Fred is the best. Answers all my questions and is really thorough and knows the insurance business. He takes care of me and anyone I send his way. When other companies cant get us insurance or charge and absurd amount Fred comes through and finds us something we can work with. I highly recommend him.

This people are the worst people you could deal with. you try to explain something to them and they go round and round it without giving you an explanation if you can get a better agency to insure your house or your car try another insurance I really really highly recommend looking for a different insurance company customer service very poor . The only reason they got one starts because it’s not giving me another option to give him zero stars This is the worst.

I sat with a gentalman by the name of Fred. When I say exceptional service, that would be an understatement! Fred was very pleasant and very diligent in finding the best auto insurance policy to fit my families needs. The staff was also very friendly and helpful i walked in and they greeted me right away.I was in and out in about an hour, although the process takes time. The office has a home feeling and its great to know that when I need anything they are always available to help, hours are convienant and you can tell they all work really hard to get you the best insurance along with the best price. I really appreciate his honesty and how straight up he was. It was really a pleasure.

I’ve been shopping around for insurance for a week and half and the prices were ridiculously high. Higher than my car note! Please dont trust the 4.0 rating. They gave me hard time cancelling my service. Finally they never canceled my insurance even after many calls. Recently I received a letter from collection agency to collect my insurance premiums since they did not cancel my service. I gave them more than a month notice.

I needed to get new plates for my car and was trying to avoid the DMVs long lines so I went to General Insurance and they helped me get new plates on the spot in about 5 minutes! No waiting around in boring DMV lines. Fred was very helpful and prices are very affordable.

Worst service i have ever had! I got an insurance with them because it was recommended to me when i got my car but the guy i was recommended to, Fred, was very rude. I talked to him a couple of times and every time i did he gave me an attitude, so i decided to not call him all together and dealt with my payments through the insurance company only. Not only that but I gave him my credit card number to open my account only and told him to discard my info after that first payment, instead of doing as i had asked he kept my credit card number and tried charging it the very next month. When i decided to get insurance elsewhere he once again gave me an attitude and when i told him that his rude attitude was the reason i was no longer requiring their service, he called me a liar and denied being rude, then he just hung up. If several customers are complaining about the same person it must obviously mean that person isnt doing a very good job. This insurance company is one that i dont recommend to anyone.

Customer service sucks like really bad. They act all nice when you sound like your tried to get insured through them, but if something doesn’t go their way they make it a mission for you. Fred and Sonia, you would expect people to want to help but these people are only out for your money. They quoted me at $200 for 2 cars and I told them I had someone else that was cheaper (I was lying obviously) negotiation tactics always help. And they agreed to lower it. Like why couldn’t you just give me the lower quote to begin with. I am literally only leaving you guys because of your customer service. You guys have bad attitudes. It sucks seeing you Latinos in a position to help someone taking advantage of us.

Pay attention to your money .. do not give him your credit card information by phone he charge me $ 200 fee to add car on my insurance policy and when I called Infinity company they said it was illegal fees and fees to add new car only 5 $ because already I have policy active .. when I called him back he dont answer .. I went to his office in Gardena & when I ask him why you charge me 200$ he said is office fee ..he is Big liar.. I make complaint at infinite company after that I told him I will call police for you if you dont returned my money back in 48 hours .. He returned my money back but now he stole my friend money again by same way 300$ to add car!! I can not believe he did it again.. He feel like smart No way .. You Thief .. Received my National General insurance from this office. Thought it was an okay place initially until I found out it was cheaper to go straight to the insurance companies to avoid the insurance broker fees. Once, I tried to cancel the MANAGER (man named Fred) tells me theres a $100 cancellation fee (which I never gave authorization to start a new policy for another year). I refuse to pay it and he says theres nothing he can do. Asked if theres someone higher to speak with and he says no. I tell him I refuse to pay and he immediately breaks character and begins using street slang and ends the conversation with Well youre canceling anyways. I dont have time for you... Real fine and classy establishment here. Ended up calling National General and they canceled it without charging me a cancellation fee, which further lets me know that was yet another ploy to scam me out of money. Beware of crooks

I dont recommend it at all, they are very racist, if you dont speak English, they tell you that they can help you, but when you ask something after you paid them, the man at the end is very rude, he yells at me very badly and I dont return my papers from the car woow I even cry 😢 😪

I do not recommend it, they charged me $300 to open the policy, the next day I contacted the insurance and the first payment for it was $120 I think it is too much money that they steal from you
