I was referred to Gia by a friend and immediately felt connected to her warmth, confidence, and knowledge. We were buying during a very intense period with low supply and high demand. We also had the added complexity of selling our condo while trying to find and buy a house all while parenting our two young children. I have known Gia for many years, and she has performed multiple real estate transactions for me. While any competent realtor can help a buyer buy or sell a home, Gia has excelled for me in situations where things got tough. About 5 years ago she helped us get top dollar for our house when the market was soft, and even helped steady the transaction when the buyers threatened to back out or sue us. Gia had expertly staged and filmed the home to make it stand out, and helped us through the difficult closing situation at the end.More recently, Gia helped me buy a condo in Signal Hill when every other place we tried was getting snapped up by cash buyers with multiple bids. Wow! What an incredible experience buying our first home has been! We were directed to Kathy and Gia by our mortgage specialist and we’re so glad we were! At a time when the market has been so volatile, we felt totally comfortable in Kathy’s capable hands. After a great initial consultation in which she not only got to know us as buyers, but as people, the hunt was on! We had some dealbreakers that really narrowed the hunt down for us, and Kathy found us some great places. After putting in only two offers on the same day, the home that felt right countered and we were in! Our time frame from meeting Kathy to opening escrow was less than 3 weeks! Escrow flowed like a gentle river. Throughout the entire process, we were in awe at Kathy’s incredible communication skills and how she really guided us and felt like a close family friend after only a few meetings. I had a few other realtors in mind but since I knew I wanted to stay in Long Beach, so I reached out to INTI because their main focus is the Long Beach, CA realty market. Gia Silva also happens to be a long time Long Beach resident so she shares a special unique connection to the city. In September, my frustrations came to a head as a long time renter. I decided to take the leap and search for my first home. I had Gia Silva in mind because because I was really impressed by her marketing and social media presence. Her personality was the X-Factor I felt I needed in this market and thats why I decided to choose INTI. She made time in her busy schedule to meet me that same day. I let her know what I wanted in a new home and what I didnt, where I wanted to live, my budget, etc. We had very productive, proactive discussions on how to best get what I want in this current market. We also had a humbling discussion about the reality of the market. That was also important to me. I didnt like what I heard but it was better to hear it at the beginning. I left that meeting and her and her team went to work. Over the next two weeks, we saw several places, we placed a few offers, she made some calls, she worked her magic and after a few more weeks, my offer got accepted on my first condo. We wake up each morning and our new reality still feels so unreal. For the last few years, our family has been searching for a home in a very specific (think block size) location in Long Beach.
