Had a wonderful experience working with Jay Y. on the purchase of my new EV6. He was a breath of fresh air, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I didn’t feel any pressure from Jay, he was kind and respectful of my time and very engaging. I felt very comfortable, and didn’t feel pressured to buy. I would definitely buy a car from him again. If you want to enjoy your vehicle purchasing experience, you have to schedule your appointment with Jay Yost, he is by far the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. Make sure you make an appointment with him!!!

Best Kia dealership hands down! My girlfriend and I went there looking for a telluride as there was none in our town that were decent in price. When we got there the price was a little high for our budget, but the Kia salesmen and manger worked with us and made the price and experience amazing. Our family definitely appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of the Geweke Kia team. Highly recommend.

Please come visit this dealership ask for Rico! He is awesome, he has sold me a few vehicles over the last several years. Rico is always friendly, professional, and will go above and beyond his call of duty to get you that special vehicle. This review is for the service department. They have great customer service and plenty of amenities while youre waiting. Theyve got free Wifi, drinks and snacks, a free phone charger and a free shuttle to take you around town. Other dealers should take notes.

This was one of my best car shopping experiences ever and we have bought a ton of cars. Jay Yost was amazing and had patience with me as I tried to decide what I wanted to drive. On top of all of that it was so hot, maybe the best and worst time to buy a car because you get to test out the air while you shop. I ended up with a Kia Sorento and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend Geweke and Jay Yost

On June 23, 2023 my husband and I bought a new SUV from Geweke Kia in Yuba City, Ca. Every single person we interacted with during the purchasing process was professional and supportive. There was absolutely no high pressure sales attempts from our sales person, Miguel. Rather, he focused on answering our questions and educating us on the features of the auto.After a test drive, we went to the sales department where Desiree, our financial manager, walked us thru the paperwork required to complete our purchase. After receiving a letter from Kia stating I had a recall, I called the service department to schedule service. They confirmed the recall was needed for my auto and I was given an appointment. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership only to be told Oops... You dont have a recall. This is the second time they have made a 100% preventable mistake that cost me time off work, gas, and mileage/time. Ill be taking my business to a competing Kia dealer that values their customers time and money.

Editing my review for clarity. Buying a car from here went fine, expensive markup but thats not where I had my issue. About a month later the car is dead and I have to jump it to get from place to place (so much for certified pre-owned). I take it in to tell them the battery is dead and I need a new one, they charge me $180 to check themselves to let me know what I already knew. Then MAKE me get a rental car for a battery to be put on order, since it would be easier on the mechanics if the car stayed overnight. I was then told my car needed to stay for a few days since the mechanics had other priorities. $230 now for the rental. Once the battery arrives Im then told its not covered under my cars premium warranty $250. By the end of it I essentially spent $660 for a battery swap that I installed myself as they wanted to charge an additional $185 for installation.The corporate copy paste reply I got to this review shows they dont care. THEY would have emailed me for reimbursement if they wanted to make things right. Please do not get swindled. Go to a local mechanic shop. When they tell you whats wrong do some googling to see if that at least lines up with your issues and look up how much it usually costs to see if they are charging you fairly.

Security Upgrade completed but we dont have any idea how it is supposed to work without a working sound system or audio hookup. Looks like stickers were installed but as far as we know, that is the extent of it. Still waiting for a part in order to complete Fuel Rail Recall. Its been 10 days. Disappointed. Had to replace engine when it was 5 yo. Had it less than a year. Wondering if that was due to fuel rail issue.Update: received call from service manager and all explained! Thanks for the personal service and ride home and back. Great work!
