Sydney is such a kind and welcoming person! I went to her for my first facial ever and Ill never go anywhere else, she made me feel so comfortable and informed about my skin with her knowledgeable advice. She creates such a dreamy environment and she truly seems to care about giving her clients the most relaxing experience possible. I think her prices are incredibly affordable for the high quality products and fun add-ons she offers. I highly recommend booking with her!

I have been following Sidney’s account on Instagram for some time now and love what’s she’s doing with her business that could potentially help my business as well. I decided to book a 1-1 business call with Sidney to get more in depth about business. I wanted some insight on her marketing strategies and networking she’s done for her business, the treatment room and such. Being an esthetician myself, I feel it’s important to connect with other estheticians and share our experiences and knowledge. I love that her mission in our business is similar to mine, as we both want to help clients feel confident in their skin and go beyond just providing them with a facial service.My business call with Sidney was as I expected, She is very well spoken, very thorough and detailed with the information she provided me with. She’s very knowledgeable and open to speak about anything skin related. She answered all of my questions in detail and followed up with a very detailed document including every topic we spoke about and any questions I had, which I can refer back to as needed. I’ve known Sydney long before she was an aesthetician and have always felt very comfortable around her. She does not judge at all, even on more sensitive topics, and has been so helpful to me in dealing with my overly complicated skin issues. I’ve been able to learn a ton about how to properly take care of my skin and how to protect it. She has also been amazing for waxing, my original waxer has been on maternity leave so being able to go to Sydney has been amazing. She always uses quality products and I feel her pricing is extremely fair. 20/10 best ever!!! (Also cutest looking office)

Waiting area and restroom are both very well kept. The owner is very nice and explains her processes very well. I definitely recommend Gen and Moon and will be returning for more amazing skin care assistance!

I had a fantastic facial with Sydney today! I have been seeing Sydney for 2 years now and always leave relaxed after the facial. My skin looks better after each visit! She is super knowledgeable and gives great advice without being overwhelming. I am so appreciative of the relaxing, pampering treatment today 💚 will be back in 6 weeks!

Trigger warning: Since moving up here I’ve had to go to places like the European wax center strictly out of convenience to maintain my self care routine. I would try to switch around between waxers and also look outside at other salons to try and find a good waxer whom was also genuinely a good person. Over time, I learnt how the employees aren’t usually the best in character; they also employ people with criminal backgrounds and felonies. I had the unfortunate experience of briefly working with some of those women and after standing up to them about how their behavior is shameful. How uncomfortable it was to witness how they so disrespectfully body shame and trash talk about each customer and spoke so foully about everyone both before and after their appointments. It really opened my eyes to the severity of their toxic personalities. I stood up against them and refused to fall to their constant bullying and harassment pressures. Then, one day, they chose to tell the women that was waxing me for my Brazilian to use her cell phone “to respond back to the manager” during our wax session but instead she was taking pictures of my exposed body and sent the pictures out to all her colleagues and friends. Later I discovered what they had done and how the previous manager and now current manager were the ones whom planned it out, vindictively thinking it would be funny for her to do that to me. I wasn’t able to report them due to my lake of physical evidence against them. Words cannot describe how horrible those people are. I’ve been dealing with ptsd every time I have to step into a salon to continue my self care practices. I share this sensitive and incredibly personal experience with you all to inform you to be careful. You think you might be going into a safe space but it can be so incredibly far from it. I am beyond grateful that Sydney showed up in my life when she did because I was trapped going to those very bad people. Every time I would try to get waxed somewhere else that waxer would harass me questioning why, where and who I went to. I lived in fear and it took a lot out of me to face those people constantly pretending like things were okay when they definitely were not. Sydney has been a god sent! She has been so patient and kindhearted. Providing me the safe space and time to heal from my past traumas. Not only that but she genuinely cares about your wellbeing and provides safer and healthier waxing techniques that protect your skin and remove your unwanted hair the correct way, without breaks or irritation. We have seen such amazing results just after 2 treatments with the thinning of my dark, middle eastern hair type. Investing in your health, in beauty industry, goes beyond your commitment to the practice. Take the time to choose your esthetician wisely because they can severely harm your body. Thank you Sydney for being such an amazing person!! Thank you for being so knowledgeable and passionate in your practice. I am forever grateful to you. Not only have you helped me heal internally but you have improved my skin both in our waxing sessions and with your personalized facial treatments!! I wish you the best!! Sydney is amazing and so sweet. I recently relocated and by chance found Sydney. Could not be happier. I love the results I have seen in just a few months of getting regular facials. It is a balance of relaxation and effective skin care. I have some challenges with aging skin, sun damage etc. My skin looks better than ever! She listens to your concerns and always has great skin care advice. Her new spa is so nice! Highly recommend.

Sydney is amazing! The second I saw her instagram page I knew I wanted to go to her for some self care and she provided so much more than that! Sydney is very knowledgeable about our skin and does such an amazing analysis on your skin! When getting a facial from Sydney it doesn’t feel like your typical facial, she really customizes the product and service to what you need! She is so knowledgeable about products as well and gives you options that fit your budget! My skin has improved so much from her simple recommendations! I have been enjoying her facial of the month, it is so relaxing but also leaves my skin feeling amazing!

I have had many facials with Sydney and I swear every single time it is the best facial I’ve ever had! She’s so incredibly knowledgeable. The best part of every facial (other than the fact that she does everything she can to help my skin) is that she is kind and so comforting. There are a lot of things that can be embarrassing or things that I feel self conscious about and Sydney has always made me feel more comfortable in my own skin. That and her massage techniques are beyond relaxing. I will not got to another esthetician as long as Sydney is still practicing!
