Horrible horrible. For physical damage theyre okay for anything internal, GARBAGE. My hard drive would act funky. Ill bring it to them and have it sent out elsewhere by them to get it replaced. I think its been 5 or 6 times i bought it to them for the exact issue again and again. Waiting two weeks for it to get to me where I coulda just bought the tools myself and done a much better job than these guys,which i shoulda done and saved my laptop. I ended up eventually selling, warranty ended and I didnt care anymore. They dont know what theyre doing in some things realistically. I bought another laptop and will always decline geek squad services now. I can do the job better myself and i rather go somewhere else for other possible issues which has worked out better. Dont waste your time and money and save it for somewhere else

Took forever for them to answer the phone. When they finally did, it wasnt even the store i was trying to contact. I need iphone 11 screen replaced and with apple care it was lile 25$ but without, they want 200$ Hell no. Literally anywhere is cheaper than them. I wish i could give 0 stars.

Staff are informative and work closely with customers to solve issues. Each staff takes time to understand what the problem is and is realistic about time frame for repair. I like the Total Protection Plan.

The worst customer service and policys of any business I have ever encountered. Incompetence and lack of common scence.Dipshits charge my card twice then send my replacement phone to the wrong place. I would have had to cancel my order in 45 mins, and they cant change the shipping address. Not another penny are you ever goin to get from me .

Aaron and Hunter did a fantastic job diagnosing my computer and phone problems in a very timely manner. They both offered several effective suggestions I am already taking full advantage of. Highly recommend!!!

These people can never “be bothered” and only want to sell you a new computer. This one is a year old! Purchased from Best Buy. And there’s no need to be rude and condescending. :(

Had to take my laptop back two times, due to the dreaded blue screen. The second time was the charm. My laptop is running better than it was when I started.

HIGHLY suggest not to get any service done here, they have the worst customer service and dont bother trying to call. Been on hold for 30 mins and no answer

The agent that came very nice he did everything he was supposed to do. I will be calling again when I need to.
