I got my asus vivobook fix from here since the os was missing and other issues I took it back and they fix it for free sorry if I came back over and over again this asus is idk😁 but I haven’t had a issue with my asus vivobook anymore great service 😁

Horrible place to get your electronics fixed. I took my Apple Watch to get it fixed they charged me $250 the only thing wrong with it was the broke screen but the touch still worked. When they gave it back to me 1 week later I wore IT for ONE day when the screen was already coming off on its own. As I took off my purse the whole screen came off that DOES NOT happen to a screen that is fixed properly. I took it back so they could fix it and they were so rude and unprofessional they blamed me and told me it was my fault that the screen came off and wanted to charge me AGAIN to fix it. I left it there again and they took almost 2 months to return my Apple Watch to me. They don’t give updates of anything they have horrible communication skills. I went back on my own to pick up my watch and they still HAD NOT FIXED IT. They just kept it there without doing anything to it probably hoping that I would forget about it. I brought my watch back with the screen not working and my watch broken completely it did not even turn on anymore. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH DO NOT COME TO THIS CHEAP UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HOPE IT CLOSES DOWN.

I’ve taken two devices in to Geek tech to have the screens replaced they were fixed promptly,there pricing is competitive but for a well done job. On the second device I took in I had to leave town unexpectedly, so the device stayed with them for about a month, what was cool about them was that they didn’t hound me to come pick it up or charge me more for holding it so long. Excellent service

Took my phone in to repair the screen at 12:45 on a Saturday and the tech said to come back in an hour. Came back at 1:55 and the place was closed although the sign on the door says theyre open 8 - 6 daily. Online says they close at 2. Would have been nice to know that now that I cant get my phone until Monday. Tech did not tell us that!

The employees at Geek Tech are very patient and helpful. My father who is unable to speak much English was able to communicate with someone who could translate in Spanish. We value places like these who are diverse in both their work and customer service!

My niece accidentally broke my laptop screen and came here to fix it. The guy in the front was super nice and straight forward. He told me it would be around $200 and I was like okay not too bad. He told me it would take around a week for it to be finished and that he’ll call me. A week passes by and they call me telling me that my screen is definitely broke and they will order a new screen and they raised my price to $300. So it took them a week for them to tell my screen is broken?? I already knew that. I remained calm and waited another week and they called me to tell me that it would be $400 because they order “apple” products. Basically at the end of the MONTH. In total I paid $600. The price went from $200 to $600! I will definitely will not be returning to this place. My screen was definitely replaced but there is gaps where I can see the light peeking through... the people were nice but kept raising the price $100 every phone call I would receive.RESPONSE: I made this review late because I didnt have a google account before! I never said that you saved me $2,000 nor was it a MacBook Pro. Yes the screen got replaced but there are gaps of light peeking through around it. It took over a month to fix not 10 days. Also you guys kept raising the price with every phone call I would get, kinda ridiculous but okay.

Very pleased! I damaged my screen pretty bad, I was honestly not sure if it was even fixable but they did it and it’s good as new! Took them about 30 minutes to replace my screen! The lady who assisted me today was very friendly and nice. They’re a bit pricier than some other places but their quality and customer service show why. Overall a great experience and will be my new go to place for tech repairs.

Great service. I trust them and the work they do. Quickly returned my tablet and phone. A little more costly than another place we took a phone before...but they actually fixed the phone a second time after taking it to the cheaper place and it was till not fixed. You get what you pay for, is definitely fitting here.

As a Real Estate Professional, it is extremely important all my tools be operating at peak efficiency. Time is literally money! When my computer and/or cell phone are not, without hesitation I turn to Geek Tech Team. Eli and his crew are absolutely the best!I first dealt with Eli about 3 years ago. From the very beginning, he and his people were professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. What they said they would do they did which is very important to me since I rely very heavily on people keeping their word. And it gets better.His quotes, his prices, I found to be reasonable. Just like any business, including my association at Five Star Realty, its critical to the profitability of my business to keep costs as low as possible. I know I can count on Eli not over charging me. Because of that, I dont have to shop around because Im convinced Elis prices are as good as can be.Kudos to Eli and the crew at Geek Tech Team!

I have gotten computers, I pads, I phones repaired here, computer software update and downloads, they can do it all. Fast service, professional employees and modern shop. My phone needed its screen replaced they were supposed to call me when it was done it was ready on 11-12-22 I picked it up on Monday 11-14-22 when asked why they didnt call me Saturday they replied that I had given them a different phone number than my phone I asked how they could call me on a phone they had. They were also kind enough to reset my screen time out, delete folders and cram all my apps on my front page deleting the second page I had and I NEVER asked them to do anything but replace the screen

Amendment:Although at first my friend, who had taken in her items to geek Tech twice before, was very disappointed in how she was treated this one time, she is now extremely happy with the way the staff has responded to this issue and the quickness of their response and polite manner. I went with her, with my two children who are also very tech-savvy, to make sure that everything was above par and that she understood how everything was working. The staff was very polite and very courteous as she spoke and explained everything to both of us. This wonderful woman did not crumble under pressure but rather had a very pleasant smile. Thank you Geek Tech for fixing this issue. I know my friend will be looking forward to coming back, as will I.Previously:No my friend is not tech savvy. She actually needs a lot of help. Where better to take it than Geek Tech, right? Wrong. Sad to say she was yelled at, which of course, is beyond rude. She took it in with a minor problem and came out with it completely broken. A tech savy person would of turned it on, right there, in front of them. No, she took it home and when she went to use it, had a broken iPad completely. Went back to Geek Tech and was blamed for dropping it. She paid for a service just to be treated that badly? Why? I love getting good service and giving good reviews. But I will be looking for a management web site to complain AND make sure I go with my friend. Id love to see the CCTV footage, but I doubt thats public accessible, to see how the Tech Team treated her. I sincerely hope upper management WILL review the video themselves and remedy this problem and give the better, quality service they are reputed to have.

I dropped off my phone and they said they were able to fix it. They had it for over a week and turns out they were unable to find a part and didnt bother calling and telling me. I had called multiple times and they never returned any of my calls. When I walked in they said they couldnt fix it because the lady that used to work on screens does not work there any more. Very bad communication with the employees and customers.

I took my wifes iPhone 6s in to have the lightning port replaced because her phone was not charging. Geek Tech had the parts on hand and had the phone repaired in just a few hours. There was an issue with the new part but Eli was quick to resolve the issue.

Brought in my pc because I accidentally damaged the motherboard and wanted a quick fix. Their tech guy told me that it was viruses that caused my computer to not work and said there was nothing wrong with my hardware. These guys are a joke and try to sell you anitvirus for $120. Stay away.Edit: the owner again is trying to justify the incompetence of his staff and store. After receiving no help from Geek Tech Team, I went to Discount Computer Repair down the street. They were able to tell me EXACTLY what was wrong with my computer (motherboard fried) within 10 minutes and even told me which motherboards were compatible with my CPU. Dont give your business to Geek Tech Team.

Im giving this company a 1 star because I cant post without giving them 1. I took my samsung galaxy s3 in the other day. It had water damage (was working great before I put isopropyl into it for extra cleaning). The screen wasnt coming on but the soft keys and charming indicator were lighting up. Before I went into the store I took my photos off of my phone by plugging it into my laptop. So I leave my phone there and the next day I go to pick it up. They tell me that my phone is deemed worthless and unusable. So I take the walk of shame and return home with my paperweight. Well, I decide to tear into my phone myself because what do I have to lose? I took my s6 apart and messed around with the lcd and midframe. Low and behold, my screen comes on and look perfect. My sound works. The charging works. Everything works except the digitizer. My touch wasnt responding. SO all I need is to replace my phone with a new digitizer. This company told me my phone was useless. Oh! And they took my sticky adhesive from the back panel and didnt replace it. So now Im left with a phone that the back panel doesnt even stay in place. Youre better off working on your electronic device yourself!

I was having issues with my brand new printer not wanting to Kony offline while using my brand new laptop. So I take it in, get told 45 minutes to an hour. I call back about an hour 40 mins. Get told it hasnt been checked yet.... Fine, theyre busy, I get it. So I say I need to know before closing. Get a call back and was told its from malware and viruses. 120$ out the door to fix? Yeah right guys... My equipment is brand new. So I go pick it up, bring it home. Got some help from a friend of a friend and all it needed was to be uninstalled and reinstalled offline.... Thats it! I new it was bad cuz Ive not had any problems and I connected to HP diagnostics and fixed it all my damn self......for free!!

While this is the first time I am writing a review of Geek Tech on Google, its certainly not the first time they have seriously saved my life in a crisis. Time after time I am amazed at their incredibly astute ability to diagnose issues in a timely manner, their extremely accommodating staff, the great prices, and the quick turnaround with technical issues that would have taken other computer repair shops much longer to fix... if they even could.Eli Burgos and his team at Geek Tech are an absolute MUST if you operate a small business, or even if you just have a smartphone thats acting up. As long as I live in Tulare County, I will never take any of my electronics or computers anywhere else!

You ruined 4 of my phones and blamed it on me. Elie messes all of them up and is too much of a kid to take the blame. I recently bought a iPhone Se that needed to be dried out right away but they let it sit for 1 whole weekend now its not fixable according to Elie who broke it . Not to mention that the phone was from my sons father who recently passed away. And Elie ruined it so he cant use it.

I had my Mac Book pro looked at by another company and they said that i would lose all of my data including my photos. I am a photographer so i need all of my photos and GEEK TECH TEAM was able to save all of my photos and some of my programs as well. K so I broke an aux cord in my phone then I took it to geek teck so the next day they say they got it out so they gave me a pair of head phones so I tried one on the left so I hear music so I say Ya it works so I go home then I put my new headphones. in I only the left side was working so I told my sister to us the in her phone so the both fine so I look at my phone and the aux port is mest up I tried all speakers and head phone that I have I am very mad at them I have to buy a new aux port or something! but the store that I am talking about is between Starbucks and pizza guys from porterville California!

Terrible. Called to ask if they could fix screen on iPad Air. Gentleman checked and said yes and they have the screen in. Drove to store only to find out they didnt have the screen in and then told they wouldnt fix it.
