Geek Squad team (GS) - Cameron and Matt. I waited for my email survey but never received one. I felt compelled to find a way to express my complete satisfaction and positive experience with Geek Squad Team Members Cameron and Matt. Cameron’s dedication and professionalism during the appointment phase and on appointment day mounting two TVs were appreciated and did not go unnoticed. It was reassuring for Cameron to communicate to me what I needed to do to ensure a speedy and uninterrupted service appointment. The patience Cameron and Matt displayed explaining the TV activation process to my 80 year old mother and me was beyond awesome and respectful. Thank you Cameron and Matt Geek Squad members for an easy and enjoyable learning experience. You both represented the Best Buy corporation and specifically the Geek Squad Department in an excellent professional manner. Five stars for Cameron and Matt (Geek Squad).⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There were only 2 employees trying to help everyone. One of the employees was rude and possibly prejudice. He gave me an attitude with a condescending tone in the brief interaction we had. But when he was helping the woman behind me in line (who was not black) his demeanor changed to cheery and professional. I’m getting my phone fixed there tomorrow and never using this Geek Squad location again.

They helped to repair my IPad. I didn’t like how long the line takes. Even with an appointment I still waited for an hour and a half before even being seen. They did great for fixing my issue and telling me what the problem was but that line is a 1 star ⭐️

Very unsatisfied and unprofessional. The geek squad or Best Buy does not do what they can to help. I’ve been without my microwave since December 5th and I had to call multiple times to receive an update. It’s still in transit to the facility to be repaired. Today is January 8th. And they can not tell me how much longer. I just have to wait. And geek squad told me they’ll give me a call back this Wednesday for an update. Which they won’t because that’s what they told me last time. It’s a shame big companies like this can not provide loyal customers a refund or at least some type of help like a discount to help me get another microwave at least. The guy I spoke with understood my frustration and was doing his job. This issue is not resolved and I’m so disappointed.

They have one person helping everyone. Not very knowledgable, either. It takes an hour just to speak to geeksquad, and thats with an appt. When you ask to speak to the manager so you can try to ask questions as a concerned customer. It ends up being a condescending dbag. All they do is treat you as a number.I have already stopped making large purchases at Best Buy. They just take your money any chance they get. They charge you to join TotalTech and then charge you a Service Fee just so they can work on your item. Be warned, when they say your item cant be fixed, they dont refund your money, they give you store credit. Again, BE WARNED.Do not make major purchases with GeekSquad or Best Buy. Save your money and go elsewhere. Best Buy has become a scam now. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Im paying off my credit card, and thats it.

Had a great time at geek squad which is found within Best Buy. Whent in to reset my password for my Apple I pad and was greeted by Advanced Repair Agent Ruben Cedillo who took care of everything for me even helped me login and set my IPad up all done with a smile ...

This was my first time taking something in for repairs. My lap top had been hacked and the hard drive was destroyed. The Geek Squad crew were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The service was very quick and efficient. I would definitely trust their service for any future needs.

Alex saved the day, the birthday to be exact. We had ordered a gaming PC from Amazon which by the way was supposed to be delivered on my sons birthday Saturday 5/22 but didnt arrive until the following Tuesday. The 4 day delay alone got the stress level elevated big-time since the $900 had been withdrawn from my bank account and no PC, then to send it off the charts after unpacking it we find IT DOESNT WORK .!!. Somehow Windows10 had crashed before we even turned it on 🙄. At first the Greek squad was a bit reluctant & not sure they could help because the serial number no longer comes on stickers its located in the mother board electronically. So Alex asks so tell me whats the situation, how long have you had this PC after telling him we just got it 2 days ago and the birthday disappointment and how upset this has made us he assured us he would get this taken care of and in less than 2hrs had the gaming PC fully operational and heres the kicker, he did it FOR FREE !!. THANKS AGAIN TO ALEX and the Best Buy geek squad.

My 47 inch LG TV went out and the technician had to come to the house to repair it. He did a great job, but the scheduler was an idiot! The first day my appointment was from noon - 4:00. Nobody showed up, nobody called to reschedule. What a waste of time since I had to take off work. That evening I called the 800 number and after holding for 10 minutes the agent told me she didnt know why the technician didnt come. There was only one note to reschedule my appointment. She promised the technician the following day from noon - 1:00. Whew - during my lunch hour. That morning the technician called to confirm noon - 1:00. Great! But guess what, by 1:30 he hadnt shown up. I found his cell phone number and called to find out where he was. He had 3 more appointments ahead of me, and when I asked him to please come to my house next he did. After he replaced 4 capacitors the TV worked fine. Then the technician told me he still had 4 more appointments to go and he was supposed to get them all done in an 8 hour day. Because he had to drive from my house in San Bernardino to Calimesa, Beaumont, Banning and Big Bear there was no way he was going to be done by 5:00. The scheduler doesnt give a rip about customer service or inconveniencing people who take off work. Theyre idiots! I hope I never have to call the Geek Squad repair service again.

I never even got ahold of someone who could actually answer my question. I just want my battery replaced in my laptop and I want to make sure I can get it done before I drive all the way over there. After 20 minutes and no less than three transfers to other departments, I just gave up. If I cant even get to someone to find out if they can even service my laptop, I think Im probably saving myself a nightmare by not having them do the service too.
