We have used him on several occasions and will continue to do so. Geoffrey is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He spends time needed in figuring our network and system. He has come to my home and have worked by remote on my computer. I ve had entire systems crash, internet connections gone, been infected with viruses and trojans and most recently had FTP issues from a Wordpress update. There is absolutely nothing more frustrating than having your entire life shut down over computer issues. For us, our business stops running as well, he always answer his e-mails. I absolutely could not function without him. Geoffrey is professional, fast, trustworthy, and affordable.

Everything was great, he showed up when he said he would, was friendly and went above and beyond to help me out with my old mac. he even said that we could use him remotely in the future if needed. very friendly. and computer has been running great ever since.
