Christian at GFL Capital did an outstanding job dealing with all of the nuances of our mortgage. He was super helpful upfront making sure we had everything submitted correctly and helped us with some directional changes with Title late in the game. He worked tirelessly with the builder to make sure we had a complete appraisal and certificate of occupancy required for closing. We had lots of hoops to jump through (and over) and he cleared them ALL. As a result, we had a successful closing and smooth funding process that met the deadlines of a 1031 property exchange.
