Terrible. Service is down more than up. No one from company makes contact with you and you pay a PREMIUM for the service. They outsource tech support to foreign countries that make calling useless. Run away.

Bad experience!! Slow speeds, intermittent problems, terrible service. They tried to fix it a couple of times, no bueno... We had to hire a different company for internet and Geolinks did not let us off the hook for three years until the contract was done. I would recommend that you keep looking!!

Ive had this service for the last 3-4 months and its terrible for gaming. Do not recommend whatsoever, they claim to be “clear fiber” but there’s nothing fiber internet about their name. It’s terrible ping and nothing close to actual fiber internet or fiber like latency. Geolinks has good customer service but not good at all for gaming. Ping is 25-70 when gaming which is UNACCEPTABLE. I still have to use my terrestrial landline for gaming and for the past months this internet has cut out a lot

Two of the most impressive aspects of my GeoLinks experience has been their responsiveness and flexibility. When other carriers could not provide service or responded with an overwhelming amount of red tape and delays, GeoLinks has been super quick with quotes, site surveys and installations. I cant say enough about this company and how valuable theyve been, to me and my clients.

Its been 2 years since we started with GeoLinks and our connectivity is still going strong! For the type of solution we needed and for its location we found the pricing to be commiserate, you get what you pay for after all right? We are Very Satisfied with our solution and the built in redundancy gives us an added sense of security knowing that our downtime will be very minimal. In the 2 years since adopting this server our up time has been beyond 99.999%, by comparison, my own personal Cable company connection has gone down multiple times....just this month...yeah. Great Job GeoLinks!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my GeoLinks internet service!! Ive had it for about 8 months now and while it is a bit more expensive than other services, I do not have to share it with anyone else so my speeds are fast and always there. In the event that there is a problem, GeoLinks has known about it and started to fix it before I had to even call them!! Wonderfully helpful customer service people that deserve a big shout out for all their help in keeping us connected during this very difficult COVID crisis.

My office has always been around train tracks, and normally that always messes with our internet speed, but ever since we switched to satellite with GeoLinks, that no longer became an issue.Their customer service is great. If we encounter any technical issues, they respond right away. Other than that, the speed is consistent of what we pay for.

As the only option for one of our locations its very very pricey but we get the advertised speeds and support has been pretty good. I never have to wait when I call for support. Support techs are very knowledgeable and follow through. I only knock off a star because of the price.

We switched to Geo Links 3 years ago. The internet service is amazing no matter how many people are on it . If there is a potential issue or system update they always let you know. The customer service is amazing you can reach a person immediately and they always solve any issues.

I was very much avoiding using a company like Geo Links because of all the misconceptions out there. I was pursuing Verizon, Charter and the other big name providers. Due to the location of my business I was quoted insane cost for installation, some near $20k to lay fiber in my block. Then I noticed I had a Geo Links satellite on my roof from the previous owner. I made 1 call and they sent the signal over and boom, I was up and running. For a business or home in a similar situation I would absolutely recommend they give Geo Links a try before Viasat/HughesNet. From experience, this service is superior in every way. Ive not had 1 problem in the last two years.

I have been a customer for over 5 years now and have the clear fiber connection. I am very happy with their service and prompt customer support! I currently subscribe to a slow speed package but am considering upgrading as I now have a girl friend, boarder, ranch hand and TV that share the connection on my ranch which sometimes slows my connection down.

When we needed a point to point solution that ranged a little over 3 miles, we came across GeoLinks as a possible solution, and boy are we glad we found them! From first contact, they were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They understood what we wanted and provided the exact solution we needed. Deplorable Service! All these positive reviews are either paid for or posted by employees. My business is now on day 4 of no phone/internet service. Finally got a call back and when I questioned the delay in addressing the downtime I was told that theres a process Seriously!?!? Thats the response? I would rather pay double a be with a reliable carrier such as Verizon or AT&T than to save a few bucks with this shotty carrier.

We live outside of town and have had issues with getting reliable Internet Service. Since we have switched to Geolinks we have not had any issues. When we were experiencing slow response time they were on it and had a technician out right away to resolve the problem. We are a very happy customer

Geolinks is our phone service provider and our company has had nothing but great experience. Whenever we need support the wait time is minimal. Children run this place, seriously.. you can not trust anyone here, knife in the back if you are not a friend of the big wigs ... president is a box clerk simply there to fill a spot and his pockets on your hard work, no incentives, no organization, no actual job descriptions they just hand out random position titles just for the books, but yet expect the worker to know exactly what that description is. Every decision made is designed to put money in their bank and drive the worker into the dirt sometimes literally ..i could go on and on. that place was a joke for the years I worked for them. Also I do not work for peanuts Aaron! P.S. they pay for reviews.

GeoLinks made finding an internet provider easy. I called in and within seconds was taking to an actual person. Guaranteed speeds and no sharing of my bandwidth? Nobody likes to share! GeoLinks is the best internet service available!! I moved here only a year and a half ago from an area that had satellite only. I thought I was going to be stuck with satellite again... but then I found GeoLinks. I have Telecommuted for years. The switch to GeoLinks has made me more product than I have ever been and can now bill 9.5 out of 10 hours daily!!My Family can stream TV while I am working which was forbidden on my old system !! I have had Geo Links for almost a year now. I live in somewhat of a remote area and they were recommended as a company that would provide Internet in my area. We hadn’t had any issues with the internet and then, when the pandemic hit, my boyfriend and I were suddenly working and going to school from home. This meant a lot of internet use including streaming video calls (a lot of them). I was worried about using zoom and google meetings at first but neither one of us ended up having issues. The downtime is absurd... Our phones are through this company and have not worked right for over a week now... I have called for the 3rd time today and was promised a returned phone call, but didnt get one. I keep getting emails from customers that calls are not going though... Who knows how many ad calls weve lost... I am so unhappy I want out of my contract - but I cannot even do that. Like I told the folks I keep speaking to on the phone... Either cancel my contract or fix my service!
