Zack and the team at Generation Lending Inc. made the homebuying process seamless and fast! Out of those we had briefly chatted with, Zack was professional, knowledgeable and more importantly for us, personable, focusing on us and our needs. He was patient with us when we needed some time and had tons of questions as first time homeowners, but was quick when we were ready. This Five Star Review is for Aaron Bennett & his team at Generation Lending. He was recommended to us by friends that had previously worked with him and had a terrific experience. They were certain that if anyone can help you, he (and his team) can. We found this to be true for us and our needs as we are self-employed and had looked into getting equity loans from several companies over the past few years with no success. This company has found a market that seemed to be overlooked in serving & qualifying those who may not fit the standard loan process used by most companies. We sent all documents that were requested and they did the detail work to find the right lender for the approach they thought was the best fit.The communication was both by phone and email, so that we were all aware of what was happening or what was still needed for proceeding to the next step. He was very clear with answering questions and prompt to return any calls or emails - good availability. This whole process took about two months, and we are very pleased with the result and are thankful that overall, it was a smooth process without anxiety. By far the easiest and most transparent refinance weve ever had. Logan was a top notch professional. He explained everything clearly and handled the entire process with honesty and integrity. There were no surprises and no gotchas. Lauren was equally professional and helped us navigate the processing steps with ease. Texts, emails and phone calls returned promptly and courteously. I have worked with many other loan officers in the past and I can say Generations Lending was by far the best experience Ive ever had.We had what I would consider a bad loan when my wife and I first bought our home (1st time buyers, what did we know?). I did a home refinance with these guys and they did a great job from start to finish. Alway available to my question through text the way I preferred. I also shopped their numbers and fees before I closed and to two different companies that confirmed they were as low or lower than what they could offer. The day my loan had its final approval at 9:00 AM they then had a Notory come to me by 3:30 that same day to finish and sign. Great experience.

Shoutout to Dillon! Our first home refinance application was a success and we got it with such a breeze! We’ve been hearing it everywhere about how it’s such a good time to refinance homes with the current rates available, but I was very hesitant to go through the process since I was going through a tough time personally with my dad’s passing. I didn’t think I was ready enough to take on something as consequential as getting our home refinanced. I was getting a lot of calls but I never got convinced enough until I talked to Dillon. Dillon was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. He assured me that he will guide me throughout the process and said that he will keep me posted with everything going on with our application. When I have an undertaking, it’s very important for me that I am aware and tracking of how things are going. I get anxious when I am clueless. I had applied for a home refi at large lender. When I received a phone call from Generation Lendings Logan I was impressed by his sincerity and good things to say about dealing with his company which is local. I was especially interested as the other companys reputation was for a slow process to close being overwhelmed by the volume of applications. I had a bigger need to close sooner and Logan promised me a much faster closing. He also discussed he worked with the loan processor, Lauren, at the next desk over so there were always two people available for help. I found this to be true and am impressed with how helpful and quickly they got back to me. With the other company, when I tried to contact the loan processor with a question I never heard back. I found it easy to back out of the other application with one exception. I called the Loan Officer I originally dealt with to cancel. I asked him if I needed to write a letter as follow-up and he told me he would take care of it. Well he never did and that caused me some minor issues that I was able to deal with. Everything that Logan committed to came through, great follow-up, answered all my questions and we closed in the time frame he had indicated they could meet. They both made the process relatively painless and smooth. I have done many re-fis in the past and I think this was the best. You can put your trust in them and the company they represent.

I was a sceptic, to say the least! I filled out one of those online questioners to just see what interest rate I could get. I was at a 4%, which isnt terrible but lets be real, I was seeing rates under 3% and even under 2%!! I thought, I can use that extra money!! So, I kid you not, I got probably 100 calls from various Lending companies. It became a super annoyance! However, I tried to be polite and listen. Zack Neelands from Generation Lending happen to be of these calls. For some reason he seemed like less pressure, or kinder or maybe authentic. Not really trying to sell as much as educate. He was so patient with me and my serious issue of not trusting and being afraid of my identity being compromised. After only a few hours of gathering information, wheels were rolling! He took me step by step through this process! I was approved for the loan within just a few short weeks and I had everything wrapped up and received some cash and a rate of 2.375% for a 15 year fixed! And, best of all, my payment was lower. I had an excellent experience with Generation Lending, thanks to the loan officer I worked with, Dodje.To refinance my house to a fixed rate required paying off the existing loan and closing the HELOC.Dodje told me he could get a rate that was as good as I would get anywhere, and then he would help me find a good HELOC. He mentioned teaser rates that many companies offer and assured me that was not what I would get with Generation Lending. The rate he got for me is close to my previous 7-year-arm, adjustable-rate loan that has gone up now for two years. I was amazed when it was done, that my monthly payment is actually lower AND I am now in a fixed-rate loan!He also went above and beyond for me. One, in helping me find a suitable HELOC, and two, he researched and gave my sister in another state referrals and offered to go over the details before she signed - to be sure things are on the up-and-up and there are no hidden fees. Now bear in mind, with these two examples I have given, he stands to gain no monetary value. That tells me a lot about his character and ethics.Regarding my HELOC, which is still in progress, Dodje had given me a referral to a company with excellent rates and minimal fees. Later he followed up to see how it went. The referred company, unbeknownst to him, does not do HELOCS if a property is in a Trust, so Dodje said he would continue looking for me. As I told him, vetting these companies for a refi or HELOC is a daunting endeavor. I had given up. He told me he was going to keep working on it for me!Thanks to Dodge’s ease of access, timeliness, professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, follow-up, follow-through, unfailing patience in answering my questions, explaining options to me in complete detail that I could understand, of all the refinances done over the years, this was the smoothest I have ever experienced.
