Never using this service EVER AGAIN... they took my money.First off, I speed and often get tickets in LA, Ventura and Santa Barbara County. At a certain point I realized that I cant keep paying for my tickets due to fine increases and points on my record. This turned me to GetDismissed….. all they did was have me answer a questionnaire based on the interaction and auto generated a trial by written declaration based off my answers. After I submitted my trial by written declaration, I was convicted by the court on two counts. At this point I had no hard feelings as GetDismissed made it obvious that there is no guarantee in beating every case. This isnt the main issue tho, the problem is that this company tried to charge my credit card multiple times months later without any authorization or notification... not cool. Since then Ive found it a lot easier using a local attorney to handle all my traffic violations.P.S. - GetDismissed dont bother commenting on my review, there is nothing you can say/do that will change the experience Ive had with your pathetic company.

Getdismissed just relieved all of my stress. I was so worries, anxious, and scared. But then I came across their YouTube Channel they were super knowledgeable. I started to ready the comment and I was sold. They have helped out so many other people in my exact situation. So I knew that they were going to be able to help me out as well. Their customer service and response time is very good. Would highly recommend to anyone who has a ticket!

Affordable and easy. Only thing that I Don’t like having to drop off items at the traffic court and send screenshot on their website. When other companies just want you to send pic to their number and pay and explain want happen. But they are the #1 traffic attorney for no reason

I have had successfully fought off one failure to stop at the red light before making a right turn camera ticket which I received in the mail. if I had not fought it off I would be breaking my personal 12 years streak/record of no traffic violations.highly recommended...lets if they can help me with these two speeding [85MPH] tickets WHICH happened to receive on the same trip to lLake Tahoe in California 1 speeding ticket on the way Lake Tahoe from Sacramento & another 1 on the way back from Lake Tahoe to Sacramento

Got a red light ticket back in November 2023. This was my first ticket ever. I was skeptical at first to fight it and was ready to just eat the money and pay it but I came upon GetDismissed when googling next steps and what I should do. I spoke to a very confident rep on the phone and they told me to hire them. I said okay this is a lot cheaper than the 530 that I was going to have to pay for the actual ticket and I figured I had a 50/50 chance. Got my defense packet, followed the directions and mailed my paper work at the date requested. It is now April and I just got a letter in the mail saying my case was dismissed! Im so thrilled I am recommending this company to everyone in the future. Im so grateful for this help. This would have been a huge expense for me so thank you GetDismissed!

This is my second time using their services. They are super helpful and can help prepare a defense for any kind of traffic violation. The process is very smooth from beginning to end, and they send you step by step instructions on what to do next. I already got one ticket dismissed and have the defense for another one, which I am hopeful will be dismissed as well. I would highly recommend using their services.

Had a terrible experience with them, they concealed details to entice me to sign up for their services, and I later learned that they merely completed declaration forms and nothing more, and that their services were ineffective if you already had a court date.their goal was only get my money. no matter if I can use their services or not, and when I called showed them papers from the court saying no declarations documents accepted, they refused to give me my money .

Im writing this before I know if the ticket was dismissed to remain unbiased and to purely review the product and not the result. They did a great job writing my defense and provided very good arguments. They referenced case law multiple times and poked holes in the officers reason for stopping me. They did a great job and I personally would recommend this service to others. Now just hoping for a favorable result in my case.

I was very skeptical and uncomfortable at the start. I even called them back almost immediately, asking for a refund and cancellation. If it wasnt for one of their agents honesty and explanation of the process, I would have, and I am glad I didnt. The staff were very friendly and professional, even when I wasnt. Whenever I needed a change in the defense letter, it was done within minutes. In the end, the ticket was dismissed, although the process took a few months. But that is how the court system works; you just have to trust and patiently wait.

Very happy and relieved. Followed the directions after uploading my ticket on the app. Few days after sending the documents ONE WEEK prior to the ticket due date (this is important!), I received a letter stating that my ticket was dismissed and refund of the post bail amount will be sent. God Bless You, the entire team of getdismissed. You freed me from this stress.
