though it was 5 min before their usual closing time. Now for the goodies, soooo (expletive) good! How are these cakes vegan? How dont they have sugar??? How can something that tastes so fatty be so skinny? What kind of sorcery is this? Giselle is a witch! (But the nice kind, not the kind that melts in water.) I got a slice of coffee cake...omg. A slice of choco cake...drool. And a power bar...snickers you just got put on notice. Its worth a little more to pay for such good tasting and good for you food rather than paying for cheap garbage with refined sugar thatll just give you diabetes and make you chubby. This store should be in every strip mall. If it was, wed all be happier eating sweets that are actually healthy. And the more stores there are means more people will buy the treats. The more people buying these healthy treats means more happy people. More happy people means more peace on earth. So in conclusion, buying Giselles cakes will create peace on earth. The end.

I dont write many reviews, but couldnt resist and had to leave one here!OMG! if you craving a healthy, guilt free desert, you must come here! Oh, and did I mention that it is vegan and actually tastes better than non-vegan alternatives? I intentionally look for a reason to drive out to Giselles all the way from LA, that is how good the desserts here are!And Alex is amazing! Taking me through the options patiently, friendly and recommending the crowd favourites and hidden treasures! ;)Overall: You havent tried best desserts if you havent been here!

I love this bakery so much! They use high-quality ingredients, nothing is too sweet, and I never feel heavy afterwards. I have been buying Giselles sweets for years now! From their Vegan bars, to their cakes, to their holiday pies... You cant go wrong with any of their products. I love that they are gluten free and refined free, and you wouldnt even know! The flavor and quality is top notch. Giselles is a cute little vegan friendly bakery that I’ll highly recommend. The cake tasting was fun and very informative. Alex patiently worked with us to get the desired cake we wanted for our wedding. Being able to have a gluten free and dairy free cake option was important for our wedding cake and they hit the mark.

Ordered Giselles mixed box to give all the goodies a try and I was delighted! Such an array of flavors in each treat. I was completely won over by the protein bars! They were chewy and melt in your mouth good while packing some strong protein. The coffee cake had such a nice soft texture with a pop of sweetness in the icing. All of the desserts had a lovely blend of flavors and garnishes. If youre a chocolate lover like me, the keto brownie will also be gold for your craving! The peanut butter cookie is rich and yummy.

Such a quick and easy stop to grab a treat without all the added sugar and fillers! A cute storefront to grab and go as there’s no seating and everything comes packaged. Gluten free, vegan, refined sugar free, and clean ingredients. The peanut butter and jelly bar was INCREDIBLE. Truly one of the best sweet treats I’ve ever eaten. The gentleman helping me was so nice and informed me that I could also order online and they ship nationwide which I will definitely take advantage of as I’m not local to the area. Amazing experience with Giselles Vegan Kitchen deserts - my daughter while traveling to California for a few college tours stopped in at Erewhon Grocery Store - where the Movie Stars shop I suppose - anyway - she picks up a Vegan Giselles Vegan Kitchen Brownie and we both try it - WOW - just WOW - so lusciously and creamy delicious - and its VEGAN so my daughter was thrilled we finally found a brand that not only tastes good but is good for you with no bad ingredients - very impressed with their selections - we tried the Coffee Cake, PB & J bars, Cup Cakes and have even had them shipped from California to Connecticut - LOVE them and Eat these deserts without too much guilt. My experience with Giselle’s Vegan Kitchen was great thanks to their phenomenal customer service and flavorsome cake. We placed an order for the Brownie Cookie Dough Cake & we needed the cake delivered by June 22, 2021. We contacted them the day prior to the requested delivery date to reassure the cake would be delivered. Apparently, someone missed our notes for the order which requested for the cake to be delivered on the 22nd which was unfortunate but one has to adapt to unexpected situations life throws at us. We spoke with Bea and I’m glad I did because she went above and beyond to resolve this situation to the best of her ability. We informed Bea that it would be okay if the cake arrived June 23, 2021 which was the following day. Bea completed her due diligence by assuring the cake was shipped overnight and we would receive it the morning of. Sure enough, Bea went out of her way to inform us that the cake had been shipped and it should arrive in the morning. The cake arrived in one peace and in time, thanks to her. We will definitely be ordering once again just simply due to the fact that we had an issue and it was resolve appropriately. The cake was delicious & we felt satisfied after devouring it since the ingredients they use are superb. Giselle’s Vegan Kitchen is considerate of one’s health and nutrition, even food allergies. Their ingredients are Organic which make a drastic difference in taste and they stray away from refined sugars. Their desserts are all Vegan and Gluten Free. I would definitely recommend this vegan bakery for anyone who is health conscious!

I went to this bakery because I was looking for a healthier cake for a friend who is having a hard time controlling her diabetes. It was her bday today and we wanted to make her feel special and celebrated. She was able to enjoy a cake that was sooooo yummy for being so different from what we are used to eating. Highly recommend the desserts and cakes here if you want high quality cake ingredients. We got the carrot cake, brownie, and coconut cheesecake. Giselles Vegan Kitchen is definitely one of my favorite bakeries in the greater LA area. I have been supporting them ever since Erewhon started selling the treats but recently have begun venturing down to the brick and mortar location in Laguna. The drive down is testament to the fact that these desserts are worth it. I personally love the coconut blast cake and the tiramisu. The bakery location always has a lot of different options that you wont see at Erewhon which is why I highly recommend checking out the bakery-- you wont regret it:)

Was greeted by the co-owner and husband of Giselle who was super knowledgeable about everything they had. He let me try their peanut butter cookie and it was so good it melted in my mouth right away. So very awesome! We had the assorted donuts and brownies. Both were gluten-free and dairy free and you cannot tell the difference. The brownie it was so moist and decadent that I do not miss any dairy whatsoever in it. The donuts came out of the refrigerator, so we’re a little cold. Definitely let them warm up first before enjoying them. They have cakes by the slice or a full cake. If you desire, we will definitely be back for our birthdays.

I was really disappointed in the cake we purchased for $80.00. I went to the bakery excited to try their best seller the cookies and cream cake. The cake looked very nice from the outside. When cutting into the cake it crumbled. The flavoring was off and then we noticed at the bottom of the cake there was some growth. Never again will we come here.

Both the chocolate brownie keto cake AND the carrot cake (which are both wonderfully grain free) were moist & delicious. We loved both and the proof is always in the icing. Both the chocolate fudge and the vegan cream cheese were sweet & creamy and no aftertaste which can sometimes happen w low sugar/keto/paleo treats. I am about to order these cakes again for 2 different occasions - Father’s Day & my daughter’s birthday. I am also looking forward to trying the key lime pie. Oh the Tiramisu was good too! So grateful for Giselle and the fact that she decided to bless us with her bakery! I was introduced to these treats through trips to erewhon and grassroots in Los Angeles and immediately fell in love. I really wanted to check out the actual bakery location and make the trek to Laguna Hills (if a 1 hour drive doesnt emphasize how obsessed I am, I dont know what does). Everyone who works there, specifically Alex, is so incredibly kind and genuinely cares for their customers. I stocked up on a absurd amount of different treats, some that I had tried and some that I hadnt. Everything is insane but if I HAD to recommend a FEW things Id say the the coconut blast cake, the tiramisu, and the protein bar. You genuinely cant go wrong with anything though! They also make custom cakes which are perfect for birthdays and other events! Giselles makes delicious creations while simultaneously using simple, whole, high quality ingredients. I go to school on the complete opposite side of the country so returning home also means reuniting with Giselle!

I discovered Giselle’s Vegan Kitchen and I’m so glad that I did! We purchased a variety of desserts, Key Lime Tart, Mini Donuts, PB&J Bar, Brownie, and Protein Bar. Everything was beyond delicious, especially the brownie. The great thing about their desserts is that it’s all gluten free, free of refined sugar, soy free and 100% vegan, so you never have to worry about what’s in these desserts. Stay far away from this place!! I reached out to this bakery asking if they could get me desserts by a certain date. I stressed several times how important this date was. I was told “Sure” and it’d be no problem. I pay $800 for expedited shipping and the desserts and sure enough, they don’t arrive by the agreed upon date. YUM! I usually have one before my work outs. It’s packed with so much goodness & protein & it’s the most delicious protein bar I’ve ever known of. Another Giselle’s treat I’m having daily as well right now is her delicious chocolate cake. The chocolate frosting is amazing (& keto) & the cake is super yummy & moist. I believe she uses zucchini to give it the yummy texture. You’d never know though bc it just tastes like decadent chocolate heaven!I still have so much more I need to try but so far I’ve also ordered her delicious carrot cake, tiramisu & marble Bundt cake & I truly love them all.My husband, who doesn’t follow a gluten free or vegan diet, has loved everything he’s tried as well. His favorites are the coconut blast cheesecake & the chocolates/chocolate cups.Honestly, everything is delicious & there’s a wide variety to choose from.All my life I’ve had a major sweet tooth & I’ve also struggled with my eating habits throughout a large portion of my life. I am so glad that there is a vegan bakery in our area, my family surprise me with a birthday cake on my 29th birthday and I have to say it was the most delicious cake that Ive had. We usually get the store bought brand and since I am vegan/vegetarian it was really appreciated that they bought a cake for my type of preference. They were nice kind and generous and gave wonderful customer service will buy from them again for future birthdays.

I stopped by, on a whim. My taste buds are not used to vegan, so I asked a lot of questions about ingredients, etc.I was offered a complimentary brownie, to try out. It tasted good, but mostly it made me feel like I wasnt hurting my body. Usually I am pretty self-conscious about devouring goodies such as this.I hope that this type of a healthy food/deserts bakery succeeds. Many of us need all the help we can get.

Seriously SOOO amazing! I was so happy to find an all vegan bakery (been vegan for 6 years now and it’s always been so hard to find the deserts I used to love in a vegan version)! A huge plus is that the nutrition facts are so good and super macro friendly! Would recommend to anyone and everyone! Terrible cake! I been here before and had their variety of macaroons which were amazing, and led me to trust them with my birthday cake. It was awful!!!! They didn’t spend enough time decorating it properly it looked messy and the custom writing of “happy birthday danitza” was messy, misspelled, and letters were missing. Not only was the presentation terrible, the taste was so dark and dense... I brushed my teeth right away. This is so disappointing and I feel awful spending more than 100 on a mediocre cake that is fully going in the trash. Don’t come here for cakes their pictures are misleading. The pictures on the website are of styrofoam displays that are on the window display for the storefront, it is not what your cake will look like!! I am so upset 😭 i wish I didn’t waste my time and money on this place, I hope no one else has to be this drastically let down
