I contacted Genesis doors and they came the same day within the timeframe they gave me. Benjamin was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me the best price without haggling for a new motor. I had already had four other quotes and they were the best hands down. He installed the new motor in less than an hour and help me set up the app on my phone to open/close my garage. I would highly recommend!

I called Genesis for my garage gate. I talked to Zack and told him my gate was very old and needs to be replaced to new. He explained the whole process quick over the phone.Then Benjamin came to see the door to take exact measurements.At the Installation day Jose the installer showed up. He did a wonderful job. You could actually see that he loved what he was doing. He finished it in no time. The New garage gate looks great. Thank You guys for Great work. great timing and the great Prices. Benjamin came out today to help assess a possible issue with our garage. Was prompt, wasted no time, spoke clearly, and made everything very understandable. Turned out we had no real issue. Felt good there was no upsell involved. All in all - made us feel comfortable through the whole process. Will 100% use Genesis for when an issue actually does arise down the road.

Excellent repair job in an emergency situation. In the middle of the night, a deranged person pushed open our gate to enter our backyard--and we were no longer able to close the gate to prevent other strangers from entering our property. Lior from Genesis came right over, and within a few hours he was able to to repair the damage done to our gate and now it is working properly and cannot be forced open! We really appreciate the fast service, the professionalism, and the reasonable price! Thank you--I will call them again for any other gate issue in the future.

Benjamin was great! Our garage door cables tangled up and was stuck in between with one roller out. He got in to fix the garage the same day between the agreed time, took a quick look and provided us with the details he will be working on. Made it to work within an hour. Genesis to the rescue again! Almost 20 year old garage opener broke, it was easy to schedule with Genesis and Benjamin came right when they said they would. Gave me a great price so decided to have him install a new Liftmaster opener. You could tell he was a pro at it and hardly took 1.5 hrs. Opener is smooth and great to now have something more up to date with battery backup and can use the My Q app to open and close and check that its closed. Thanks again Genesis!

Zack was very prompt in getting the quote for new garage doors opener and installation out to us. He ordered and installed the garage door opener promptly. We were very happy with the quality of the installation. Several months later the garage door opener are working well. Unfortunately, another contractor splattered a substance on the opener that we couldnt remove without removing the door finish. I contacted Zack to see if he had any suggestions and he quickly ordered paint from the manufacturer and sent it to us. We used it and now the doors look just like new. We were very happy with all his services and would recommend him to our friends and family.

I liked his work so much, I asked him to stop by my In Laws go change their garage door. In addition, i gave out his contact information to my friend who also needs a new garage door opener. Highly recommended!! Great service. A torsion spring on my garage broke. So the door no longer opened or closed. One phone call and Danny was able to get out to my house the same day. Within 30 -60 minutes, he not only had the new parts installed, but also inspected and confirmed that other parts of the garage mechanisms were all in excellent condition as well. I called Genesis Garage door at 7 pm on a weekday evening because my garage door would not shut. A technician came out within an hour, which was very nice. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I was shocked when he said the door would be $480 to repair. I was assuming it would take several hours to fix, and I was desperate so I agreed. He repaired the door in about 35 minutes. I was not sure if the technician was charging the correct price for such a quick service call, so I called the office. They lowered the price to $400, which still seems very high. I am not sure if their pricing is consistent, so I would get more clarity before having them send a technician out.

He also informed me that the company that supplied the steal garage doors to Genesis Garage Door was slow. To my surprise the door arrived much sooner than expected. One morning at 5am at the beginning of the Covid pandemic, I found that my garage door would not close properly. It and the springs were absolutely ancient. Zach responded quickly to my email and was able to have a guy at my house between 10am and 12pm that very same day. The serviceman was over the top nice. We scheduled for one garage door wheel replacement and I was convinced to not let anyone come and upsell us to replace all of the wheels. However, without any pressure he showed us the advantages of the new fabrication of wheels which are now quieter and smoother and showed us the deterioration of our old ones...we agreed especially because the price was ridiculously affordable. I dont understand how their prices can be so low with high quality work and products that they provide. He even solved our problem with a weak signal to all the garage door remotes without an extra charge. It was simple as untucking the antenna from inside the ceiling motor housing. They were amazing! They came one day to measure and order the door and two days later it had arrived and they had installed it perfectly by 1pm. I dont understand how they did it so quickly!
