2023-10-05 03:35:45Nate is great. He helped me out, was prompt and explained everything that was going on. He’s definitely a technical expert and gave me the impression he knew what he was doing. He also helped me find supplies that i need in the store. If i need computer help I’m returning, hopefully when he’s available!!!

2022-12-16 08:18:48I had Geek Squad protection plan for three years for my new computer that I purchased there. I when because I had a battery problem again, they told me to pay for a new one. And I know longer had the protection plan active. So I purchased a new battery or so I was told. Just a 2 year ago I had the same problem. I opened my laptop and found out the battery wasnt new at all it was damage and i didnt get all the nails on just the some. I fuckend paid 100$ dollars for a new one. I called them about it and they told me to bring it in so idk whas going on now. This the one on Oceanside CA were I live by. Am trying to put some pictures up. But cant on the battery they sold me first you guys to see. I bought me a new one on ebay.i got pictures as well.

2020-09-13 00:14:56Oceanside Geek squad has slow customer service. Only one person on the floor even though theres always more than two people waiting.It takes a long time to get the paperwork started and pick up.They dont answer the phone. I called a few times to check on my laptop and when I left a message there was no call back.They dont update the website to check on repair service only have the time your product was checked in.

2015-08-24 04:20:35I give them one (1) star because this review window doesnt have a minus one. My laptop was working fine, they told me that I need to take it in for a tune up so it wont begin having problems. 4 days later they call me and tell me my computer is dead! I should have read reviews before, not after. I bought an extended technical support warranty for a bit over 200 dollars and now I am afraid of calling them.I had the same problem 2 years ago with them with my previous desktop when I took it for a tune up, they told me I needed a new motherboard. I believe them and got a new one installed. Then my husbands laptop was slowing down a lot so he took it for a tune up. DEAD! They said it wouldnt turn on!!! It is a lie, now both our laptops are gone.Please, read the reviews before taking your computers there, they are not trustworthy, some of the techs seem to know what they do but the result is bad most of the time. It had happened to anyone I talked about it, every body has a bad story to tell from the Geek Squad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2021-08-08 02:49:59Tula Jasmin did a GREAT job getting the keyboard on my laptop replaced and working much quicker than expected. This was my first experience with Geek Squad, and I will definitely be using them in the future if I need technical assistance. 🤙🏻🤙🏻

2017-07-21 15:29:46Had Geeksquad repair computer remotely and they tuned it up but said my mouse was causing the problem. Went to the store and the mouse is just fine and not problem. So today have to take the computer into the store and see what the problem is. Not happy with this. We have had Geek Squad for a couple years now and it has been great up until now

2019-12-16 17:48:12I bought an Xbox one x at Best Buy, a year and 10 days later I asked for a repair service for my sons xbox one x and I am told that they can not do anything because the warranty has expired since 10 days and I have to deal with Microsoft. I knew the warranty was expired and expected to pay for the repair service, but in fact there is no service. It must be believed that it is too difficult for the Geek Squad ... Thank you Best Buy, thank the Geek Squad. In the future I will not make any more purchases at Best Buy ....

2016-10-11 07:29:34Perfect place to come get your windows/apple desktop laptop or all in one fixed and repaired. Geek squad does technical repairs, upgrades, tune ups, virus removals, back ups and software installations. They offer a great membership plan and its great for multiple computers. Compare prices and really ask yourself if a personal technician or third party repair shop will charge you less and give you unlimited access to technical support for up to 3 years! Do the math. They are there for you 24/7 online (Remotely), and 10:15 am-9pm Monday-Saturday and Sunday 10:15-8 pm in-store. They offer virus protection with their plans. All in all, great personal, awesome manager, and team!

2019-12-18 16:15:29I took my MacBook in and Trent was super helpful, tried over and over to update my system. He really took the time and effort to help me until he finally got it ! My issue was “resolved at the table” so it was FREE! Thanks so much for your hard work Trent! I also really appreciate him giving me advice / pointers on what to look for on my new desktop purchase !
