I must say that everyone I encountered was very nice. There was no pressure to purchase a car. Jerry was an internet salesman so he was able to find what interest me before I got there. My dog and I walked around and looked at a few SUVs.I finally decided on a Blazer. The purchase process was seamless. We were out in about 3hours. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Great service. Was very indecisive on what truck I wanted. Jeffrey was amazing and patient for about 2 months of going back and forth since I was very undecided on what trim I needed vs wanted.Got the deal I wanted without having to go back and forth, and got my Tahoe!Robert was nice and helped complete the process since Jefferey was off my availability. They were very transparent about everything and straight to it. Got me an under from my home to the dealer. Was in and out fast no long waiting for nothing . Well I received a call about a special being offered for my pending oil and filter change, but when I brought my truck in for service, the price was higher than quoted on the phone. They told me that the special was only for 5 quarts of oil and that my truck required 6+. However, the service rep that helped me, reduced the price close to what I was quoted. So in the end, all was good. Still not sure why I was given a certain price, when they were well aware of what vehicle I needed serviced, as I bought it from them just over a year prior ?

I have a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse that i bought there. I went in just for an oil change, end up getting a major change. A 3 hour service ($600). No biggie since Im going to take a road trip soon. As I get home 25miles round trip. I get the (t/c) light on & message on my dash. Call the dealership, of course I have to take it back. Went in next morning got it taken care of. Another 25miles. No, Im sorry for your trouble, no courtesy car wash. No nothing. Very disappointing service. Something that should of been taken care of the first time. Service needs to check ✔️ what they are doing. So this doesnt happen to anyone else. I should of just gone to Jiffy lube for a lot less money.

Went to fix a temp gauge. Cost me an arm and leg. They never called my extended warranty and I had to pay out of pocket… never again. Rather go to mom and pop shop from now on…update: Only get an oil change here. Not worth getting anything else… you’ll regret it if you do!

Looking and buying a car is usually such a hassle and annoying, having to deal with the salesmen and managers. This was not like that at all. From the beginning, Will Bolanos was friendly, kind, and never pressing me or pressuring me to move quickly. He allowed me to shop and ask questions at my pace and made me feel comfortable. After deciding on a 2024 Colorado, we came to an agreement very quickly by being honest and reasonable. I loved that. Finally, the process of going through and understanding the paperwork with Jilma Blanco was fantastic. She read and broke everything down for me, so I was not confused and assured me I was making a great purchase. Service was good. The car was finished in the time they said it would be. My only criticism is the waiting area for those customers that are staying there and waiting for their cars is very small with only a handful of chairs and no outlets. I recommend taking the shuttle home or having someone pick you up.

The rep was great but policy’s are ridiculous, every time I take my car in for service the wait time to check my transmission which I have been complaining about for over a year, I’ve been told you guys are so backed up and will need to keep my vehicle for at least 3 weeks! I obviously need a car everyday and no no way I could be without a car. Now that I have an additional car in the family they tell me the vehicle is not in warranty and on top of that I have to pay $206 for it to be checked for each of my concerns! Those policies are terrible and doesn’t make me want to deal with dealer or continue buying cars from you! Very unhappy!!

I bought a a suv from them on 3/9. Its was easy and they were extremely helpful. My issue for 2 stars is that my radio went out not even 2 weeks later and the a/c button. I called them 3/21 saying that I can get it towed to them because I live 2 hours away from them. They insisted I drive it in Friday morning and assured me it would be fixed that day. I arrived 7am (with appt) waited 5 hours for them to tell me there is nothing they can do for me because they have to order my radio. I returned following Wednesday at 8am(with appt) and waited another 6 hours. When they were finally done there was over 50 ADDED miles on my odometer. I checked paperwork to confirm and they drove my car somewhere. Gas was lower as well! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL to use the customer cars to run their errands! I advise anyone dropping off their vehicle there for service to check mileage when dropping it off and picking it up. Will never trust these guys to do work on my vehicle again!

Called around to 20 different dealerships and the Jerry-Will tag team were the only ones who were able to guarantee me an extremely difficult to get Bolt EUV at MSRP with no dealer add-ons by placing a custom order.Day of the sale I worked with Jerry who arranged a pick-up for me. Of course he let me know about all the extended warranties they offer, but it was more of a hey by the way and I never felt pressured at all.Esau did all the paperwork for me and did a thorough, and - lets face it, more importantly - quick job of explaining it all to me. He even submitted my carpool lane sticker application for me, which I totally wasnt expecting.There was a delay in the original ship ETA, but that was out of control of the dealership, but all-in-all it went very smooth. I am disappointed as to how I have been mistreated. The truck was given to you on 12/21/23 for repairs although i brought it to them 12/20/23, but was asked if I could bring it back the next day due to their holiday party. I was now told my warranty would not cover the work. Yet when the truck was sold to me I was told it would cover everything. I hope you would look into this matter. I thought this was a creditable company.

I went to George Chevrolet after checking a different dealership closer to me near La Mirada. Mario Zepeda was my sales advisor and he was awesome. I like how he and George Chevrolet do business. There was no dealer markup on the Bolt EUV that we purchased. I appreciated Mario’s honesty as he showed me the only one they had in stock didn’t pressure me. He explained the features of the car and worked with me to get every discount I qualified for, Costco and Educator Discount.Mario and the team at George helped me to get a $500 EVgo credit with my EV and they also signed me up to get my carpool lane sticker from the DMV as well. When I got my other EV I had to do that myself, so it was nice to get that taken care of. That is great service.Also Esau Salvador, the finance manager got us through our paper work quickly. I would highly recommend George Chevrolet if you’re in the market for a Chevy. The other dealerships around don’t do things right like George. I’d definitely return myself if I’m in the market for another Chevy.

So we came back to George Chevrolet in 2020.We have gotten 4 vehicles here at George Chevrolet and BETTY is the reason we keep going back to George Chevrolet. She will help you get what you like and need.We recently bought a Tahoe that had been delivered that same day. She took the time to send us pictures of it as it was being unloaded from the truck and it was at the service department being prepared for us.In 2020 she delivered a Traverse to our home. This is about the less than service I received from a sales person and a general managerOn Sunday 1-14-2024, around 7 pm I had a laptopStolen out of my van while parked next to George Chevelle, and I did not see who did it, while looking around for this thief, I ran into a sales man, and I asked if they had cameras facing where they where parked,,( he was very helpful ) and he went to check for me, he comes back and told me yes, to come in and ask the general manager for help, I thanked himWELL today I go and ask a sales person for help with this, and he seems as if Im a burden, so after I ask him again to speak with the manager he takes me inside and has me sit at a table, I can see him talking with a guy through a window, the guy looks at me, with no concern about the situation,and he doesnt even ask me to come in and talk to him, he just blows me off, then the sales guy comes and tells me that they do not have cameras facing where I was parked,, now being that they probably have at least a million dollars and more in new cars and trucks right next to where I was parked I find that hard to believe that there are no cameras protecting that inventory then no mater what I asked him he seemed like I was being a bother to him, so I leave, and as I left I went to look in the area where my van was parked, they do have cameras there are 3 of them and one was directed at the very spot my van was parkedYou know, just because Im not dressed in a fancy suit, or coming into buy a car doesnt mean that I deserve to be just blown off like that, I felt very offered,Now Ill bet you a hundred to one, if I came in there with a shirt and tie and was looking to buy a car and that happened while I was looking at a vehicle, or if I was the relative or friend of someone who worked there, then the whole situation would of been different, they probably would of went out of thier way to help me, but because Im just a guy who was parked next to thier dealership, I dont rate even being talked to by the very person whom I came to seeWhat a shame it is to treat people in this mannerSo if you are looking to buy a ChevroletGo to a different dealership, the workers here dont deserve your money, spend it with people who have compassion for the people in the neighborhoods they work in, because the employees at this location only seem to care about you is you have dollars to spend ( at least some of them that is )Thanks for nothingGeorge Chevrolet

Took the car for an issue related to a miscommunication within the car system that was prompting an error plus an oil change. Assistance at the Service Department is always great at George Chevrolet, it never disappoints me but I do have to clarify that for me its also the service of the advisor, I always choose the advisor Andy, he is very patient and knowledgeable. I always wait for the car, this time Andy (advisor) recommended for me to go home and wait for his call, because it was probably going to take longer than I was thinking. He explained more or less what he had to do and the timeframe to complete the service. He followed up with me during the process and notified me when the car was ready. Since I was at work I asked Andy if I could pick up the car after 7pm and he said yes that it was going to be at the sales department. I am thankful for the info provided by Andy and the accommodation given by the dealership to get the car after hours of the service department. I have recommended the service department of the dealership in the past to relatives but I have mentioned to ask for the advisor I always go to.

Ive had a better experience other times. Took my vehicle to get an oil change. My appt was at 1240. I informed the person setting up my appt that I would be waiting for the vehicle and she kindly told me it would take about an hour to hour and a half. I said fine that would work. My husband gets there with my Traverse and the tech tells him itll take about 3 to 4 hours because its lunch time and we shouldve gotten an earlier appt. Im sorry, thats the appt time I was given. I drove my vehicle today and it says the air filter is 40% good. Was that supposed to be changed? Also, not even a courtesy wash on my vehicle. Like I stated in the beginning, Ive had a better experience other times.

At the time when I want a bolt EUV, it was hard to get a hold it, I called several dealers to see if there no mark up on vehicle but no luck they all want $3k-5k on it. So I did my research again to see if I can customize the car and order one through dealer so that way it won’t be mark up. So I decided to give George Chevrolet call and spoke to Manny, he helped me to put order for car with $500 deposit and the rest was easy. Wait 2 1/2 months for the car, Manny kept updated on car every 3 weeks. I am very happy and pleased with the service. They are the best! A week ago, I found myself in need of a car - unexpectedly. On Monday night, I got pre-approved by Capital One, and began my search for a car. Tuesday, I actually made an appointment to see another car at a VERY HIGH PROFILE DEALERSHIP in Van Nuys - but after doing so, I found my Tahoe at George and wanted to see it. So - on my way to the OTHER appointment, I stopped in and checked on the car. Oscar came out and greeted us warmly, and was impressed that I knew what inventory he had and the specifics about the car (I had done my homework). He took us for a ride, and we drove through the service bay to see the other Tahoe, r - but I was pretty stuck on that one. Rudy met me in the office, and did the app - then Oscar disappeared with the app while Rudy and I debated who had the best donuts and why I thought Randys was overrated. Within 45 minutes, I knew what the payment would be and what my scores were - with Rudy telling me - go and keep your appointment, but YOULL BE BACK. Little did he know how RIGHT he would be. The High Profile dealership treated us RUDELY - after pouncing and trying to sell me - once I told them I had an appointment with one of the managers, they all walked off and didnt even allow us in the building to SIT DOWN while we waited for said manager. After about 20 minutes standing on the lot like vagrants, we left - never even seeing the car. The next day, Thursday, with my check in hand, I returned - contrite - but ready to do the deal. Within a few hours, Juana had signed my paperwork, Oscar had already had my car gassed up and washed - and I was headed home with a new car - the car of my dreams - in my name with no hassle, no vultures preying on me, treated like a true customer, and appreciated. George Chevrolet is a family owned shop, and they made us feel like family. So - this morning I brought them two dozen donuts NOT from Randys - from the donut shop that MY family loves - since they are a part of MY family as well. Service advisor (Armando) was misleading about what they were replacing, replaced my brand new battery and claimed battery was “wrong type” but all specifications were same instead of telling me it was not compatible. I had a great no nonsense experience. I usually shop for a car and know exactly what I wanted before going there. I wasnt up sold anything because I requested what I wanted. Most of our time spent there was the price negotiation which I could do without in the future. If we can just agree on the terms and pickup the car. I would love to see that.UPDATE we had some complicated recall issue that was expertly handled by the service department. They went above and beyond to get the recall resolved. If you thinking of which Chevy dealer to choose. This place is the best service.

Got a low trade in value for my car from one of the managers. Prior to going to the dealership I got an estimate on the Chevy website. My value was at 19k to 22k. When I got there a salesman named Jose helped me out and the manager checked out my car. He came back with 15k. Mind you I was planning on ordering a new car and the best they could do was 15k no negotiations. The manager never introduced himself to me and never talked to me. He knew I was unhappy with this number and I would’ve at least appreciated him coming up to me and communicating why instead of the salesman just coming back and saying sorry that’s all we can give you and not much of an explanation. It didn’t seem like he even wanted my business. Lastly, when my salesman would go back to see if he could raise the number I overheard laughter, which made me feel like I wasn’t being taken serious. I did like my salesman Jose, but the manager didn’t seem to care much about having my business. I will still order the car that I want but not at this dealership due to my experience.

This is literally my favorite Chevy car dealership so far. In the process of searching for a new 2023 bolt ev/euv, we encountered many local chevrolet dealerships. All other dealerships were either requiring at least $3000 add-ons or were taking forever to get back to us. Everyone from this dealership are very responsive. Theyll literally contact you within minutes if you have any concerns. Dean walked us through the car purchasing process. He and his team were super friendly, professional, efficient, and trustworthy. If i purchase other Chevy cars in the future, itll have to be from this dealership. Painless, no BS. Victor Cazares is the best salesman Ive met. As soon as we walked in, he welcomed us with a significant positive attitude. He was very polite, understanding, and informative. He made sure we felt comfortable and without being pressured whatsoever. From the start to the end, everything was perfect. He made sure my shopping experience was excellent. I went there for a Trailblazer lt but decided to go for a Trailblazer Rs. Victor made it a quick and easy process. When I received my keys, Victor guided me and gave me an introduction to getting to know the vehicles interior features. I started my search online and Will contacted me. It was an easy experience from beginning to end. Will made me really comfortable during the test drive (first time truck buyer) and helped me find some discounts despite the auto shortages. The rest of the staff and salespeople were also friendly and made us feel like welcomed guests. They sold me the truck I wanted for cheaper than other dealerships. I brought my truck because unfortunately they were close to me and GM did not allowed me to tow it to my purchasing dealer. The truck had a check engine light, and I was concerned about the transmission as the day prior, I had lost reverse. The dealer inspected the vehicle, recommended 2000 dollars worth of unnecessary work because they decided to have the truck inspected by the wrong technician. Then, it was inspected by a transmission technician, determined that there was nothing wrong with it, and recommended to clean and I quote exposed wiring. I refused the work as they were not able to guarantee it would repair my vehicle and they would no cover this under warranty, even when they acknowledge the vehicle came with exposed wiring from the factory. I picked my truck, and performed their recommended services, and the truck drove fine for one day. Now Im having my check engine light on again.To add on top of this, Faith, my service coordinator failed to keep me updated as she said she would.For reference, my truck is a 2022 Silverado with less than 5k miles.

I’m not one to complain but when every single time I have brought my car for service something has happened there’s a problem. 4 times I have brought my car and every time there was an issue. This last visit will be our last. When your service people have an attitude when you ask them a question about the service. Why should I continue to bring my car there. I was because we bought our car there. No more. I would not recommend you guys. Service excellent, labor charges are ridiculously high. My parts/supplies was no where near labor. 508.00 for break pads and oil change. Ive been coming to the same place since i purchased. This makes me want to go elsewhere to find comparable work for less the labor cost. I couldnt believe i had to pay 900.00 for break pads and oil change. It felt like a bit of price gouging. I love the work Todd does for me but the prices will make me look in other places.

When I arrived to your dealer I asked Todd if Louie was in I needed to check my car in for an oil change Todd let me know that Louie wouldn’t be in till later that day so Todd was so kind to check my car in and stated when did I need my car if I was gonna wait or come back and my response was I’m leaving my car Todd said we will call you when you’re car is ready. Few hours later Louie called me to let me know car was ready.. I have recommended these two to my family for service needs and my family have always been pleased with there kindness and excellent service given… Louie and Todd always give excellent customers service!!!! I bought my truck used from this dealership. I have only had this used truck for a year and have had it in several times for an issue. I just picked it up yesterday, after it being there again for several days for the issue, and the drivers door handle was hit and pain chipped off of it. Not only that, the issue is STILL THERE! I am very upset and wish I had never been talked into buying this used truck by employers of this dealership because the dealership wanted the low-mile truck I had at that time. Never will I buy a used vehicle again nor purchase any vehicle from this dealership. Now I am stuck with a vehicle with issues because I cant afford to buy another vehicle. Lucky me, I get to bring back the truck on Monday for the paint, and now for the same issue that still is there.

George Chevrolet stands out in the crowd for their honesty, integrity, and truthfulness. Our son and I began our quest for a 2023 Bolt EV 1LT as the most inexpensive EV replacement for our aging 2010 Prius with 195K miles. This was meant to be his car in graduate school. Our search soon became a nightmare as almost all Chevy dealers made their little dirty trade secret of markup very clear to us. We did not want to pay the markup as simply we couldnt justify it. The previous purchase of another leading EV at the end of 2018 was dramaless to a point, almost to the boring level. Victor, the salesman at George Chevrolet, Belflower, CA gave our son his word that they would sell us the car with 0 markup. We ordered the car on January 9th, 2023 and just received it yesterday (5-13-2023) and they kept their word! The delay was a bit long, but the dealership had no control over it. Victor and his boss kept in touch with our son by text and a few phone calls and they were super cordial, friendly, pleasant, helpful, and swift yesterday. We are very happy with our 2nd EV as an electric car and the entire purchase experience. Once again, we really appreciate the fact that they resisted the temptation of markup and did not mention anything not even once during our entire stay in the dealership yesterday. Thank you very much! I still do believe that Honesty is the Best Policy and what goes around, comes around. Our sincere gratitude to Victor and his Chevy family!!!

I purchased a used 2018 Equinox at WIN Chevrolet on September 12, 2022. I have been very pleased with that purchase until after a significant amount of rain came inside my vehicle in numerous locations. I took it to my nearest dealership (Penske) where I encountered a very rude and uncooperative service woman. (Luce) I left there and spoke to my salesman (BRYEN) who suggested I let him know what they said.(You) I was eventually told would be about $700 to fix my problem. I ended up picking up the car after paying $297 to relearn my sunroof which seems exorbitant and has already failed me. I will be taking it to the dealer I bought it at . I am very disappointed with this whole process in that through no fault of my own, I now have a a new vehicle (to me) that is going to be problematic forever with water having gotten to many places it shouldnt have, and I no longer want anymore.

George Chevrolet provides good service. However, they could use a little help in making the customer a priority. In my latest experience, I took my car for service on a Saturday. I was not made aware that the service department closed at 3pm. I arrived at 3:45 to pick up and pay for my car. Despite the fact I could see the cashier through the window they would not allow me to pay and claim for my car. When I spoke with another service representative and asked if he could call the receptionist and allow me to claim my car, I was told I would have had to make prior arrangements to pay outside of the service department. I feel they could have accommodated me since the person was obviously still there. Customer service includes going above and beyond to keep customers happy. So for that reason I give a neutral rating. If you want exceptional ratings then you must do Exceptional service.Revue Update:The manager saw my review and obviously was disappointed. The service technician contacted me and issued a sincere apology. I was due to replace my windshield wipers. The technician order the part and scheduled the installation. To my surprise the part and labor was credited and I did not have to pay. I appreciate the fact that George Chevrolet took the time to make the situation better. For this reason I will continue to take my car for service there.

I made a 10am appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. I waited in line 25 minutes before I was checked in and still waited another 20 minutes before signing off on an oil change and wiper blade service. The service tech assured me that the vehicle would be ready same day and I saw no reason why it wouldn’t being that it was just an oil change and wiper blade swap out. At 3pm I texted how much longer it would be to the automated message that said to reach out with any questions about the service. I never received a reply. Finally at 5pm I listened to a voicemail saying that the car would not be ready and they would have it done next day. The tech also tried to sell me other things I did not need and was not interested in, On star, fix a door ding. He also printed out that the wipers would be $45 and when I picked up the vehicle it was $20 more. I think the communication was poor, salesman was pushy, even the sticker for the next oil change reads 300 miles below my current mileage. Attention to detail was non existent. George Chevrolet needs help, I will be back for my second free service but I will never be back again after that.
