What is the point of having a phone number if no one wants to talk?? i have to go through hurdles just to talk to someone at the front desk, why not transfer where i need to go AFTER i contact the clerk rather than before, fix this

Had just left Lowe’s due to not being able to deliver a new washer until “sometime in February.” Headed to Best Buy and we were soooo glad we did. Only waited in line about 10 minutes when Cameron started helping us. He was so polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. From time we walked in until we walked out with the washer/dryer set set up for delivery was approximately 20 minutes. I was so impressed I had to write it down. There was another man working next to Cameron but he only acknowledged us by saying he’s with a customer and walked away. Cameron was working with someone else while we were in line but he apologized for the wait and he’d be right with us and he did. YOU THE BOMB CAMERON!!!Maria S.Benicia, CA

I was in there today, to purchase a TV, there was only 1 person in the section. Every time someone came in the area, he would say Ill be right back. And go take care of them. It got to a point that there were so many people he couldnt come back. Tried to approach manager and she didnt have the time either. They were definitely NOT prepared for the day before Superbowl!

The young man Ashanti waited on me. I am in my seventies and he took the time to explain things to me in language I could understand. This is greatly appreciated by us digital immigrants! Thank you for your help, time and empathy in dealing with me.I hope your manager is aware of what an asset you are in dealing with the public!

Geek Squad is always there when I have an issue with any of my tech stuff. I have total tech support and it has been invaluable to me. I highly recommend them if you need help setting up, repairing, or just consulting about your equipment.

Horrible Service here. Unlike any other. Waited about 20 minutes for assistance on two different occasions. I would not be surprised if this store wasnt losing revenue by products walking out the back door.
