I cant say enough about how lucky I was to get to work with Gina Michelle and her team. To say that they go above and beyond is really an understatement. They had my back every step of the way and were steadfast, dependable, responsive, and incredibly well-informed throughout every aspect of a long and challenging close. Gina is also incredibly attuned to the emotional dimensions of the home-buying process and could easily moonlight as a therapist if she wanted to. Not to mention that her whole team will also make you laugh, which is also a bonus. :)

Want not to worry about a real estate transaction? Call Gina. Its that simple. Years ago she helped us purchase a condo as first-time home buyers. Recently when I needed to find a tenant, something I had done before, and found I was having problems, I asked Gina to use her resources and provide advice to get the condo rented. It was because of and only because of her that I was able to get it rented when I did. Her patience and integrity are beyond reproach. It took much more time and work than either of us anticipated, but she never complained or even thought of bailing out on me. 100% to return for my next transaction.

Gina and her team are AMAZING!!! I was a first-time home buyer, very anxious about the process. Gina and Melissa were present and helpful the entire time, and made every step simple and smooth. We had the great pleasure of working with Gina to sell our home earlier this year. Having purchased our new home prior to selling, we were feeling the pressure to sell quickly while still getting as much equity out of our home as possible.Gina not only delivered, she completely knocked it out of the park for us. Within weeks, we were listed, showings were complete and we were in escrow WELL over our asking price (possibly setting a new $/sqft record in our neighborhood in the process!).Before we even committed to using her as our selling agent, Gina made herself available to us to answer questions & provide advice about our current house, as well as the new home we had just purchased.She is a true expert at what she does and knows when to pull you in to make important decisions and when to shield you from the stress of the entire selling process. I always felt confident that she was going to get us to the finish line and that she was acting with our best interest in mind.Gina and her entire team are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable & (the icing on the cake) fun to work with. When working with an agent, it is very important to find someone who is knowledgeable, kind, patient, easy to work with, and has great communication skills….all of which Gina and her team have! My fiancé and I recently purchased a home and Gina walked us through it all, each step of the way. Neither one of us had any real estate background, so purchasing a home was foreign to us. Thank heavens we had Gina because she made the purchase 1000 times easier. No matter what time we called or emailed her, Gina would get back to us promptly. Where do we start?! As first time home buyers we were nervous and clueless about the whole process. Gina and her staff helped on our long journey of house searching by making sure that I was always calm through the process and instilled the trust you would want from your agent. She let me know when I should walk away from a bidding war and where I should be offering to be considered for a home. I would highly recommend Gina Michelle for any of your real estate needs! I have had her represent both sides buying and selling and she always holds herself in the upmost professional way. She is very knowledgeable and knows the importance in all the details of buying and selling your home and she lets nothing fall through the cracks. Every detail is gone through with a fine tooth comb especially in contracts.
