Giles Chiropractic has been a life saver! Chronic neck pain from a bicycle accident is gone after months. Chiropractic care isn’t an instant fix, but that’s why creating a plan of care with Dr. Kristin Giles was crucial and successful. Great staff, flexible for working folks and a nice comfortable environment.

I came here originally for a new patient exam for a pain in my neck as well as back pain after having my 15 month old last year, she gave me a small adjustment at no cost to alleviate the pain 😭 A nice kind person. The office is very nice very calming vibes the person at the front desk was very sweet will definitely be recommended to anyone!

I highly recommend Giles Chiropractic care, and feel you may miss this great opportunity to further your health if you dont check out this above 5 star practice.Dr. Kristen is an interested, kind, intelligent and caring person. She is involved, and giving to the Napa community in many ways. This says a lot to me, and I admire her ability to be an amazing working mom, business owner, wife and friend to many. The office staff is patient and helpful as well. I have a crazy schedule, or I should say a crazy schedule has me, and the front office has worked with me to book my appointments around this, with a smile and understanding. I sincerely appreciate this.Kristen gave me a complete exam, was able to diagnose issues immediately, confirm her findings in minutes with x-rays. She also answered any questions I had in a manner I could understand, keeping in mind my limited study in the field she is an expert in. She went right to solutions and how to help me get to feeling better, not only better, but healthy without being preachy.I notice when I lay on her table, she goes right to the problem areas by just looking at the way I am presenting. Her treatment is spot on and I have improved in measurable ways in pain level and posture.Here is where Kristen goes from great to exceptional.My husband suffers from a very complex movement disorder diagnosed as Cervical Dystonia. The diagnosis of Cervical Dystonia is vague to say the least, and made on the basis of described symptoms. This diagnosis has been made by reviewed top neurologists, that have NOTHING to offer other than to try to mask symptoms with medication and literally kill the muscles to stop the movement, or do a deep brain surgery to dig around in your head (Im serious) to TRY to resolve your issue. I give you this detailed background, if you are still reading this, to give foundation to my opinion.Kristen listens, she has a fresh approach considers all possibilities, including outside of her field. She is intelligent, curious and seems to love what she does. She is a healer.She is helping my husband and I put all the pieces of the puzzle of his condition together to help him.It is this kind of care that should be available everywhere, care that is multifaceted and takes the whole person in consideration for a positive quality of life.We have never felt so listened to and helped in the medical field, and I mean ever.We feel truly blessed to have Dr. Kristen in our life. She has given us life changing assistance in a society that has a broken healthcare system. We are so thankful to her for giving us her valuable time and resources to help us. This is priceless.

I have been seeing Dr. Kristen for the past two months and I am so thankful to have found her! I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and I started dealing with horrible sciatic nerve pain around 24 weeks. It was so bad that I could barely walk, stand, sit, drive or really do anything without being in excruciating pain. My OBGYN recommended I start physical therapy and said if I had a chiropractor that I trusted that would probably help to. I could see in the mirror how out of alignment my hips were and I knew that a chiropractor would help relieve my pain sooner than physical therapy would. I started searching the Napa area for prenatal chiropractors and Giles Chiropractic seemed like the best option. Thankfully they were able to get me in just a few days after I called! I went in for my consultation and first adjustment around 26 weeks and I had a great experience. Dr. Kristen recommended that I come back weekly until things started to improve significantly, and after just two visits we were able to push it out to bi-weekly visits because I was feeling so much better! After my first adjustment I was driving home and I felt baby do a huge flip, and I’m almost certain that she turned head down at that point and she’s been head down ever since. She had been sideways up until then, and her head was always on my right side which I know contributed to my hips being out of alignment and the sciatic pain that I was experiencing. I am so thankful for the relief that Dr. Kristen was able to provide me, and I plan to continue seeing her until baby is born as well as after to make sure that everything gets back to where it needs to be. I can’t recommend her highly enough, especially if you are expecting and dealing with any sort of back, hip, or sciatic pain! She was a life saver for me and I only wish that I had gone to see her sooner. My experience with Dr Kristen and Dr Paul has been very healing. I had chronic sciatic nerve pain, I drive long distances for work and it was becoming worse. I walked into Giles Family Chiropractic and immediately felt a very comfortable atmosphere. The doctors and their staff were very thorough with both their exam and information. I was able in a relatively shot period of time to feel relief and eventually pain free even though I was still driving long distances. Dr Kristin and Dr. Paul are very thorough and supportive of a healthy,healing lifestyle and the wonderful staff are very warm and supportive. Im a mother of 2 young kids, I have struggled with back pain all my life, but it wasnt until I started having EXTREME headaches that radiated from the back of my skull that I considered going to a chiropractor. Giles got me in with in a few days for my consultation and Im forever grateful. After they took my Xrays they offered me my 1st adjustment. They validated all my pains and explained why and where they came from. But the best part was at the end, she adjusted my neck and I felt the pain melt away. Ive been going weekly since and have NOT had a single headache since.My spine is curved to the side and my neck has no curve (it should). Im only a few months into my care and Im already feeling like a functioning human again.I live in Fairfield currently and make the drive 2-3 times a week just to be able to see these amazing people.Also, I wanted to note that I wasnt sure how I would make the payments at 1st but they worked with me to figure it out. I truly believe they want whats best for all of their clients!

3 years ago my back pain got to a point where I could not sleep and struggled to concentrate at work. I have never been a fan of cracking my knuckles or anything in my body for that matter and therefore was very apprehensive to visit a chiropractor.I was recommended to Giles and am forever grateful to Dr. Paul and Dr. Kristen for the help that they have provided. This review is LONG overdue.They told me upfront that the adjustments would not be a quick fix for the back pain, but if I stick to their plan... I will see improvement. 5 months into the plan... I still had pain and trouble sleeping and was discouraged, but I stayed the course. After the another couple months, the pain began to decrease rapidly and I was able to sleep and move around better than I could remember in a long time!It has been 3 years and I still get adjustments every other week. There have been a few times when I have missed a few visits and my back pain would rear its ugly head.Dr. Paul and Dr. Kristen are wonderful and I highly recommend them!

Wonderful and accommodating! Traveling from the east coast and hard an issue with my back after hiking. Giles Family Chiropractic fit me in for an adjustment even though their schedule was full. I originally started going to Giles Chiropractic because my baby was in a breach position but on top of that I was in so much pain due to pregnancy, I could hardly walk. They got me in right away and with in 30 minutes after leaving on the first day I was COMPLETELY back pain free and was walking without waddling!! Now only a few weeks later, my baby has turned head down and ready to go. Plus the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone takes a moment to to say hi. I highly recommend Dr Kristen and Dr Paul. They truly are amazing.

Giles Family Chiropractic is a wonderful place to receive care and gain knowledge on how adjustments can help with overall health. I went in with the assumption that I would be fixed in a just a few adjustments, obviously I was disshearted when I didn’t see the relief I was expecting. I’m now almost 4 months into receiving weekly adjustments and I can honestly say that my health has significantly improved. I have more stability in my back especially, but throughout all my joints. Both Dr. Paul and Dr. Kristen are amazing, and the girls in the front are the nicest people and are always ready to help you. I highly recommend Giles Family Chiro for anyone on the fence about whether or not this is the right path for you and anyone who thinks they’ve hit a wall and aren’t sure what to do next.

Been going to Chiropractors for years, this clinic gets an all around high rating, doctors are thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. One review said they didnt feel welcome. Its just the opposite, the staff and Drs treat all friendly, it couldnt be better. The adjustments are extremely effective, girls at front end are very helpful with great attitudes. Their followup is great, never pushy but always friendly reminders.

I first scheduled an appointment with Giles Family based upon the recommendation of my Ohio-based sisters chiropractor (who was also a stellar doctor). My first impression was how kind and friendly the office staff was, is. I liked Dr. Kristen right away, and I was pleasantly surprised when the next day, I received a personal follow-up call from her to see how I felt about my adjustment.I did not get x-rays immediately because I was pregnant, but continued seeing Dr. Kristen, and on occasion, Dr. Paul throughout my pregnancy. My daughter loved nothing more than to hang out on my left hip, and my appointments saved my prenatal life! I never had any of the back pains that so many other women experience during their pregnancies.Since the birth of my daughter, I have had those x-rays that I was due (at no additional cost), and have been put on a new regiment of care with my budget in mind. My little girl now goes for adjustments of her own, and at six months, she has never been sick (knock on wood), and is one of the happiest, most comfortable babies I have ever met.

A few years ago I was suffering from sciatica. It was so severe I was on crutches for over a month and spent many months living with pain. My lack of activity led to weight gain of over 50lbs. Words cant begin to describe how this practice has helped me.I had been having horrible neck and upper back pain, accompanied with dull migraine headaches which lasted all day long. I had literally tried EVERYTHING - seven different pillows, a neck brace purchased from Amazon which I was sleeping in, YouTube neck stretches - everything.My job is extremely physical and I push/pull 500 lb.food carts on a near daily basis. Im 410, 127 lbs. Though I work for the state and I have great insurance, I didnt have the time or patience to wait on Kaiser to clear me for chiropractic treatments as I just needed out of the pain and fast.What brought me into the office was the $39.00 consultation/exam/X-ray offer. I knew after this first initial visit that I was in good hands and with people that could help me.My first treatment was on a Thursday with Dr. Paul (Id never had a chiropractic treatment before), and he called me the following day to check-in on me and see how I was doing. He even left his personal cell # in case I has questions or needed anything over the weekend. My treatment plan lasted two months in duration, and Dr. Kristin even wrote me a light duty slip for my work. As an added bonus, my lower lumbar pain is also gone which wasnt even a part of the neck X-ray; I only mentioned it and they took care of it as well. The entire office is exceptional, and I cant recall ever having a better experience from a medical office - period.I purchased an over the door traction device from their office for $40.00 which Im using every morning. They got me out of pain and Im just beyond grateful!

Big thanks to Dr. Paul and Dr. Kristen. They have gotten me back to work! I have suffered from shoulder pain that stems from an old car accident and bad work posture. I have often pushed through the pain when it flaired up, but this year it was too much.I visited the Giles Family Chiropractic clinic in desperate need of some help. Their open air setting and drop tables were different from the chiropractic offices I have seen in the past. So glad i gave them a try. No longer waking up every morning in pain and have seen a greater range of motion than I knew I had.They are really flexible at working with your schedule and have a friendly staff. Can even take my 2 year old boy with me on visits. Would recommend them to anybody asking about chiropractic care.

I recently started going to Giles Chiropractic mostly because of sore wrists. A friend told me that it could be related to my spine. This was my first experience with Chiropractic care and I must say it has been a positive one. They are very friendly and professional. After one treatment I felt a difference and now I have had several and I am feeling an enormous relief. Who knew that your neck and spine could have an impact on your wrists! I went to Giles Family Chiropractic after driving for several hours in the car to Napa. I had become resigned to a life of chronic back pain. Paul told me to come in and get an assessment so I did. I immediately felt I was in good hands. I had an x-ray (which most chiropractors Ive been to dont do) and was walked through a series of assessments. I felt comfortable knowing they had a good understanding of what was going on with my spine before adjusting anything. They are true professionals. Their staff are knowledgeable and professional too. After my first visit, I had an action plan to address back pain that plagued me for years. Paul and Kristen are the best chiropractors Ive had the pleasure of being adjusted by. I call them the spine whisperers. They are gentle and yet the manipulations are really effective. I wish I lived in Napa so I could go all the time!

I saw Dr. Kristen throughout my second pregnancy. With the way I was carrying my baby, and the pain I felt with every step, I am thinking I would not have been able to walk by the end of my pregnancy. Or at a minimum, I know that I would have been in a lot of pain for 9 months! But because of Giles Chiropractic I was on my feet until the day I delivered. Highly recommend! I used to have headaches/ migraines every single day since I was 14; due to an atv accident, where I hit my head. I’ve never liked taking medicine and having to find something temporary just to be able to focus & function. Ever since I started seeing Dr. Paul & Dr. Kristen my headaches have gone away. I would’ve never thought that they would go away. My neck, back, and pelvis have never felt better! I had pain in my lower back for months and it seemed like it was getting worse as I started to feel numbness and tingly sensation on my right leg when sitting for longer periods of time. I had been going to a different chiropractor in Napa but wasn’t seeing improvements and the chiropractor told me what he thought was the issue. I then decided to go to Giles Chiropractor in Napa and they did x-rays and immediately explained to me in detail what the problem was and why I was in pain. After getting adjusted for about a month I began to see great improvements. I no longer feel numbness in my leg and the pain is minimal now. Dr Paul and the entire staff are awesome!! I highly recommend this place.

I cannot more highly recommend them!After just one week, my intense migraine and dizzy/faint spells started to subside. After one month, such symptoms plus jaw pain were almost non-existent! Now, after steady corrective care, I can honestly say that I am no longer hindered by such problems. I am free from daily pain and am able to be active again! I dont know why I waited so long....Ive been experiencing back pain for years. The pain often radiated into my arms and legs and also caused headaches. I have had a complex spinal history partially due to five orthopedic surgeries from injuries playing sports, and lifting heavy weights. My back was deemed inoperable after years of physical therapy and chiropractic care. I was told to limit my walking up or down inclines, and could not walk a mile without an onset of severe pain.Following a 14 day stay in the hospital for another issue, I went in to Giles Chiropractic and began regular weekly visits. Although all the imaging shows a twisted spine, with compressed and out of line vertebrae, I have returned to full functioning. After 15 years of pain and limited mobility, I am now hiking regularly over five miles in the hills, lifting, and doing all of the things I could not do.The care I am receiving has changed my life. At The time i had really bad wrist pain. I was in so much pain !!!! I literally was crying my heart out !!!! I worked 10 hrs a day as a cook and my wrist was bad period! After seeing Dr. Kristen for my new patient exam and knowing how my body needed to function and be able to cure it self I couldnt be more thankful !!!!! After all these years with Dr. Kristen I can honestly say she is the most dedicated and attentive chiropractor in town. Please. ! Please.! Please. ! I have spent the last 2 1/2 years with Severe Daily Migraine Disorder. I started at my family doctor who ordered an MRI which was clear. He sent me to a Neurologist who began with hospitalizing me for a week. That didnt work. Went to a new neurologist who was great, but relied mostly on meds that didnt work. I had Botox injected into my face and neck twice, which made it worse. I have been put on about 25 different medications for headaches alone. I had some relief with massage for a couple months, then it got worse. I have been living inside in the dark. I basically havent been able to do anything all this time. I was living a miserable existence. A month and a half ago I decided on my own to try Chiropractic. A friend recommended Giles Family Chiropractic. I woke up and had a horrible migraine and was nauseous and my neck was so stiff. I called that morning and got an appointment for the same day. I went there, sunglasses on and tears running down my face. I was seen right away and Dr. Paul took xrays and did a thorough exam. Dr. Paul and Brenna explained what his findings were, and he adjusted me on an emergency basis that day. I went home and rested and actually had some relief that night! Dr. Paul was so concerned he called that night to see how I was. We went over a treatment plan the next day. 6 weeks later I am having only 1-2 headaches a week and they are much less severe. I am off all headache medicine. I actually smile now. I truly have a new lease on life. It was great to hear that chiropractic can help with not just back pain. WHATEVER ails you, I HIGHLY recommend a visit to Giles Family Chiropractic.Both doctors and the rest of the staff are so caring and knowledgeable.They have dramatically changed my life for the better! I was in a fairly serious Car Accident. They were able to get me in the same day I called. The doctor was very thorough and he took x-rays of my neck which really put me at ease, but most importantly they got me some relief that first day. I love coming to see the doctors, they are FANTASTIC! I work in a very labor intensive job that causes my back a lot of pain, and also my wrists. There new and advanced techniques are not harsh on my back. I totally recommend to come see Dr. Paul and Dr. KristenDr. Kristen and Dr. Paul have changed my life.
