Natalie has been fantastic helping us find our last 2 properties in the San Fernando Valley area. What stood out most was her immediate response and communication. She always acts fast, responds promptly and she can hustle to find your dream home. Living local to the area, she has strong knowledge of the Valley, specifically where we were looking to buy in Burbank and in Woodland Hills / West Hills. Natalie was also very available for us when we wanted to visit homes; she worked around our schedule and made all the arrangements.Natalie also helped us sell our home, which she did in record speed (over asking offer before hitting the market) and over 10 offers, all over asking price, over a 1 weekend open house. After the tour we knew the home was perfect but I thought it would be too much work to sell our current home and successfully close on the new one in any reasonable time frame. As first-time home buyers in LA, we felt a little overwhelmed on where to start with our house search so felt extremely lucky when we were connected with George. He was unbelievably patient as we looked at many houses in multiple areas over the course of 5 months before we found our dream home in Studio City. I was introduced to George & Rita by a family friend while I was already looking for homes with another realtor. I was unhappy with the services provided by the other agent and decided to give George a call. Completely blown away after our first conversation, I decided to hire him immediately. He had a very different approach than my first hire and his passion for real estate impressed me very much. I can honestly say I learned more from one conversation with him than in my previous 6 weeks searching for homes. To my surprise I was in escrow in 10 days from our first showing appointment and closed escrow in 24 additional days. After reading tons of reviews and essentially being completely out of my element and slightly intimidated I cold emailed Georges real estate group hoping to find a realtor that could help me break through in this insanely competitive market as a first time home buyer when I didnt even live in LA. After a bit of a back and forth to figure out our needs we started working with one of the realtors on the team, Grigor Aleksanian.Every single question or concern I had was immediately answered and addressed. We looked online for months at what the market had available but as luck would have it the home of our dreams was listed the week we flew in to look at places. We went to the open house on our own and after we decided that this is indeed the house we wanted Grigor put together a very aggressive initial bid and we won it with 16 other offers on the table.During contingency working with Grigor was a very smooth experience. All the inspections we needed were set up for us and done quickly and efficiently. When we requested extra inspections to the foundation and a problem was found we were able to come together with the seller and hammer out an agreement that was good for everyone. Throughout the process Grigor was extremely knowledgeable and fast to get things going. Aggressive when necessary but also very easy going and chill when we just needed to chat about our circumstances and needs.I honestly wouldnt even bother looking for anyone else.
