They went out of the way to help me figure out how to align my dune buggy. Not an easy car to align but due to their knowledge they were able to get it done for me. Everyone there was extremely nice and extremely knowledgeable. Three other places in town just turned me away and said they couldnt do it.

My youngest son lives in California currently to play volleyball. He was having issues with the vehicle he is driving. A friend suggested George’s and I could not have been happier. I explained the situation. And they told me the would make sure the issue was taken care of and that the would go through the vehicle to make sure he was safe. They even got him in the next morning and were done by noon. Amazing company would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for great service at a great price.

My truck lost control of the driver seat adjustments. Once the shop was able to do some investigations. They found a loose connector. A very reasonable cost was provided for this repair!

I called first because I had questions about a report I got from another service center. Tilly took almost half an hour to really explain what was going on to me and help me make an informed decision. They then inspected my new car for absolutely free. They are kind, welcoming, and very helpful top to bottom. Thay 100% won me over and I will be taking my car to them and them alone going forward.

I went in about a year ago after I bought a used car, I needed an oil change and they noticed a leak and a wheel bearing issue and got me taken care of right away. They handled everything with my insurance company. It was such a relief. Great team they got there! Could not be happier

Took the boys 1991 Miata to Georges for AC repair. Not only were they super helpful over the phone, but they were super awesome at diagnosing this old car. It has developed a leak since being fixed but we are taking it back in on Tuesday and they are going to track down the problem. The staff is awesome and my son has learned what a good mechanic shop should be like! Thanks!

Best place for getting repairs done, whenever there are repairs I can’t do myself this is my garage of choice. I live in Los Angeles and prefer to get work done here when I’m in town.Everyone is honest and they don’t nickel and dime you, had work done recently that ended up being quicker than planned, and they lowered the cost when I paid. One of the very few automotive locations I actually trust.

They were very helpful and friendly. Took my vehicle in at mid day and had s diagnosis before the end if the day. They found the problem was covered by a special bulletin from the manufacture and the cost would be covered by the manufactures extended warranty on this issue.Will be taking my vehicle back to them.

Over the weekend I attempted to repair my own brakes. Big mistake! I spoke with several friends who recommended Georges. First thing Monday I called Georges and spoke to Tilly. She was very understanding, pleasant, and easy to work with. I brought the car in and it was done a few hours later. The charges were very fair and the car runs great! My amateur mechanic days are over and Georges has my business from now on. Thanks!

Georges repaired the master cylinder on my 92 Lincoln Towncar, found the parts and didnt even use all the parts they ordered because they found it unnecessary to perform further repairs, once they got into it. The best part? They put a hood ornament on, that Id ordered ages ago, for free! Great service! Very knowledgeable! Ill be taking all my vehicles to Georges after this!

My cars brakes weren’t working as good as they should and thought it might be time for new brake pads, brought it into George’s and later that day got a call letting me know the brake pads themselves were still good and that it ended up being that a shop I had brought it to while I was in the Bay Area hadn’t bled the brakes correctly when I had the master cylinder replaced and that led to air getting into the brake lines, they fixed the issue and my brakes are working like new again, saved me $$$ and peace of mind, highly recommend will be bringing in my cars here from now on 😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My car broke down 20 miles out of town. The staff at Georges was amazing!!! They connected me with an awesome tow service when my road side assistance company left me hanging and the shop quickly repaired my car. I would highly recommend Georges Auto Service to anyone needing quick and reasonable automobile repairs. I had to have my car towed to them, they accepted it without me being there, diagnosed my problem, gave me an estimate over the phone, and I had it back in two days. I have found the staff at George’s to be welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. They have impressed me time after time with their expertise on the subject of anything car related and just as important their dedication to getting me fixed up and back on the road. They make recommendations as far as what repairs I may be looking at in the near future but they never tell me I need something I don’t. After a certain amount of evaluation it was determined not to be worth the cost of repair. Additionally, they kept in great touch with me and when I brought the new inexpensive car that we bought for my daughter, they looked at what the problem was with it.I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anybody to use George’s… It wasn’t our first time and our other experience was just as good!

My car wouldn’t start and then let out a terrible cloud of smoke. I’d never seen anything like it. A local dealer wouldn’t see me until mid-afternoon 2 days later while my own local dealer/service was 2 weeks later! Jessa not only fit me in, she was honest and informative. I took my vehicle to George’s to have them diagnose and repair an issue with the motor on my vehicle. The diagnosis was extremely challenging, but they stayed at it until they had an answer. Live out of town and was just visiting my daughter. I had a problem with the splash guard coming loose and dragging. Without an appt I was able to drop my car off at George’s in Lincoln, CA to be looked at. They were able to fix by replacing two screws that worked loose and did the repair for no charge. Tilly was very helpful when I was in a very stressful situation with my car. She really went the extra mile for me. When they were figuring out the problem she called my dealership and found out it was a lifetime warranty problem and even gave me the name of the man she talked too and when he didn’t call me back she told me to call her and she would take care of it. She took more weight off my shoulders than she knows!!

This is one honest shop. I had my front brakes and rotors replaced about a year ago. Today, I brought my Tahoe in for an oil change and told them to check the rear brakes because because I hear them squeaking when driving. Tilly called to inform me that my rear brakes and rotors are indeed due for replacement but she also informed me that my front brakes were worn abnormally. Without me asking, she said they are warranting the front brakes. I couldn’t be happier with their service.

George’s has re-opened mid-November 2021. Great service. Jess was awesome at finding the problem, confirming it wasn’t anything bigger and then being very thorough in checking everything else top to bottom sand finding a major issue(tires) that I was unaware of. I appreciate the honesty and fixing the little problem instead of selling me on something major.Used them again this weekend, April 2022, and similar service to last time. Figured out the problem. But this time the called the local Honda dealership for me, waited on hold for hours and was able to get it all covered by Honda! This would have been a big bill and I am grateful they did this for me. They are doing what is best for me even if all I had to do was pay for the diagnostic test. Good people.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Georges yesterday. After calling a dealership and getting a quote for replacing my mirror, it seemed extremely high. I was able to get a quote from Jess at Georges what was significantly lower, she ordered the part for me right away and was able to squeeze me in for an appointment that would work with my schedule. The name doesnt lie - everyone at Georges is super friendly. They got me in and out in less than an hour and back on the road with my new mirror. My drivers side power window only worked sporadically; I took the car to Georges auto service to repair or replace the windows motor. They did a great job for me. The window works all the time now. We have a 2016 Toyota Prius C that would not start. Before I called, I did a little research and learned that it was likely the auxiliary battery. Beware!!! Although they claim to be a BMW Service Center they should not be trusted in attempting to service any late model highly sophisticated BMW or any other late model high end brand. I needed a mere battery replacement for my late model BMW. Prior to installing the new battery I stressed to Paul the Service Manager the extreme importance and how imperative it would be for them to registering the new battery to the cars computer after the installation. Long story short---the registration was not done and I had to take it to a different BMW specialist to have the battery registered correctly with no further issues because I no longer trusted Georges to do the work properly. Later when I complained to Paul and George about the battery they both became extremely argumentative and exhibited absolutely no regard for me the customer. They both immediately went into to defend their negative action mode at my expense. I was totally taken by surprise by their negative and nasty attitude toward me the customer for making the complaint. Even after showing George and Paul the receipt/computer print-out from the other Service Center they refused to offer me any compensation for the additional cost of the correct registration although I didnt ask for any. This is a second rate repair shop that specializes in smaller repairs on inexpensive less sophisticated vehicles. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at Georges and will not ever be returning there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Goerges!!!

I cant tell you how many times I got my car repaired and OMG the price is always more than I figured. Not at Georges Friendly Auto Service, he doesnt take advantage. All women in the area should get their car serviced here. Compare how you are treated and how nice they are to you. They even have a lady behind the front desk. I like that a lot. This is not the worst garage Ive ever dealt with but they rank in the top 10. Had an unresponsive ignition. Took it in and they said I just had a loose wire. Drove car away. Next day car does not start again. So I had it towed...again. They say this time there is a bad relay to computer. So they dont guarantee their work and charge me $40 more dollars. And Kenny the head mechanic...pretty damm rude if you ask me. So guess what? A few weeks later, same problem again.I should have taken my car somewhere with older more experienced mechanics.

First off. Wifes ford Focus had a smoking issue, turned out to be too much oil. Picked it up and the alternator failed and towed back. Had another failure. the guys were friendly, explained everything that needed to be done.Now our truck is having a problem and will be using Georges again. :)Better than the dealer.

!Wait!!!!!You be the judge. I took my car in at 7am and I told George that I believed the trouble may be the MAF. He said my car didnt have a MAF😤. I agreed to $125.00 diagnostic. I called them at 12:30p and was told they needed another 1 1/2 hour to diagnose it. I got a call back and was told, yes my MAF is bad and need to be replaced . I told them not to fix it and when I went to pick up my car Mike says the diagnostic charge is😲 $312.00. After 1/2 hr of arguing and I told them I was going to call the police George told Mike to charge me the $125.00 that I agreed to. !This is my first review ever. I had to expose this bad business 👎
