Our group is a local Republican club in northern Minnesota that was looking to communicate via email to fellow Republican voters in our local county. Giant Partners was able to match the data base we already had with almost 9,000 emails. It was quick and very reasonable expense. Their service was very good.

ListGiants service is excellent. They are very helpful and respond to your needs very efficiently. Their website is also excellent. I had built lists on websites of other companies; ListGiant’s website is by far, much simpler, and easier to use than all others, it is a breeze to compile or edit a list on their website. It is the most pleasant experience from beginning to end, when I download the lists.

I have worked with List Giant for several years. Jesse is my main contact and I continue to recommend his services because he is very knowledgeable about data and has a deep understanding of many verticals and comes up with great ideas to help customers increase their sales. Jesse is also very attentive and gets back to customers the same day. I also feel he is honest and acts as a consultant to ones business. The customers keep coming back which tells me that the data he selects is working.

I have used several list data providers over the years. None of them have provided the high quality and low pricing as delivered by Giant Partners. Wally Moore has been my representative and he has always been extremely helpful in getting answers to my questions and providing the best products and pricing to meet my needs. If I ever got a bad batch of data, they would replace it. I know no company is perfect, and what I really appreciate is when there is a mistake or a problem, they are quick to fix it. I have been working with Giant Partners for the better part of 5 years. My rep has always been Candice Curtis and she has always provided me with A+ customer service. We do mail marketing campaigns for some very large and important corporations who have strict deadlines that I am responsible for hitting. Candice and her partner Dalton Francis have been extremely professional in all of our dealings and with their positive attitude and friendly disposition they treat me more like a friend than a paying business associate. I was extremely excited to work with them and bought a list for one of my other companies without an issue. I then purchased a second list and received the wrong list (which I had ordered via email and could not have been more clear) for my second purchase, was told I needed to wait for them to resolve it, had to send Zach (the sales rep) the list because he didnt have access and then we came to a solution for a new list but this required us to go through the (wrong) previously sent list over the phone. Mind you, this was for a simple $900 purchase. Super bummed this experience was that poor, wouldnt recommend but may have simply been a sales person issue. One might think for 5000 contacts this would be quick and an easy process to get a working relationship going with a company, my experience was not the case..

Ive given this company 2 separate opportunities to provide online marketing services that they seemed very confident they could deliver. Both times they were unable to deliver. In fact, after spending $8,000 over 4 months they were UNABLE to produce even ONE legitimate lead. Betond disappointing. Goodbye $8,000!!!!! Beware!
