Gene Perez is my guy he and my realtor Kiesa, helped me and my wife out with our first home purchase. He worked hard to get me the best interest rate that was possible in that time so I really appreciated that because it was a little scary buying a home..But Anytime I had concerns or any questions he was easy to get in contact. I still call him 5 months later with questions and there he gos answering my calls I like that Im sure well work together again. Thanks again Gene!

Gene helped refinance our mortgage and got us the best rate possible when another mortgage company said it was not possible because of our dept to ratio situation.He worked very hard to accomplish a great mortgage rate. He could do this because he knows the mortgage industry.I cannot say enough positive things about Gene. Honest, professional, great communication skills. We are very happy we found him.

Gene Perez took care of our Mortgage Loan. As first time home buyers we were nervous but he walked us through the process from beginning to end. Thank You Gene Perez we hit a home run (no pun intended)as the 3rd realtor we worked with in the search for buying our first home. The first 2 realtors we worked with struck out as they did not have the Gene factor. Fortunately for us we finally found someone like Gene who worked hard for us,went out of his way answered all of our questions,KNEW exactly the type of home we wanted and would keep us informed of any new properties on the market and working with VA loan out of the state wasnt easy but he still managed to get us answers at the end of the day. He was readily available to work with our busy schedules. His professionalism and honest approach help ease a lot of the concerns about the purchase of our home. Just purchased a second home with the help of Gene Perez and staff Rocio Santosof Valley Hills Realty. Gene is awesome, smart and knows his job very well! Hewas very supportive and helpful throughout our purchase process. He was so quickto respond any questions and to send paperworks needed to move forward with ourmortgage application from the beginning to end.
