Our agency has been in business more than 30 years. We have many computers in our office. From time to time they get scrambled, infected, etc. Or on occasion we may need to have a new computer set up and loaded with various software programs. Over the many years in business we have used a great number of computer service providers. Geek 911 has provided us a level of service and competency we had never experienced. ( Not even close ) Their knowledge and skill is truly quite amazing. We have had a couple of emergencies whereby they were out to see us within 24 hours. I could not print enough positive words for these people. It is so rare these days to find any service provider as competent, skilled and passionate about their work.

Ive had to call on Geek911 for a couple of my home network and software/hardware issues that arose and wasnt able to figure out on my own. Both Robert and Ninev are great, friendly and professional. They keep you informed throughout the entire process of their service. Geek911 is now my goto company for IT help, and Id recommend them without question.

On a scale of 1-10, these folks go to 11. I have worked with them over a number of years and issues and they consistently exceeded my expectations. They are knowledgeable (this time, among other things, solved a problem that Apple Support could not figure out -- and yes I know that can be a low bar), friendly and responsive. Geek 911 is the absolute BEST technical support group I have ever worked with. I have run several technology based companies and Geek 911 is my go-to source for solving any obscure, challenging problem that I cannot solve on my own. Most recently I installed a mesh network and my HP printer kept dropping offline. I spent four hours on the phone with HP, read every article on the discussion boards for both the printer and the mesh router and still the problem was not solved. HP essentially gave up. I called Robert Sarkes, the founder of Geek 911 and he assigned the task to Soma, a veritable genius. Soma immediately knew what the problem was and, even better, knew exactly how to solve it. He also knew more about this printer’s unique capabilities than did the HP technical support agent. Kudos to Soma, Robert and Geek 911. Unlike with other technical support teams, I never feel like I am getting the run around with Geek 911. They are fast, efficient and they stand by what they do. Thank you Soma and Robert. I would recommend your services to anyone.

I trust Ninev and Robert with all of our business’ IT needs. They go above and beyond and are very easy to work with. Ninev even helps my mom with her home computer and has helped my staff with viruses on their phone in addition to seamlessly upgrading and rewiring our entire office computer and phone network.

I wanted to set up wifi from one corner to the other of my business site that is quite sprawling. I bought some equipment and realized I was completely in over my head. My PC was so very slow in opening Chrome, Word, Excel et al. I emailed GEEK911, stated my problem and set an appointment with Nasco. I took my PC into the Santa Clara office where he diagnosed the problem as a slow hard drive. After some discussion and giving me some alternatives, I decided to have Nasco order and install a new 1TB SSD (Solid State Drive) which was done a few days later after the part arrived. Now my PC is as fast as ever thanks to Nasco. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Nasco, my new hero!!
